Volume 6 Chapter 49: We Went To A Dungeon!

Keith stretched his hand the following morning as he headed for the kitchen. As he prepared breakfast, the others started to wake up. They went to the kitchen to see Keith working.

"Why are you guys so tired?" Keith questioned. Everyone has gotten up later than usual. Alfia and Sarah were still in their pajamas.

"That's because we have post-fatigue." "Sleeping in the dungeon doesn't help out the body."

Herrick rolled his body back and forth. Even if they had so many people there to help watch camp, that didn't stop them from being alert. They always had to be prepared for a fight.

Sleeping in a tent didn't help at all. It made their bodies feel worse.

"Those sleeping bags are nice, but nothing compared to a bed." Sarah groaned. She would take the bed any other day.

"You guys need to do better." "Yeah!" Herrick and Melor were the only ones who weren't affected. They were the only ones not affected as they were training outside.

"..." Muscleheads. These two could survive a storm and think it was a breeze.

"Have some of this. It may wake you up." Keith placed some coffee in front of them. They took it. However, their expression contorted when they drank it.

"So bitter."

"You guys should have added milk or cream into it." What would happen if I tossed something random in front of you? Hearing his words, Alfia and Sarah grabbed cream and poured it in. Drinking it again,

"Much better." "But it is still bitter." Alfia groaned. She would rather drink milk tea than this.

"Come on, everyone. Let's eat." Keith clapped his hands as he prepared breakfast.

...

"Yawn," "Still not awake, huh?" Alfia yawned like there was no tomorrow. Even with the coffee, she was still tired.

"Princess, please. We're outside." Faelyn had to scold her. Her image of a princess was dipping.

"It's fine. Not like I care about what others think of me." Alfia had long forgotten about those people.

"I wonder how much we missed," They were gone for a few days. But being gone for long would need to be recounted. When they entered the classroom, Keith and the rest sat together. As they waited,

"Keith, where did you guys go?" Ophelia walked up to the group. This happened from time to time. Ophelia was one of the people with whom he was friendly with them.

She didn't treat Keith like an enemy.

"We went exploring the dungeon," Keith smiled. That caused Ophelia's eyes to widen,

"You guys explored a dungeon?!" Her voice resounded the classroom, causing the others to tilt their heads.

"Sorry," Ophelia quickly covered her mouth.

"It's fine. And besides, those two are going to make everyone know." Keith chuckled as he pointed at the side. Herrick and Melor were talking with the beastmen and dwarves in their class.

Those two were talking about their exploits like heroes. It wouldn't be long before everyone knew where they went.

"But you guys went there. How was it?" Ophelia was curious.

"Oh, it was annoying because there were a lot of tunnels. We had to guess which one to go through to survive." Just thinking about it was enough to cause Keith to groan.

"But we really didn't even guess. You were choosing the right ones all the time." Alfia retorted.

"Eh?"

"This guy is a monster." Alfia's words left Ophelia even more confused. As she was about to ask what she meant,

"We even took down the floor boss!" Herrick stated proudly.

"What?!" The beastmen were shocked.

"That's because we had no choice." Keith slapped his head. The only reason why they had to deal with the general was because of Mork.

"Don't talk about them! Just thinking about them makes me want to burn them." Alfia's expression was dark. The thought of them was enough to make her cast a fireball.

"Pff, come on; they're gone now." From what Keith heard, Mork and the other adventurers were guilty. It's not a shocker there. Their licenses were revoked. Not only that, the adventurers were expelled from the city.
