I made my decision to head out, it was all I could do. I needed something, anything on my brother's location. If it was even just a tiny chance, I was willing to take it...
A sister's devotion, someone constantly waking up from nightmares. Those dreadful emotions clawing away at her, the passing days taking more out of her.
A boy's echoing voice in her mind, that familiar melody constantly with her. Acting on the smallest possibility, making her way to a village without inhabitants at dawn.
Dust blowing in the wind, the rundown buildings everywhere. Searching high and low, not finding any trace on Dillon. Eventually standing in the middle of the town, her increasing unrest.
"You really are a fool." A familiar voice to her.
Immediately turning, the goddess' eyes on the demon from afar. The individual shaking his head in pity, seeing someone go so far. The maiden thinking on his voice, these sentiments gripping at her.
A small memory flowing through her, an event long ago. An entity grabbing her brother, pulling both into a void. Her sharp vision on him, glaring at him.
"You, I remember now. You were the one who kidnapped Dillon many years ago, you started all of this!" angrily swinging out her arm.
"Right, I did, you must feel the greatest amount of despair to be able to learn to properly use your gift." Gripping his arms.
"I care not for my power, now tell me where my brother is!" pointing at him.
"Not even I know at this point, but the best location would be Inai. Desdemona, I warned you did I not? Your devotion will be the reason you lose everything." Extending his hand onward.
A devil's strange actions, someone pulling the strings, trying to teach a goddess to control her power. Increasing her despair, bringing out more from what is inside.
These ill sentiments flowing through her, her increasing rage. Watching the azure flames from his hand spreading above, seeing enemies flooding in Inai.
Tanks firing, soldiers killing the innocents. Amongst them, Dabria fearfully running from her pursuers. The girl's teary eyes, screaming out to the maiden.
"Dabria!" her hand shockingly forward.
"What will you do goddess? You have a few options. Learn to use your power, save your brother, that girl, or lose both." Folding his arms.
"I will make you regret ever coming into my life." Her sharp voice.

I stepped into a trap, and now it was a race against time. If only I was not so foolish, my devotion putting Dabria in danger...
A heart once in darkness, someone else coming in, shining their pure light into it. A girl filling the deity's empty world with life, pulling the maiden along its endless wave.
The young woman's increasing fury, blackness concentrating around her, soon enveloping her. Her arm reaching out, that black gauntlet in view. Extending her other arm, holding a long malefic sword.
The goddess' unveiling head, her long blonde hair and white eyes. A person wearing dark armor, her ruinous noble cape stretching down the lower half of her back.
"Come Desdemona, you either succeed now or fail. You are a goddess that holds infinite possibilities, so show me what rests in your soul." Standing on his side.
"As I said, I do not care about this power. And you will regret ever coming into my life." Glaring at him.
Two in this empty village, their reason for going so far. A deity's increasing unrest, one person in her mind. Hoping to make it back in time, her hastily moving feet. Two closing in each other, their colliding attacks.
The demon's fist against her blade, his spreading flames scorching the land. Both shortly leaping away, the goddess soon facing her side, extending her offhand.
Snapping her fingers, unleashing sharp negative waves. Her enemy rushing forward, leaping around the assaults, flipping through the smallest openings.
Closing in the distance, crashing his fist into her stomach. Her slightly shaking eyes, this powerful force blasting her away. Desdemona sliding back on her feet, enduring the crushing assault.
"You are someone meant to bring miracles to others, but yet you chose such a selfish path." Folding his arms.
"I care not for anyone but those close to me. Call me selfish if you wish, but I am fine with wanting a simple life." Her hand to her chest.
"You are a deity, it is a role you will have to grow into." His pitiable eyes on her.
"My role has already been decided, and I am running back to it. If you want to see what rests in my soul, then I will show you how truly black it is." Swinging out her offhand.
I never cared about being a deity, or what role I was meant to fill. All that mattered to me, was living a simple life, and watching my brother happily grow. Though there was something more, and I did not intend to let go...
A forever resisting heart, someone choosing their own path, refusing to remain in silence. Selfishly pursuing her route, not allowing this life to slip away. An entity opposing her foe, releasing the darkness in her soul.
This spreading malice, blanketing the area in her horrific power. Crushing the land, its immense pressure on the demon. His sharp vision on her, charging at her.
The young woman moving through the shadows, her voice echoing her enemy. Slicing from one end to the next, spilling blood in the abyss.
Shortly closing in from the front, colliding upward. Her location to the sky, the clearing negativity, drawing it into her blade. The demon below, unable to move, uneasily looking above.
"This is what rests deep in my soul, and I will engrave it into you!!!" her powerful voice.
A goddess revealing the sinister darkness within her, overwhelming her enemy. Keeping her eye on her goal, needing to make it back to Inai in time. Descending on her foe, her stretching blackness.
Crashing into him, piercing the land. Shredding her surroundings, blasting away everything around her, eradicating her target. The shortly standing deity, her vision onward, immediately racing to Inai.
I never knew what I had, not until then. I should have been there, I never should have left Dabria alone. This was my greatest regret, my foolish devotion leading to a terrible actuality. I ran and ran, hoping I would make it back in time...
