Chapter 802 Meeting Village Head Fris Again

CHAPTER 802 MEETING VILLAGE HEAD FRIS AGAIN

A tremendous amount of talent poured into Darren's head.

Buzz.

Darren's consciousness reached the space filled with ancient spiritual crystals. The assimilated talent

for martial arts turned into a white light and plunged into the narrow space. However, it didn't raise even

the slightest wave.

"It disappeared? It seems that the Genuine Domain Degree is my limit."

Darren withdrew his mind from the spiritual crystal space.

However, just as his mind had retreated, the white light went through the crystal wall and slipped into

endless darkness.

"Are you okay?" Finley asked, puzzled by Darren's expression.

Darren shook his head.

Finley flew over and secured the tower-shaped Shackle Divine Weapon that had been suspended in

the air. As a stream of Spirit Power poured into the weapon, complicated rule silk threads of the Spatial

Rule were transmitted to Finley's brain.

Buzz.

When the powerful rule force shocked Finley's mind, he withdrew his Spirit Power.

"This is great. With it, I can understand the Spatial Rule of a higher level." Pleased, he put the tower

away.

"We have to leave as soon as possible. The fight was quite fierce. The Fire Kylin may be sensitive

enough to detect our position," Finley suggested.

"Yes, we will be in a lot of trouble if he finds us. We should not linger."

Darren nodded before he leaped in the air, ready to fly.

Soon, they arrived at the ruins of a village.

"Wow, the ancient aura here is so strong!

That light-gold skeleton must have been a senior holy warrior when he was alive." Finley was amazed

by the scenery.

"I have been here before. And as far as I know, that skeleton was never a senior holy warrior. He used

to be a farmer," Darren explained.

"What? It's impossible!" Finley rolled his eyes.

"Look at the rusty hoe beside him." Darren pointed.

Finley was stunned for a long time.

"Maybe, it's a kind of emperor weapon the likes of which we've never seen before. We can't judge its

level by its appearance." Finley tried to rationalize.

"You are right. But, an old man's shadow guards it. He called himself, Village Head Fris. That's why I

feel this place used to be a village," Darren said.

"Wow, is it that amazing?" "Wait.

I'll summon him."

Darren walked forward and stopped in front of a stone tablet.

Then he released a drop of blood on the stone tablet. Space fluctuated as an old man's shadow

formed.

"Hello, Village Head Fris," Darren said with a slight bow.

"Hey, it's you!" A smile danced on Darren's lips when the shadow remembered him.

Curious, Finley walked over and glanced at the village head, Fris.

Fris was riveted by Finley.

"Sir, please stop staring at me. I am so embarrassed..."

Fris stared at Finley for several minutes, thus making Finley, who used to be bold, feel shy.

"Yes, yes, I remember you." The village head patted his head and greeted, "It's nice to meet you,

Finley."

Finley was confused as the village head seemed to know him.

Darren was confused as well. After all, Finley had never been here before. So, how could the village

head know his name?

Darren eventually figured it out.

Finley's actual body had been a marvelous talent that existed tens of thousands of years ago. His real

body must have come here and left a deep impression on Village Head Fris.

Finley had figured out the reason as well.

"Sir, you know the man called Finley? I guess that was my real body. I am just a strand of soul power

left by him tens of thousands of years ago. I was resurrected after a series of adventures," Finley

explained.

"Oh, this is amazing." Fris felt surprised when he heard Finley's explanation. However, he soon

regained his composure.

"Why are you two here? Didn't you take part in the test and get the bloodline, Darren?"

"I've come here for a different reason. Sir, do you know these herbs?" Darren showed the drawings of

the herbs.

Fris glanced at the parchment.

"Yes, I have seen them. And I know where they grow," the village head smiled as he replied.

"What?" Finley was dumbfounded. "Why didn't we come here first? We could have saved so much time

and effort!" This material belongs to .

"Well, you are right. Please give me the location, sir." Darren sighed.

"Ha-ha." The village head smiled and shook his head. "It makes no difference whether or not if I tell

you. Most of these medicinal plants are easy to find. As for the leaves of the Equinox Tree, you will

need a lot of luck!"

"Please tell us, sir. We will have to try irrespective of how hard it is," Darren said eagerly.

"All right, I'll give you two a chance. Anyhow, I might not meet a stronger human descendant like you

for a long time."

He noticed that both Darren and Finley had reached the Genuine Domain Degree. And so, he intended

to give them the opportunity.

Buzz.

A spiritual message reached Darren's mind.

It contained the specific location of the medicinal materials that Darren needed and detailed

instructions about the leaves of the Equinox Tree.

"Thank you, sir." Darren bowed to the village head after he read the message.

"Finley, we should collect other herbs first, and then return."

"What about the leaves?" Finley asked.

"Let's think about that last."

Darren leaped into the air and began to fly in the direction the village head had shared with him.

As there were only a few materials left to collect, Darren's first destination was a cave.

He casually hit to the cave, and hosts of grey beetles crawled out.

Darren carefully collected them and put them into the Space Ring.

After three days' searching, Darren found all herbs except for one. Darren knew where to find it as he

had been there before.

"Darren, how on earth can we collect the leaves of the Equinox Tree?" Finley had kept asking the same

question after having left the village head.

"You are annoying! You'll know when I collect all the medicinal herbs. It's troublesome to explain."

Darren rolled his eyes at Finley.

"Fuck! Don't you know how curious I am? I will draw it out with my Spirit Power if you don't tell me!"

Finley's face lit up at the thought of finally getting an answer to the question that had plagued him all

this while.

"You got me." Darren shrugged. He ignored Finley and went straight toward a black gap.

Finley chased Darren.

Darren landed in front of the Devil Den on the island shrouded in purple mist.

The descendants of the first fiend ancestor lived in this area. With his demonic transformation skill,

Darren had successfully entered the cave at that time.

He still remembered that the head of the descendants in the cave was a young man in a black shell,

who had called Darren "father"!

He had earlier surmised that the youth was perhaps a direct descendant of the first fiend ancestor as

well.

One of the herbs he needed to collect this time was called the Fiendish Root, which grew in the cave.

Darren walked toward the dark gap, with Finley in tow.

It was dark inside the cave.

An aura that carried intense rage and soul-depressing dampness hit them.

"It's been years since I was last here. I wonder how much the black mutants have grown."

Although Darren and Finley were strong now, they were still very cautious.
