The deity lowering her head, frustratingly shaking. The maiden thinking on her encounters, those pleasant experiences to her. A pure person lurking in the shadows, unable to tell her the full truth. Their words the previous night, everything making more sense.
Ava heavily breathing, thinking back to some previous occurrences. Many going on with their days, nothing happening on the computers, her limits with the internet. Ruin after the setting the sun, these events steadily falling into place.
"Selica...was she dead this entire time...?" Ava's attention on her friend, her grim mood.
"It is...highly likely..." Sera's hand sadly to her chest.
"And Dabria...she's dead as well...?" the maiden gripping her arms, her aching heart.
"That is also highly likely, everyone in Inai died fifty years ago." The woman looking down a bit.
"I guess this explains about Inai, and why Dabria exists the way she does." The young woman looking away.
"What do you mean?" the woman's hand to her chin, her eyes to her friend.
"Dabria usually appears to me in my dreams. She cannot say much and guides me, this is all due to the deal she made with the Iconoclast so that I can one day find her." The goddess biting her lower lip.
An innocent one unable to do much, their great efforts to aid one to their heart. Two existing in different realities, their eternally connecting hearts with one another.
"The Iconoclast and her connection with Dabria which links to you. I wonder, wasn't the legend that Desdemona really only showed herself to one?" Sera's hand to her chin.
"That's what I heard, you don't think Dabria was the one?" Ava looking to her friend.
"Could be. I mean, from what you told me. You were hostile to everyone, but let your guard down pretty fast around her, and as a result you were able to make friends. On top of this, Dabria has a close connection to you, but can only exist the way she is due to her deal with the Iconoclast." The woman folding her arms, her vision to her friend.
"So what you are saying, is that I likely failed to save her..." The maiden lowering her head.
"I didn't mean that. All I am saying is, these encounters likely connects to your past. Though, we have to leave for now. We need reinforcement, things have gotten pretty dire here. However, I can't seem to find a way out of this place. Let us look tonight. If we can leave, we will go tomorrow. If we cannot, then we will work something out." Sera gripping her arms.
These connecting pieces, the young woman's mind on the board. A town no more, everyone washing away in its madness. A pure one coming to her, guiding her along their route.
Someone shining their bright light, wrapping the maiden in their warmth. Two in her mind, her brother and companion. Unable to proceed for now, these ill sentiments clawing away at the goddess.
"Okay...Sera...? Do you think I can do anything about this...?" lowering her head.
"You mean as Desdemona. That I do not know. However, nothing is truly impossible. I mean look, you met great friends here, this seems like magic. While the experience for some has been painful, this just means there must be some kind of reality to it." Her soft smile on the maiden.
The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
"Some kind of reality huh..." Ava distantly looking away.
"I wish I can offer more words of comfort, but I do not know what power a deity actually holds..." The sad woman.
I wonder what I can truly do, but I suppose I will not figure it out if I am dead...
Nightmarish experiences after the setting sun, ruin everywhere. Monsters roaming in the shadows, a place splitting in its actuality. Unease in the maiden's heart, her mind on some things.
Selica awakening in the night, a pattern out of the ordinary. Shortly leaving Sera's home, hearing the loud people, feeling the blowing breeze. Her sad vision, this reality before her. A few passing hours, Ava once again at Avalon High, her distant eyes on the happily leaving students.
"Can they really be dead...? Yeah, given everything I have seen, they definitely are..." Her slightly low head.
This joyful illusion in the town, a pure girl to her heart. An innocent one in a miserable realm, that victim amongst them. Their true meeting at times, these warmly flowing sentiments in the young woman.
Ava standing in the abyss, soon glancing behind. The hazel one there, worrying looking at her. Dabria shortly walking up to the maiden, holding her upper arm.
"How are you doing...?" the girl looking down a bit.
"I have been better, that is for sure. Hey, I should really tell you this now..." Ava sorrowfully looking away.
I didn't want to do this...in all honesty. I wouldn't have mind staying here, yet I have to be sensible about this...
An entity entering into a strange town, eventually encountering a pure person. That individual shining their light, leading the maiden back to her past.
A kind soul hearing her, quelling the agony in her heart, bringing weight into her small world. Ava shortly shifting her eyes to her companion, the girl curiously tilting her head a bit.
"It is highly likely that I will be leaving this town tomorrow..." Ava folding her arms.
A never dying bond, two meeting long ago. An innocent girl walking into a church, encountering a goddess on a certain day. A forming friendship between them, something more coming from it.
The hazel one's eyes on the young woman walking away in the darkness, moving further away from her. Dabria's sinking heart, holding her hands to her chest.
"I...really appreciate meeting you, and the time we spent together. However, my priority is my little brother, I cannot find him if I am dead. Tonight Sera and I are going to be looking for a way to leave this town..." The young woman looking away.
I felt it was only right to tell her this, but...how can I tell her that she is actually dead...? I don't know, and I am not sure if I have it in me to say it...
A person wishing for an alternative, her great desire to stay in this town with another. Unable to do so, her enemies increasing in their severity. Her goal in mind, having to find her younger brother.
An aching in her chest, looking to the pure one in the abyss. The individual stepping forward, embracing the maiden. The girl shortly pulling away, Ava watching them move towards a church.
"This means...you will be back, right...?" Dabria gripping her upper arm, her eyes on her companion.
"Yes, I will be back, that I can promise." The goddess' assuring voice, shifting her vision to the hazel one.
Words long ago, these sentiments still flowing through her. An entity wishing to live in a town with another, a terrible actuality descending on her.
Someone still carrying these emotions, her unending devotion. Two waiting somewhere in Inai, her intention to find them one day. Dabria slowly inhaling and exhaling, her serious expression.
"Then I will go with you." The girl's quickly beating heart, her hand to her chest.
"I am certain your parents will never allow this..." Ava surprisingly stepping away.
Two connecting hearts, something more existing in the shadows. A goddess' steady movements, her hand towards the past. Someone unable to go further, a barrier keeping her away from the end.
A pure one coming into her life, shining light into her black world, filling it with weight. The young woman's uncertainty on her companion's ability to leave, yet her wish to believe in the nigh impossible.
"These incidents, I am now wrapped up in them. However, those not aware are usually fine. My parents might be angry, but I will explain it to them when we get back." Dabria reassuring her partner.
A never dying bond, two tackling their challenges together. A bright one in the maiden's dark world, an individual leading the way forward. An entity desiring to continue her journey with a precious one, her eyes on the slimmest possibility.
"Alright...if that is how you feel about this, then I welcome you..." Ava faintly smiling at her companion.
I do not know if this will work, but maybe I can figure out something...
