Mina waited until there was no one in the hallway to Maxine's office. This would, no doubt, get her fired faster than her head could spin. Or rather, thundered, as Electra preferred the proper element to 'dis-charge' someone.
But puns aside, Mina spliced Electra's words together and delivered a buxom husky tone of voice straight at the door alarm. She was rewarded with a 'system activated.'
"Welcome to your not-so-humble office, Ms. Electra."
"Aww thank you," Mina smiled with a curtsy.
She cherished the one time she was welcomed into a CEO office as a VIP. Even if it was for a mere two minutes.
Immediately, she scrambled over to Electra's desk. The E-tablet with the strange thunder gun had been removed. Presumably, Ms. Electra had taken it with her.
"Drat rats..." Mina muttered. "That was surefire evidence. Or I guess, sure-thunder evidence, to fit this theme. Hmmm..."
She reached towards the top cabinet. "Please may there be something incriminating. C'mon. She's a billionaire. This should be overflowing with cover-up scandals galore...What the huh?!"
There was only a plastic card inside of it with a jagged edge. A lightning bolt with high heels emblazoned the top. It read, "Electravator Card Key: 100th floor."
"Wait a flying minute!" Mina whispered. "There is an hundredth floor?!"
She snatched the card and scrambled out of the room, stumbling on her heels. Her mind was racing, realizing that the Empire Electra Building not only had an hundredth floor, but a top secret, VIP only 100th floor. She could only fathom the amount of skeletons up there. Maybe even the body of Thomas Matinee's French politician father?! If she uncovered a major scandal, there wouldnt even need to be a trial. (Which was good, Ashley didn't need to show her up...again!)

She power-walked with high esteem toward the elevator. And to make her day even better, no one was in it. Not even the infamous Saul of 'that's Saul' game.
At the top of the pyramid of buttons, there was a jagged slot, as zig-zaggy as a thunderbolt. "My Lanta!" Mina exclaimed. "How did I not notice that the whole time?"
She slid the card through the bumpy slot and the entire row of buttons glowed brightly. "Next stop," a buxom female voice declared. "The 100th floor!"
Mina marveled at her smoothness. Normally, she couldn't even say something smoothly to Blind who loved her unconditionally but here she had managed to land a job and successfully infiltrated the Electra Company's inner sanctum without getting caught. Now she'd have to just photograph one of a million scandals and she'd be in the clear.
The elevator dinged and the elevator's voice sounded politely. "The hundredth floor."
But when the doors slid open, she gasped. Saul, the middle aged elevator man was standing inside an enormous warehouse with his arms crossed. "Well well," he said with a smirk. "I figured you were up to something, miss."
"Why?" Mina asked.
"Hmmm," the old guy answered. "Perhaps breaking and entering into Mistress Electra's office. That's what the kids call mega-sus."
Mina gasped with her hand to her mouth.
"Shocked aren't you?" Saul answered. "Because my hip kid slang is on fleek!"
"Please don't ever say that again!" Mina said with a mega cringe.
"No worries, missy," Saul chuckled. "Once I deal with you, it will be the last time you ever hear such youthful buzzwords, yiggity yo!"
The elevator attendant assumed a crane like martial arts pose and let out a loud "watchaaaaaaa!"
Mina had to think quickly. There was an unhinged elevator man preventing her from her mission. What could she possibly do?
Mina dashed forward attempting to run around him. He headed her off quickly. She swung around the other way, but surprisingly, Saul had just as much agility.
Suddenly, Mina had a great idea. She attempted to run past him the other way again. Saul matched her. Than she went right.
They soon were going back and forth. Left. Right. Left. Right. Left. Right.
Mina was getting dizzy from all the jerking around, but when she heard another groan, she knew she had succeeded. Saul dropped to the ground, clutching his heart.
Normally, she didn't endorse over exciting elders with too much running around, but desperate times called for desperate cardiovascular activity.
She grabbed his E-Phone and hit the emergency button. Now it was time to dig up the dirt before the paramedics came.
