Pensive Nocturne(Part 3)

Two meeting long ago, a chance of an encounter. Not aware of its meaning, this going away in an instant. Great sorrow, a blessing on an innocent person. Fifty years going by, returning without her memories.

Continuously seeking her path, searching for her brother. Guidance from the pure one, leading the deity to her location. Steadily understanding, fulfilling an old promise.

This actuality before them, having little conflicts. Allowing it to happen, moving past difficulties. Relishing in bliss, this day slowly going by. Venturing around the park, getting on rides.

Night soon to the scene, two riding on a ferris wheel. That circling object, their attention on the scenery. That hazel one looping her arm around her companion's own, brightly smiling, her plushie to her chest.

"Well then Ava, I am waiting." Her cheerful state.

"Waiting for what?" feigning cluelessness.

"You know what I mean..." Pouting at her.

"No, I do not. Have me at a loss there." Pressing her index finger to her chin, looking above.

Observing the goddess, seconds going by. Her sinking heart, misinterpreting those actions, her attention a bit away. Slightly exhaling, hearing the disappointment from the lavender one. Acting on this, putting on a show.

Their ride coming to a stop, those two leaving it. This day at an end, quietness from the innocent person. Expecting it, some time still remaining. Returning home that evening, once again in their rooms.

A black nightwear on the deity, a white one on her companion. Scars on the goddess, accepting them on her. Watching her partner walking away, shortly entering into the bathroom.

Standing in front of the mirror, Dabria's sullen expression. Running the water, not aware of something else. A figure lurking in the shadows, moving to the mirror above the sink. Seeping into it, these creatures after the setting sun.

"And here I thought things were proceeding..." Muttering to herself.

Thinking to this morning, words from her companion. Wondering on its truth, doubting it. Tracking the actions throughout the day, a difference between them, both viewing it another way.

A board in her hands, each playing a piece, moving towards the conclusion. Appreciating the outing, enjoying the day. Wishing for something more, sadness at the end. Turning off the water, the chilling surroundings.

This weird occurrence, soon hearing a knock at the door. Her attention in the direction, displeasure from her, her awareness on the person.

"You have a moment, Dabria?" Ava's gentle voice.

"Yeah, just a bit..." Her gloomy mood.

Drying her hands, this unsettling feeling surrounding her. Slightly looking around, crawling at her depths, her quickly beating chest. Unable to identify it, soon facing the door.

That entity watching her, pulling away their presence. The lightening air, that hazel one noticing. Possibly the steam, or a draft in the area. Pushing the occurrence out of mind, reaching for the door, turning the knob.

Opening the way, her companion on the other end. Stepping back, allowing the deity entry. Grasping her partner's hands, Dabria's little reaction. Expecting it, this moment to connect the final line.

A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.

"Mind lending some of your time?" her soft voice.

Similar words from the beginning, her stubbornness at the start. Not expecting anything, allowing for it. Her low spirit, an outing not satisfyingly ending.

Patiently waiting, pushing pieces in place at times. Wanting to elevate their status, six years since the events of Inai. Horrors after the setting sun, an actuality by a pure one.

Leading a goddess to her, that young woman rewriting reality. Changing some things, tightly holding onto what is within. Refusing to let go, her feverish heart.

Taking out a small black box, Dabria's widening gaze. Opening it, revealing the object inside. That violet one's leaping heart, her hands covering her mouth.

A ring within it, a mixture between white and lavender. Their eyes on the other, Ava's warm smile. An invoking seal, this presence sharply to their attention.

A specter lunging out, the innocent individual looking above. This shocking situation, the fiend grabbing her, pulling her into the mirror.

"Dammit...hold on Dabria!" Ava chasing after her, passing through the mirror.

Stepping into a separate reality of her home, finding herself on the lower floor. The dark surroundings, the thick malice. Echoing voices, creatures lurking in this realm.

This chilling feeling, the young woman stepping out of the bathroom. Standing in the basement, a dream version of Dabria residing there, her back in view. The dusty area, objects stacking around.

Eyes piercing from the shadows, those glaring at the goddess. Ignoring them, walking onward. Stopping before her companion, that one holding her hand to her chest. Her soft smile, sadness lingering within.

"Even though the past is gone. I still fear it, those long years of our separation..."

"Is that why you constantly move forward? To try and get away from it...?" Ava slightly looking away.

"Yeah...the further I go, the more I can be certain of. Selfish...I know..." Sadness from Dabria.

"Maybe, but I was also selfish. I left you there during the attack...something I greatly regret..." Holding the upper part of her left arm, her vision below.

"But you came back, and that made me really happy..." Turning to the goddess, smiling at her.

Visions on one another, wondering on this person. Innocence within her, unable to feel anger for this. Seeking after her brother, acting on any opportunity, leaving her companion at a critical time.

Feverishly pursuing her direction, not stopping. Everything slipping out her hands, not wanting to lose another. A blessing on the lavender individual, fifty passing years.

That fading one, witnessing it. Thinking on the past, a way to hold on. Moving further, running from that nightmare.

Cherishing Ava, those pure sentiments. Continuing onward, the goddess making her way above. Finding herself in the hallway, hands extending from the walls.

Blood streaming down the side, shadows racing along. Once again seeing the dream Dabria, that partner holding a picture. Moving up behind her, gazing down at it.

An old photo, the innocent one embracing the deity within it. Brightness from her, the young woman glancing to her that day.

"You were so difficult, couldn't even get you to smile for this picture..." The dream version softly smiling.

"Heh, you are one to talk..." Faintly grinning at her.

Differences from individuals, countless leading their own lives. Intersecting paths, those far from the same. That goddess catching the attention of this lavender one, their bond growing over the passing time.

Unable to smile, enduring harshness. Believing in a terrible world, constantly protecting herself. A wall between others, this slowly coming down. An innocent one in her life, this person steadily changing her course.

Appreciating this, these flowing memories. Not minding horrifying experiences, ignoring those lurking creatures. Facing the other, the hazel one's hand to her chest.

"You were always so direct back then, that was one of the points that led me to you."

"So, I created a target sign on my back." Sighing, shrugging at the dream Dabria.

"Oh hush!" pouting at the deity.

"Heh, just joking. If anything, your bright personality...it really helped me." Holding the back of her head.

Lonely days, residing in blackness. Not able to trust, pushing out others. A descending light, a pure one coming into her world. Uncertainty at first, putting up a wall. Speaking her mind, slowly letting down her guard.

Her tormenting experiences, learning from another. Bliss in Inai, lively people. Seeking after her brother, her renewing passion. Gratefulness to one, a mistake from old.

Cherishing those memories, watching the dream version fade away. Holding onto sentiments within, shortly moving forward. Ascending up the stairs, walking across the sticky ground.

The dream Dabria against the wall, two in front of her. Unease from her, those monstrosities. Taking on the appearance of Dillon and Selica, their terrifying sounds. Witnessing this, that deity's hand to her chest.
