Chapter 1354 Wait For The Right Time

CHAPTER 1354 WAIT FOR THE RIGHT TIME

The group of talents who had obtained these treasures were unhappy. Their heads were filled with

worry and anxiety, and their hearts were heavy.

They were still in the dark as to why they were summoned here. The uncertainty made them uneasy.

"Sir, when will we set out?" Finally, someone couldn't stand it anymore and broke the silence.

"Set out for what? Cultivate where you are. When the time comes, we will tell you what to do next," the

old man in the lead replied impatiently.

"Alright."

With that, everyone stopped talking. Their hearts sank even deeper.

"Stop worrying, everyone. Your masters are fine in the Archean mountain. Let's wait for more news

from the higher ups. Relax. You should practice what you can. Do whatever you need to ease your

worries, and relax."

With those words, the old man left with the black-robed cultivators.

Everyone was stunned for a while, and then they burst into lively chatter.

"What's going on? I have been so anxious since I received the summons!"

"I was so scared. I thought that something terrible had happened to my master. I was damn close to

tears!"

"Hey, which sect are you from? My master is..."

Everyone seemed relieved. They began to approach one another and converse. It was as if a heavy

weight was lifted off of their chests, and they could breathe again.

Two groups of people flew toward Darren.

"Are you Darren Chu?" Two beautiful women asked in unison, looking at Darren.

On the other side, another group made up of two men and a woman stared at Finley, speechless.

"Yes, I am." Darren didn't know these women, and he did not know why they came over. He nodded at

them indifferently.

"It is nice to meet you. We are the disciples of Lord Starry Sword." The two women smiled at Darren.

"Has he mentioned me to you?" Darren asked curiously.

"No. However, in the secret letter, he told us to keep an eye out for you. He told us you might be here.

We may need your help. Will you please take care of us when the need arises? Darren, you won't

refuse, will you?" The two women looked at Darren with eagerness in their eyes.

"Ha!" Darren chuckled. "I'm flattered, but I'm not a disciple of Lord Starry Sword. I don't think it would

be necessary for me to look after you."

"Oh, such hurtful words. We're supposed to look after one another. Why don't you like us?" one of the

women said, pouting.

"That's not true. We barely know each other. Besides, you two have already reached the Celestial God

Realm. I don't think you need my help!" Darren was able to see the cultivation level of the two women.

They were both sword cultivators at the low-level of the Celestial God Realm. This meant that they

were both capable warriors.

They had only cultivated for less than ten thousand years and were already able to reach the Celestial

God Realm. In addition to their extraordinary talent, they were trained by Lord Starry Sword himself.

Such powerful women wouldn't need his help.

"Darren, you are being modest. Our master has made it sound like you are a remarkable warrior. He

thinks you're special. That's why we were so excited when we heard you'd be here. Isn't that right,

Beatty?" She looked at the other woman next to her with a smile. "By the way, my name is Sally Mu."

Darren simply smiled at the two of them.

"Darren, I don't want to say anything more. Our master summoned all three of us here. We're all in the

same boat. Naturally, we need to take care of each other. Isn't that right?" Beatty Wen seemed more

level-headed than Sally Mu.

"Alright. It's no problem. Of course," Darren said, nodding. He relented. After all, what harm could it do?

He did not need to be so heartless toward the two women.

"Can we stay here? People keep eyeing us. It's getting annoying," Sally Mu complained, pouting her

lips.

"No problem. You can stay with us! It's nice to meet you," Weber said, cutting in. He quickly made his

way next to Darren and spoke to the two beautiful women.

Sally Mu rolled her eyes while Beatty Wen turned away from him.

'Ugh. Men are such scum. We already noticed you making eyes at us. You've been doing it ever since

we got here! You little rascal! Do you think you'd get so lucky?' Both Sally Mu and Beatty Wen were

disgusted by Weber's behavior.

All they wanted to do was meet Darren and see what kind of person he was. Their master seemed to

trust him, so they became curious.

On the other side, Finley and the three cultivators had just been staring at each other. Finally, Finley

broke the silence.

"Hey, you three. I know I'm handsome, but you don't have to stare at me for so long. It's okay to

appreciate beauty when you see it, but what are you two men doing here?" Finley asked sarcastically.

"Oh, are you saying that any woman can just look at you?" Lindsay shouted, tugging Finley's ear hard.

"No, I never said that! I literally just scolded them for staring at me!" Finley protested, wincing in pain.

"Humph!" Lindsay let go of his ear. She turned toward the three cultivators and narrowed her eyes at

them. "What do you want with my Finley?"

"Finley?"

The three cultivators' faces darkened when they heard the name.

This guy not only looked exactly like their master, but he also had the same name. They were utterly

confused.

"We're sorry to bother you. We are the disciples of Mr. Feng. We're just wondering who you are. Do

you have an older brother?" one of the men asked.

Finley rolled his eyes. "No. I'm your master's avatar. Is that a good enough explanation?"

Finley sighed. He knew that these were some of his real body's disciples.

"Ah!"

"Oh, we didn't expect that!"

"Greetings, master!"

Avatars were given the same respect as their real bodies. This meant that Finley's real body's disciples

thought of his avatar as their master, too.

Finley liked the respect they were giving him. It felt comforting.

"Is there anything I can do for you?" Finley asked, raising his head.

"No, nothing. We just came over to say hi. If you have nothing for us to do, we will go and cultivate. You

know, our master says cultivation—"

"Fuck off!" Finley cut them off. The conversation began to bore him.

"Yes, sir."

The three of them were startled at Finley's sudden outburst. They left him quietly and began to

cultivate.

"I think our master's avatar is trash. His level is so low." Content provided by .

"Hush! You don't understand. You know how strong our master is. How can you say that about his

avatar? Maybe he's hiding his strength from us. Maybe our minds are too small to conceive his great

power! Since our master's avatar is here, I suppose it won't come with any real risk this time. What do

you think?"

"That makes sense! If we have to stay here for a few more days, I suggest that we go greet our

master's avatar each morning."

"Yes, of course. We respect our master with all of our hearts."

"We need to show him the utmost respect! We also need to bid him a good night every night. It is the

right thing to do."

Four days had passed in the blink of an eye.

The Archean mountain stood tall in the distance, closing the gap between heaven and earth. It was

shrouded in dim, yellow mist, making it look more mysterious.

The wonders of the Archean mountain were still a mystery to the cultivators, and their hearts swelled

with the hope of uncovering every single mystery for themselves.
