Volume 6 Chapter 58: Do You See That?

The following day, Keith brought his cart back out to sell. And the seared boffalos were still going strong. The juice explosion and the exotic ingredient made it hard to resist. As he continued to cook,

"Hey, Keith!" Looking up, Keith saw someone familiar, "Hello, Tristan, Licht." Tristan and Licht were in front of him.

"What will you two be having?"

"We'll take two servings of seared boffalo. A lot of people have been talking about it."

"The elves kept talking about it like no tomorrow."

The elves who talked about it kept saying how delicious it was. Licht could only shake his head. If it was before, it would have been surprising.

"Gotcha! But it's a sight to see you two together." Keith commented. Two princes were hanging out together. And it was a weird combo since it was these two as well.

"Is it?" Tristan laughed, "Well, we've been hanging out for quite some time now. That incident brought the two of us together." And that incident was none other than Iston.

"Mmhmm." Licht nodded, "Tristan is really easy to talk with." The two fist-bumped.

That's good.

"Oh, yeah. Keith, are you ready for club activities?"

"No, I haven't thought about it at all." Keith shook his head. Clubs. It was a must-have in the academy. Here, there were so many clubs to count. Tristan sighed,

"Then how about you come and join my club?" Tristan grinned. Keith chuckled,

"I'm going to have to think about it. You should ask Gabriel and the others? I think they would be more interested."

"Don't need you to tell me that. I'm already head-hunting them on my list." "You have a list?"

Licht added, "Keith, almost anyone in a club would have a list. This batch of freshmen has so many talents." This was called the golden generation, filled with different talents.

"Grab them? You're making it sound like there will be a free-for-all at the end."

Support creative writers by reading their stories on Royal Road, not stolen versions.

"...Who knows." Tristan grinned while Licht looked away.

"..." I don't like that grin on your face. Whenever someone grinned like that, there was always some danger that came with it. He wanted to ask more, but,

"Boss!" Keith turned around to see Fin and Lin. Waving his hand, "Hello, Mr.Fin, Mr. Lin." These two came every two days.

"Boss, how could you do this to us?!" "What do you mean?"

Fin's expression turned dark, "How could you not put up a notice about a new dish being added?!" He wanted to be the first person to try it!

"Ahh, maybe I should do that," Keith thought. But then he shook his head, "Nope. Nevermind. I'm not going to do it."

"Why not?!"

"Never been my style." Even in his previous life, he did what he wanted. Whenever he made a new dish, he would place it in without telling anyone else, which caused the others to cry because of how crazy he was. Putting new dishes out of the blue surprised everyone.

"Come on, Boss!" "That's cruel!" "Yeah!"

Hearing their conversation, the other customers chimed in.

"Yeah, you guys just have to suck it up." Keith didn't care, and that caused the others to cry. But why that happened,

"Licht, what's the matter?" Tristan noticed the expression Licht had. He was staring at Fin. Noticing his gaze, Fin smiled, "Hi! My name is Fin. I'm a regular customer at Eden."

"...I see." Licht shook his head as he took the grilled Bofallo. "This is the new dish." Fin stared at it in marvel.

"Do you want?"

"Of course! Also, add the crepe and soup." "Gotcha!"

...

Once they had gotten their food, the four relocated,

"I greet your majesty!" Licht quickly bowed to Finrandir. Finrandir shook his head, "Shh! Don't bow your head! Do you want to blow my cover, Licht?! Get back up now!"

Licht quickly raised his head as he questioned, "Father, Duke, why are you here?" He was thrown for a loop when he saw his father at Keith's cart. Even though he tried to disguise himself, he could tell it was his father.

"That's because your father wants to eat delicious food." Finrandir grinned. But that caused Lindor to groan. Can you not be so straightforward like that?

"What about our home?" Licht questioned. Last time he checked, he still needed to watch the kingdom!

"Oh, please. There's really nothing to worry about." "What if the queen finds out about this?" That would be called a catastrophe.

"I told her I was heading to the academy to build good relations after what Iston caused.'

"..." You said that?! How could he say something like that? While Licht couldn't believe it, Finrandir's eyes turned to Tristan,

"You're Julius's kid, am I right?"

"I greet your majesty." Tristan bowed his head again. But Finrandir waved it off, "It's fine. You're my son's friend, right?"

"Mmhmm." "That's good. You guys should go. And don't tell anyone."

"...Your majesty, you didn't tell Alfia?" "Of course not! She has the same fire as her mother. If she finds out, I'm screwed. I've been hiding from her whenever she comes to the cart."

"..." The two princes had nothing to say as they walked away. While they did,

"Lindor, do you see that sight?" “Indeed, I have."

"It would be nice if everyone could be like that." A smile formed on Finrandir's face.

"But all of this was caused by one person."
