"Pack your things, kiddo!" Ivor said, thrusting his finger towards Blind's face. "I want you out of this law building by supper time. That way I can use your old office as a room for my prized prosecutor who will ensure truth and justice for all!"
Ashley Ryan looked to Mina as if she was about to devour the moment...it was so delicious for her. She licked her lips and smiled at Blind's final comeuppance.
"Very well, sir," Blind said, speaking like he was an obedient drone.
Ivor chuckled and tossed the ex prosecutor's badge up and down.
"Are you kidding me, Willy?!" Mina stammered. "Did you really just hand your badge over like that?"
The old judge shook her head too. "I expected better of my grandson!"
"What did he tell you?" Mina shouted as Blind walked towards her. "Raven, what did you say to him?"
Blind faced Mina, his face stolid and stern. He placed his hands on her shoulders, easing her down. "Mina...I will tell you after this is all settled. It's nothing to get so flipped out about!"
"Oh yeah?!" Mina cried, her eyes so passionate like they were about to catch fire. "I'm flipping out like a flippin' flapjack! He can't just steal your job! You're such a strong person, Blind. Why give in to this...fake mayor who used to be Raven!"

"I assure you," Mr. Ebony said, his mustache bristling beneath his beaky nose. "You claim my name is Raven. Well, I'm not Raven, and I'm so intensely not Raven that I could star in a Wizney sitcom called That's So NOT Raven!"
"That nobody would watch!" Mina screamed. "Except you because it's so phony baloney!"
Blind spoke gently trying to calm Mina. "There's no use arguing with him now. I'll see you tomorrow, Mina, and we'll talk about my future going forward...and ours!"
Mina's heart nearly throbbed out of her chest upon hearing those words. He gently pecked her on the cheek, leaving her to blush as he walked away. Even in the middle of her fury, he still had a chance to be both mysterious and enigmatic.
"He's so mysterimatic..." Mina said with a breathy sigh.
The people of Business Park all remained silent as Blind exited too. Even if Blind had defended the wrong people over the last few cases, he had made so many right prosecutions in the name of Justice, they couldn't help but silently salute his departure.
Well, everyone was silent except for Blind's fanclub of teenage girls who called themselves "Blinded by Love" They carried around banners and oversized photos of him which Mina hoped they had obtained legally. They all wailed and cried louder than an army of fire engines. Mina wished she could join them as a true Business Park hero left them behind.
Lawvis snickered. "Just like Elvis, Blind Justice has left the building!"
"Like your hairline," Ivor said, pointing at Larry. "I'd recede if I were you. Things are going to change around here. Miss head prosecutor, the esteemed Ashley Ryan will ensure it!"
Ashley boastfully laughed. "I follow every rule to the very end. Every law and its subsection and that subsection's subjection will be inspected! And unlike my ex fiance, Blind, I would never cheat. I am a prim and proper rule follower from front to back."
Ivor threw his hands up dramatically like he was announcing a rock concert rather than promoting a legal prosecutor. "From this point onward, we will do everything in accordance with THE RULES! And like the good book (of law) says, we will live together in perfect harmony!"
