A heart riding along an endless line, seeking after one in the shadows. Sentiments eternally within her, the maiden refusing to let go.
Her arrival in a town, encountering horrors after the setting sun. A nightmare in reality, images scarring into her mind.
The young woman returning home that night, shortly slipping into bed. Memories plaguing her mind, azure eyes in the darkness, a precious one screaming out to her.
"Ava! Ava!! Aavvaaa!!!"
The young woman running along a dark path, his echoing voice in the darkness. Sounding her own, the boy moving further away. Her slowing movements, soon falling to her knees.
Feeling eyes on her, slowly looking to her left. A girl with long hazel hair turning from her, their hand to their chest. Ava standing up, facing the individual.
"I waited a long time for you to come back to Inai..." Her sad voice.
"A long time...? I do not understand." Looking down a bit.
"In time you will. I am...glad to see you again after so long..." The person fading away.
An individual waiting a long time, their confusing message to the maiden. Her mind on it, soon resting her hand on her chest. A certain warmth to her, Ava shortly looking ahead.
Her vision on the pieces from a body, shortly seeing the slender monster. A path paving in blood, leading to the location to a school.
Bracing herself, the fiend lunging at her. The young woman's eyes flying open, awakening from a nightmare. Shortly sitting up in bed, sweat drenching her. Catching her breath, soon looking around the room.
Everything in a presentable state, her mind on the previous night, wondering on its truth. Shifting her eyes to her desk, that sword resting at the side, coating in blood.
"What the hell is happening in this place...?" her wide vision.
Gripping the side of her head, thinking on the dream. The hazy person to her mind, their words piercing into her heart. Another within it, her brother getting farther away.
A promise within her, someone wishing to fulfill it. The maiden soon stepping onto the floor, a sigh leaving her. Cleaning up herself, shortly dressing. The long black coat on her, her jeans the same, the person wearing a plain shirt.
Eventually standing outside of her home, a different reality to her vision. A town not in ruin, order everywhere. Ava venturing around the place, seeking out answers.
None providing anything, these frustrating sentiments inside of her. The young woman soon standing before a man in his late twenties, both in front of a house.

"Sir, if you do not mind me asking. Might there be a library that holds information on this town? It seems none can answer my questions." Folding her arms.
"There is a certain high school that has a lot of information. Though, my guess is that it is because of its standing." His hand behind his head.
"Is that so? Can you tell me the name?" Ava's hand to her chin.
"Avalon High."
A clue to go forward, this valuable knowledge to her. The man taking out a piece of paper, writing down the address. Shortly handing it to the maiden, the young woman thanking him. Heading on her way, her vision slightly to the direction to a pitiful building.
Feeling the gentle wind against her, seeing the birds soaring in the sky. Embracing the warm sun, some trees around the corners. Everything feeling different, her uneasy heart.
Ava finding herself at Avalon High, closely looking at it. A faint image coming to her mind, a place from her dream. Cautiously walking through the open twin massive gates, entering into a wide field. Some glancing to her, most going on with their day.
A man in his forties speaking with a woman, a brown suit on him, his hair the same. Glancing to Ava, motioning his hand in front of the woman's face. The man apologizing to them, shortly excusing himself, that person confronting the young woman.
"Only those authorized can enter here." His slightly stern expression.
"I see, I require the usage of your library and no more." The maiden taking out an identification card.
An individual's travels, someone expecting problems later down the road. Crafting an identification card, her strong resolve to push onward in a horrific place.
A person refusing to flee, tackling the madness to find one. A town with two sides, witnessing the difference between day and night. The person taking hold of her card, his eyes on it.
Glancing in her direction, thinking for a bit. Shortly handing it back to her, questioning her a bit more. Ava putting away the tool, their meeting eyes. Some students walking by, noticing the two.
"As you might guess, I am the principal here. Can you at least tell me why you are here?" folding his arms.
"There was a disappearance, and this is where it led me. I figured looking into this place's history might help me turn up more leads." Her hand to her chin.
"I see, well...feel free to use our library. Anything I can do to help." Faintly smiling at her.
An uneasy feeling around her, not trusting this place. Her small words with the principal, shortly continuing onward. Eventually stepping into the hallway, lockers along the side. Making her way through the students, her eyes from one end to the next.
At the time, in a corner. A few girls speaking, those between the ages of sixteen and seventeen. One standing out, her long flowing hazel hair, someone with lavender eyes.
A person wearing a white shirt and red skirt, that uniform on her. The individual catching Ava upon their passing, wondering on them.
"You girls know her? She doesn't seem to be from around here." The curious lavender one.
"No, but I did see her speaking with the principal for a bit. Given that she is here, maybe she is on some business or something." A girl pressing her index finger against her cheek.
"I know that look Dabria—" an uneasy smile from another girl.
"—I am going to go investigate a bit." The hazel one interrupting, brightly smiling.
An unsurprising outcome, those sighing girls. Someone always searching for the next excitement, unable to stop her from going on her way.
The lavender girl trailing the maiden, someone sticking out differently from the rest. The individual's light steps, shortly coming upon a library, slightly tilting her head at it. Ava standing there, her back facing away.
Glancing behind, soon turning to the girl's direction. Glaring right at her, Dabria immediately hiding behind a student. Unease from her, their hasty heart. The young woman walking up to the student, grabbing them by the ear.
"H—hey!" resisting the maiden.
"Mind telling me why you are following me?" Ava releasing her.
"Oowwiee..." Dabria rubbing her ear, tears to her eyes.
"Why does she look familiar...?" Ava's uncertainty.
