Volume 6 Chapter 80: He Shouldn’t Be Here
"I take it that your side is done?" Morgan walked over to Titus.
Galven frowned, "My group is as just as strong as yours. And besides, there's no need to focus so hard when it's a win."
The outcome was clear. With both the wings defeating their opponents, the added power was enough to deal with the dragators in the center.
"What do you guys think about this dungeon?"
"It should be at least an A." Dragator was a B-rank monster. Given that it was on the first floor, that would make this dungeon at least an A-rank at least.
"This is going to be interesting," Galven smirked.
"By the way, how is Keith?" Titus turned to Morgan. Since he was focused on the overall picture of the battle, he didn't witness Keith in action.
Morgan grinned, "He has a good head on his shoulders. Throughout the fight, he hindered the dragator's movements." She noticed what Keith did. By using earth magic, he changed the floor's structure.
The reason why the dragator's move missed Shakti was due to Keith. The moment it raised its paw, Keith changed the ground, causing it to shift to the right.
"He's not trying to be a key figure. He's moving subtly and trying to enhance the other's abilities." Keith was restraining himself, trying not to be a bother. Instead, he was supporting the others.
"I see." Titus smiled.
"I still don't think he should be here." Galven's expression darkened. The idea of Keith being here still didn't sit well with him.
Titus and Morgan sighed, "Galven, you got to be more soft on the juniors." The two knew why he was saying this.

"How is being soft going to help them? This is too dangerous of an expedition even for us." Galven scoffed, "To send a young adventurer here is asking for trouble." His words never had the intention to mock Keith's skills. Keith's abilities were known throughout the city. But that was precisely why he didn't want him to be here.
"Sending such a talented adventurer here is just wrong." Keith had a lot of talent. But was his talent able to deal with where they were now? There was a higher chance of him dying.
"That's why I placed him in Morgan's group." Morgan's group was well-rounded compared to the other parties. Plus, Morgan was the kindest of all leaders.
"I still don't like that he's sending a kid here." Galven groaned.
"We know." That was something everyone accepted. Galven may talk with an annoyed tone. But he cared about the younger adventurers a lot.
"Titus! We have collected all the dragators." Craig asked the other leaders, "What's our next step?"
"We're continuing forward!" Titus instructed everyone. The group nodded as they started to move forward. As they did, Keith looked around. I need to use my magic more efficiently.
The ground was too coarse for him to change it quickly. As Keith had changed the ground under Shakti, it required more magic than average. While he thought about the next step,
"Hey now, what's with the glum face?" Shakti came over and hugged him.
"Nothing, Shakti. I was just thinking about some things." Keith sighed. That caused Shakti to pout, "Is it really? You're making an expression that doesn't suit your handsome face."
"What expression should I make then?" "You should have a seductive look than a cold one. There are too many handsome faces who have cold looks!" Shakti was about to cry at the horror.
"Uh. I hate to break it to you, but this is my normal face." "Then make it cuter!"
Shakti grabbed Keith's face and moved it upwards, trying to make his smile even more.
"Please, Shakti. Don't do that." Keith moved her hands off his face.
"The more you don't want it, the more I want to do it!" Shakti grinned as she hugged Keith's body. But while she did, Keith looked at her arm,
"Eh?" "What's the matter?"
"How are you not burned?" Keith looked at her arms. Her body took that dragator's blast point blank. How was she not burned? It was perfectly healthy!
"That's because I have flawless skin!" Shakti stated with a proud smile.
"..." Keith looked at her strangely before smirking, "Then why do I see a pimple here."
"Huh?! Where is the pimple?!"
"Who knows?" Keith smirked as he walked forward, trying not to look at her.
"How could you lie to me like that?!" Shakti wanted to snatch Keith.
