Chapter 1328 Battling The Beasts (Part Three)

CHAPTER 1328 BATTLING THE BEASTS (PART THREE)

Finley's worry grew as he watched Lindsay rush towards the female beast. He could not just sit back

and watch and joined her in the charge.

Howl!

The wild beast spread her large jaws open, the stench of blood spreading from within.

The beast took a deep breath, sucking both Lindsay and Finley in with the massive current of air she

pulled. There was not even a struggle for them, and they could not fight back.

They were about to fall into the beast's mouth when a voice sounded.

"You dare bully my master? You try to swallow them? I think I'll swallow you!"

The voice was cold but young. In an instant, a fat body suddenly emerged from between the beast's

claws and enlarged itself astronomically, covering the sky above.

"It's Jeremy!"

Lindsay was able to back off a little and discovered that Jeremy had not yet died after all.

He was a Heaven Devouring Beast, capable of engulfing the entire sky once he transformed. It was

said that an adult Heaven Devouring Beast could eat even a master at the top level of the Superior

God Realm, such was the immense power it possessed.

Darkness shrouded the female beast which then leapt into the sky.

Soon after, the darkness began fading and a massive ball of a being fell to the ground.

"I'm so full," Jeremy said, patting his belly.

"Ha-ha." Lindsay laughed at the sight of Jeremy being totally fine and transformed into an incredibly

large fuzzy ball.

"You scared her to death, Jeremy!" Finley complained with an amused grin across his face.

"Master, this female beast has not died yet. What should we do with her?" Jeremy felt uncomfortable

holding the huge writhing beast in his stomach.

"Don't let her out. Digest her. We are no match for her," Lindsay responded.

"I'm not sure if that's true, master. I have become much stronger. In fact, she's almost dead," revealed

Jeremy.

"Then let her out,"

Darren said, opening his eyes after taking a moment to regain his strength.

"All right. Do as Darren says. Let the beast out." Lindsay nodded in agreement.

Jeremy's bulbous belly rumbled, and a huge beast, covered in mucus, rolled out onto the ground.

After this, Jeremy reverted back to being as small and lovely as he was before.

Two giant beasts lay on the ground, one constantly trembling and the other beginning to rot even

though not completely dead.

"You beasts, I'll take you on my own!"

Weber yelled as he woke up, ready to strike the beasts.

Everyone turned their eyes on him and his swollen face. He looked almost like a pig with his disfigured

damage.

"Ha-ha."

"Weber, were you just pretending to be dead? You jumped out right when you knew the beasts were

already subdued!" Finley teased with a cheeky smile.

"What?"

Weber looked around in confusion and only then noticed the two beasts lying in front of him.

"Impressive! You managed to kill not just one, but both of them, Darren!"

"Jeremy handled the other," Darren admitted.

"That fluffy, puffy, little ball there?" Weber asked, glancing at Jeremy in astonishment.

"Yeah, all me. I'm super powerful you see," Jeremy said jumping with pride.

"Wow, that's so cute! You did a good job. I'm so proud. Come. Let me give you a hug," Weber said

grinning from ear to ear as he walked on over to Jeremy.

"Get away from me!" Jeremy squealed back at Weber in joking horror when he saw his bulging face.

"Don't be shy. I just want to show my gratitude. Let me give you a kiss," Weber said, chasing Jeremy in

circles with an obscene look in his eyes.

"Ha-ha!"

Jeremy suddenly flew up and hit Weber square in the head, throwing him back to fall face first into the

ground.

"Well, that's enough of that. What should we do with the two beasts?" Darren asked.

Weber stood up, his face hideously swollen and round.

"Let me hill..." His face was so contorted that he was unable to speak clearly and no-one was able to

understand him.

"What?"

"I mean, let me hill the beasts!"

"Hill the beasts?" Darren and his companions were utterly lost.

"Are you trying to say that you want to kill the beasts yourself?" Lindsay had to ask and put an end to

this farce.

"Yeah."

"Ha-ha." Everyone burst into raucous laughter.

"Okay, you may kill them. That way you can complete the task your master assigned you."

"All right."

Weber strode forward and struck the beasts hard.

"Oh no. I keep missing the target," he said after discovering he had only hit the ground next to them.

He had not used his god's sense to feel the beasts' positions and his eyes were so swollen they were

pretty much useless.

Darren and the others roared with uncontrollable laughter.

Killing the two beasts took Weber a long time.Content provided by .

When they were finally dead, Darren assimilated their Evolution Force and talent, improving his

physical strength greatly.

"Wow, ten million killing points!"

The killing points on Weber's killing token increased significantly. He now had eleven million nine

hundred thousand killing points. He was in the first place!

"Give it to me!" Finley flew over and grabbed the token from him.

"Ha, now I am in the first place," he said happily.

"Who should get the first place?" Lindsay asked, crossing her arms and casting a glare at him.

"Well... You get the first place, of course. The killing points are yours," Finley said, shrugging his

shoulders innocently.

"That's more like it. Darren and I will share the killing points equally. As for yours, we'll talk about it

later," Lindsay said before taking the killing token away.

"Got it, Miss Lindsay," Finley replied respectfully.

"Good job," she responded with a satisfied smile.

They remained there for a few more days. They planned to find a safe place to wait for the hunting to

end, once Darren had recovered. Darren and Lindsay already had enough killing points.

Killing a beast at the Celestial God Realm was impossible for anyone participating in the hunting

competition. Their lead was secure. Darren would get the first place and Lindsay would be the runner

up.

"Darren, I had not expected you to turn out to be such a genius," Field said, overflowing with

excitement.

'What a great honor to meet such a genius in my lifetime, ' he thought gratefully to himself.

"Of course he is," Lindsay snorted in derision.

"Yes, yes. You are so right." Field nodded. Suddenly, he fell to his knees, kowtowing to Darren.

"Darren, I have a bold request," he said pleadingly.

"Go ahead."

"Who do you think you are? We saved your life! How dare you even think of asking for more!" Weber

exclaimed, his words stinging with displeasure and disgust.

Field shuddered in fear. With his head pressed to the ground, he said tremulously, "Darren, I wish to

learn from you. I want to be your disciple. I acted like a snob and I will accept the punishments I

deserve for that. But, from the bottom of my heart, I hold a deep respect for you, sir. I sincerely wish to

train with you. Please, accept me as your disciple. I'm begging you."

"You want to be my disciple?"

Darren had not expected this from Field.

He had never even thought of taking any disciples. He cultivated conflicting skills most of the time and

ordinary people could not practice them.

"Throw that idea out of your mind. It will never happen. My cultivation skill is not suitable for anyone

else," refused Darren immediately.

"Master!" Field exclaimed as he remained bowed low, pressed to the ground. "If you accept me as your

disciple, I will give you all my property when I go back to my family," he added desperately.

"Humph!" Darren's face twisted in insult. "Do you really think I want anything from you? I've already told

you, my cultivation skill is not suitable for anyone else. There is nothing for you to beg for."

With that, Darren and the others turned around.

"So it is..." Field raised his head, his gaze still fixed downward in his disappointment.

In the hunting area, a tall, middle-aged man suddenly appeared.

"Dario," he said as he walked up to a blood body.

The body heard the call and its finger twitched ever so slightly.

"Don't worry, Dario. I'm here to avenge you!"

The middle-aged man immediately began healing the bloody body's wounds.
