Volume 6.5 Chapter 27: It’s Up
"Let's go now." Keith smiled, finishing wrapping up their lunch. It was time to go. But as they did, "Is everyone alright?"
"We still need a few minutes."
"Yeah."
"I can't move my stomach."
The others swayed back and forth like a pendulum, a little disturbed. Even after an hour, they were still bloated. Especially Herrick and Melor. Those two were like Mir; they were waddling rather than walking. The only normal people were Keith and Gabriel. Scratch that; the only one was Gabriel.
Keith grinned widely as he swayed back and forth, "Finally, I got some free space."
"What's that supposed to mean? We gave you your space." Alfia frowned.
"You guys gave me an inch." "Because you kept running away."
"That's because I had to." Whenever they gave him some ounce of space, Keith would take advantage. He understood he would be stuck if he didn't. That was something Keith knew for sure.
"You're being a drama queen." "You understand I could end you right now." Keith got a clear shot at her stomach. She may try to be stern, but he could tell the damage he could cause. Actually, not even a full contact; a flick would cause severe damage.
"Evil person." Alfia stepped back and quickly covered her stomach. She wasn't the only one, as the others did the same. If they got hit even lightly, everything would come up. It would be a horrible scene.
The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
"Heh," Keith grinned deviously as he entered the classroom. When he did, Carolyn asked,
"Keith, did you get to an S-rank dungeon?"
"Huh?" Alfia and the rest were dumbfounded.
"!" Keith's eyes widened. How did she figure that out? The others knew he went to a dungeon, but he never said the rank.
"Check this out." Carolyn brought up a newspaper.
"Oh, they posted the dungeon exploration in the newspaper?" Keith blinked. What was said in the paper was the news of a new dungeon. The rank it was given was S.
"You were in an S-rank dungeon?" Carolyn repeated. The others stared at him this time.
"Um, I guess?"
"What do you mean, you guess?!" Carolyn's eyes narrowed. This guy messed around too much.
"Wait, how did you know I went to that?" "Because your name is blown up!"
"What?" Keith was dumbfounded when he heard that. Keith turned the page and saw a list of names of those who had defeated the floor bosses. At the top were Keith and Titus's names, showing they had defeated the 20th-floor boss.
"..." Keith was a little speechless. Alfia blurted,
"How did you two defeat a floor boss alone?!" That sounded too surreal.
"Blind luck and extra more luck." That was the only way to describe it. It wasn't even an exaggeration to say they had survived only due to Diana and Aria's appearance. They would have been toast.
"That's why people are staring at me this time." Keith clapped his hands together, making sense of this situation.
"Are you kidding me?" "That's what you're worried about?" Carolyn and Alfia grabbed him. This guy was going to be their death.
"To think you explored an S-rank dungeon."
"No wonder you didn't go to the orientation." Hearing all of this, the others understood why he dropped out.
Herrick and Melor grabbed his shoulders, "Keith, you're going to be famous now!"
"Eh?" Keith tilted his head, "Just from this?"
"What do you mean just from this?"
"I'm already quite famous." Keith had long realized this. Well, he was more infamous than famous.
"True." Carolyn thought about it, "You did a lot of crazy things even before entering. And when we enrolled into the academy, it just made it more so."
"See." Keith shrugged, "It's really nothing to worry about." It was long past that point. But as he said this,
"Keith, we need to talk with you." By the door were Angelica and Sakura. The two didn't hesitate as they dragged the guy off.
"So lucky."
"He gets to talk with the student council And disciplinary committee."
"Indeed."
"That guy knows too many great people." Alfia clicked her tongue, and that caught Herrick's ears,
"Is someone jealous?" "I'm not!"
