Volume 6 Chapter 51: Let’s Eat Here
"Today, you guys will be facing off against monsters now." Tennol grinned.
So, the usual. Live combat was something that happened from time to time. It would usually be against goblins. They wanted the students to have a feel of fighting monsters on a horse.
"Keith, you're up next!"
"Understood!" Keith nodded and turned to Knight, "Ready, Knight?" He patted the horse's head. And the horse snorted. He was ready to cause damage. Hearing the sound, Knight dashed into the arena.
It was quite a sight as Knight steamrolled those goblins down. They charged at the horse. However, they got launched away. Yes, launched. Knight kicked and sent the goblin flying across the arena.
Keith and Knight continued to take all of them down. And when he returned to Tennol,
"Keith, you did well." Tennol was casual.
"Mmhmm." Keith nodded as he brought Knight to the sight. But when he did, Krystal walked over to him,
"Keith, you could have done better?" Even though Tennol didn't say it, Keith was much slower. And it wasn't because of Knight. Keith was the only one slowing down.
"..." "What's the matter with you?"
Keith shook his head, "Just thinking about some things."
"Is it because of the dungeon exploration?"
"Does everyone know about it?!" Krystal wasn't even in the classroom when Ophelia blurted it out. Krystal scoffed,
"Everyone knows about it by now. The two keep talking about it." Herrick and Melor would not stop talking about it. And adding that Jack was in the mix, it seemed everyone knew they explored a dungeon.

"Hah," Keith took a deep sigh, "It's something about that. I was lost in thought about adding more to my arsenal. I feel like we need someone to help control the battlefield."
"But doesn't your team have Faelyn?" From who was there, Faelyn should be a strong controller.
"Faelyn is a suitable controller. But I would rather have her focus on something other than that." If Faelyn focused on only being the controller of the battlefield, she wouldn't be able to deal with the other things. Her strong suit was to judge the battlefield and make the correct changes.
"So you want to be the one?"
"Mmhmm. My job at the party is as an all-rounder. That means I can change into other positions."
"That's why you were half-assing the magic test." Krystal realized.
"I wasn't. Just thinking about what kinds of magic I can use to help."
"If you want to learn how to control, you should use earth or wind." Those two had a lot of controlling spells.
"I'm good at earth and wind. However, I need a new element. Those two are covered by three people." Faelyn and Alfia knew how to use earth. Gabriel and Alfia knew how to use wind. It was covered.
"I see." Krystal frowned. This question was difficult to answer.
I can't do much with ice. His abilities were lower than Eirlys's.
"Thanks." "Tsk, don't mention it."
"Eh? How can I not?" "I mean it. Don't ever mention it to anyone."
"How about we get something to eat? My treat." Keith smiled.
"...What food?" "Whatever you want." Are you a foodie? There was hesitation in her voice.
"...No, I'm fine." Krystal shook her head as she walked away from him.
Thought we could have talked about some things. Keith sighed as he was going to head home.
That was when someone hugged him from behind, "Who could this person be?"
"Senior Ange, why are you acting like this?" Keith shook his head as he turned around to see her.
"Junior is no fun," Ange pouted. But Keith shook his head, "That's because senior is too easy to guess out."
"You're free, right?" "I am."
"Then let's go out and get something to eat!" Without any hesitation, she grabbed Keith's hand and headed off.
Keith didn't mind. He had a lot of free time to kill since he had little to do. And the two of them had walked over to a store. And when Keith saw that, he blinked a few times. This is my store.
The place that Ange brought him to was White Forest Bakery.
