Chapter 1206 Evil Plan

CHAPTER 1206 EVIL PLAN

"How dare you?!" Amos feigned anger. "I can't believe that you would come up with such an evil plan. I

will tell the other leaders what you are up to and make sure you will never again see the light of day!"

Darren was disgusted by Amos' remarks. In his mind, none of the gangsters in the forest were good

people. 'An evil plan?' Darren thought to himself. 'You bastards all long to eliminate one another. I just

did you a favor.'

"Never mind. It would be a pity to leave resources in the hands of others," he said, looking

disappointed. Then, he sighed. "However, I think I have to remind you that even if you don't take action

now, it doesn't mean that others won't want to take you down. Take care of yourself."

Darren turned around, preparing to make his exit.

"Wait!"

Amos stopped Darren hurriedly.

"It's very difficult to keep all the fragments without being noticed by others." This was what Amos was

truly worried about.

He had long wanted to have the fragments all to himself. However, the leaders of other seventeen

forces were all at the Star God Realm. He would be doomed if someone were to find out that he stole

the fragments.

Even though Darren proposed to team up with him, he still wasn't sure whether they could actually

steal the fragments from others. Once the leaders of the four major forces knew their plan, they faced

severe punishment.

"You don't have to worry about this. I have a secret weapon which can isolate the spread of our power.

As long as we strike quick and we strike in secret, no one would be able to detect us." Darren did not

possess any secret weapon, but Amos did not know that he was lying.

"Really?" Amos was moved.

"Why would I lie to you?"

"Hmm... something isn't right. You gave away those fragments yourself, which means that you don't

care about the treasures at all. Now, you want to steal them back. It doesn't make any sense. Do you

take me for a fool?" Amos thought for a while and then he questioned Darren. He thought that there

wasn't any reason for Darren to join hands with him for the sole purpose of stealing the fragments.

"Amos, you're gravely mistaken. At the time, my life was in danger. I had to choose between the

treasure and my own life. Do you think I did not feel sorrow at having to give up the treasure? I just had

no choice."

"Then, why me? Why do you come to me instead of the other leaders?" Amos pressed.

"That is because I think you are smart and strong. I have sent people to investigate you before. Of the

eighteen forces, you are the strongest warrior—with the exception of the leaders of the four major

forces. Why else would I come to you?"

Amos was dazed for a moment upon hearing Darren's words. Then, he burst into laughter. "Ha! Okay. I

believe in you. We can work together from now on. If our plan succeeds, you can get thirty percent of

the fragments."

"Ha! Amos, you are so greedy." Darren didn't want to look too eager. He knew that it would be more

convincing if he bargained with Amos.

"What? With my current strength, don't you think I deserve to take seventy percent?" Amos snorted.

"Fine, you take seventy percent of the fragments. I admit it. You are more powerful than me." Darren

pretended to look helpless.

"That's more like it. Come with me. Let's go to Wilson's place first. The share of the fragments he was

able to get is enough to cast five level-seven divine weapons. I've wanted to beat that bastard for a

long time now."

"Really? Is he stronger than you? How could he have gotten so much?"

"Bah! That's bullshit! He's just an ass-kisser." Amos seemed to hold a grudge against Wilson Gui.

"Well, then. Let's take him down!"

With that, Darren and Amos took off. Lindsay stealthily followed them from a distance.

After a while, they landed in an area inhabited by trees that shot up to the sky. The forest towered over

them and blocked out the light streaming from above.

"Are you sure that your secret weapon can block our power from spreading? If the leaders of the four

major forces discover what we're doing, we will be severely punished."

"Don't worry, pal. I've been to hell and back. I won't risk my life again."

Amos trusted Darren. He knew that Darren wouldn't dare act rashly and endanger his own life.

"Hide. Here he comes!"

After a short moment, a thin, young man appeared to be walking along a path. He looked glum, and the

darkness of the forest seemed to embrace him.

"Get ready. We will sneak up on him to catch him off guard. We will force him to hand over the

fragments!" Amos was giddy with excitement.

"If he would rather die than give us the fragments, what should we do?" Darren said.

"Don't worry. He is more afraid of death than you. He will be willing to do anything to save his life. This

will be a piece of cake!"

"That's good," Darren nodded. "Amos, you go first. I need to arrange a secret array before taking him

down."

"What? Didn't you just say we should do it together?"

"Fifty percent of your strength is enough to deal with this garbage. I need to secretly stand guard in

case of his escape," Darren said.

Hearing that, Amos thought for a while. Darren seemed reasonable. "Fine," Amos huffed.

Whoosh!

Amos rushed forward with overwhelming god's power.

Bang!

His god's power knocked Wilson Gui off his feet and tore down hundreds of trees.

"Ha! The wimp! He even can't withstand a single blow." Amos flew to catch Wilson Gui.

Whoosh!

"Ah!"

In the next few moments, dozens of golden needles suddenly stabbed into Amos' face.

These golden needles were all laden with an extremely strong form of poison, which was difficult to

cure even with god's power. Amos' face turned dark purple and instantly swelled up like a pig's head. ConTEent bel0ngs to Nôv(e)lD/rama(.)Org .

A ghost like figure was dashed towards Amos and reached into his heart with its sharp claws.

"I can't believe that you were hit by me and you are not injured!" Amos took several steps back.

"Well, it's you, bald man. My purple-gold armor is not something to be trifled with. Do you think you can

hurt me just like that?"

"You only got the purple-gold armor by sucking up to those in power! I had only planned to take

something from you today, but I have changed my mind. I will tear you to pieces!" Amos roared and the

earth shook.

"Amos, I have pierced you with my golden needles. There is nothing you can do to stop the flow of

poison throughout your bloodstream. In just a few minutes, you will be incapacitated, and you will not

have the strength to stand up to me. What an idiot! Go to hell!" In an instant, Wilson Gui morphed into a

shadow and attacked Amos.

Amos weakened, and even his mind seemed to slow down. He was unable to process anything, and

Wilson Gui just kept attacking him.

Amos was at a disadvantage after several rounds of fighting.

"Darren, why do you still not come out and help me?!" Amos was on the verge of being defeated. He

shouted towards the trees where Darren had been hiding.

Whoosh!

Hearing Amos cry out, Darren sneakily attacked Wilson Gui from behind.

He gathered his dark gold god's power and black god's power, unwilling to give Wilson Gui a chance to

fend off.

"What?"

Wilson Gui was shocked. He activated his purple-gold armor to block Darren's attack.

Bang!

Wilson Gui was crushed by the attack. He spat out blood from his mouth, and it trickled down the side

of his lip.

"Spare my life!"

Wilson Gui was terrified. His purple-gold armor could resist the dark gold god's power, but not the black

god's power. He was surprised that the black god's power was able to break through his defenses.

Darren flew over and stepped on Wilson Gui's chest.

Amos flew over as well. He stared at Wilson Gui ferociously.

"Wilson, you will die today. Go to hell!"

Bang!

A powerful force crashed into Amos and sent him flying. Nearly every bone in his body was broken.

"You!" Amos stared at Darren, utter disbelief in his eyes.
