Christmas Special: Sun and Moon(Part 8)

Hearts relishing in the dusk, proceeding along with one another. Their aim to save one waiting in the shadows, the girl's silent pleas. Believing in the possibility of two, hoping for them to come.

In the western section, ruin everywhere. Fire wildly burning, rubble scattering in the place. In the leader's room, Cyra sitting on a chair. Atlalune and Sol at her side, feeling a bit bad.

Papers stacking on the steel desk, mini trees lining the corners. A blue carpet on the floor, details coming from oversea. A man in his mid twenties on his knees, scowling at the three.

"What the hell are you...?" his unrest.

"Just a demon that run requests now and then." Gripping her arms, slightly smiling at him.

"A demon you say? So someone hired you. Name your price, any, and I will pay it." His determination.

"Do not misunderstand, I make deals with who I choose to. You do not get to demand a contract, only I have that right to decide." The devil's calm expression.

"And trust me when I say this, her contracts can be very cruel. I wouldn't recommend them." Atlalune facing away.

"I...must concur. Cyra is a great person, but can be terrifying when she needs to." Sol's hand on her cheek, grinning a bit.

A demon's many years, branding her sentiments into countless. Some witnessing the price of her horrific contracts, eternally screaming their regret. Others gaining her approval, witnessing a positive growth in their lives.

"Now that this is out of the way. I am willing to spare you, if you transfer seventy-five percent of your net-worth to me." Cyra's pleasant smile, resting her hand on her chest.

"You sure we are the good ones here?" Atlalune blankly looking at her.

"The rest of us are not getting paid for this job, so I figured I will get something from it and share it with everyone." The demon glancing to them.

"You truly are evil!" the man yelling at her.

"Now I feel kind of bad for him..." Sol gripping her arms.

"Don't be. Remember, he is part of the group holding Lucil hostage. He should be lucky I am not selling him by the part." Cyra's stern expression on him.

This tale has been pilfered from Royal Road. If found on Amazon, kindly file a report.

"You can be quite cold when you need to, but I agree. Hopefully this serves as enough of a punishment." Atlalune folding her arms.

The man's unrestful heart, soon complying to the demon's request. Transferring most of his money to her, begrudgingly looking at her. Cyra soon binding him with her pure chains, dragging him out of the room.

"Now then, I know someone who would certainly like to have some fun with you." The devil's bright grin.

"If this was a Christmas Special or something, we'd definitely have to put some warnings on." Atlalune sighing.

"True, but while we are at it. I need a new laptop...so." Sol happily grabbing the laptop on the desk.

"How did this operation turn into thievery?" the ex-mercenary's hand at the side of her head.

"Oh it is fine. When we get home, I can't wait to download all the new games on this high end computer!" the mage joyfully clutching it to her chest.

"Wouldn't you need a password to unlock it?" the knight sighing.

"Oh right! Cyra! Wait up! Don't hand him over to Ava yet!" the noble-woman running off.

Companions forever with one another, blissfully tackling their challenges with each other. These flowing sentiments in the dusk, wrapping within the cold snowy embrace.

The man before Ava in great fear, the deity sinisterly smiling at him. Sol quickly changing the password on the laptop, claiming it as her own.

"I guess we are the Revengers." Valor’s hand behind his head.

"I don't think that is the right term..." Dabria scratching her cheek with her index finger.

"You are so lucky I cannot go all out, so you better thank Dabria. What a shame though..." The goddess squeezing her target with her whip.

"Please! Stop!! I beg of you!!!" he pleads.

"More, I want to hear your agony, and then devote yourself to serving me for the rest of your days as compensation for what you did to that poor girl Lucil." Ava chuckling a bit.

"Someone stop her!!!" the man's distress.

"Ava, I think that is enough. We have to go raid the headquarters now, and also leave before law enforcement and the Royal Order arrives in this particular case." Cyra gripping her arms, her slight unrest.

"I suppose you are right, but I am taking this one with me. I've grown a bit fond of him, so he will make a good servant." Her pleasant grin.

"Wha?!" the man alarmingly looking at her.

"No way Ava. When we have kids around the house, I do not want someone like him anywhere near them!" Dabria's hands on her waist, frowning at her wife.

"Hmhm, I was merely joking. I would never willfully endanger my family with trash like this." Her stern expression on the leader of the western section.

"I wonder when the change will level out, but your form does bring in some excitement I will say." Dabria's hand on her cheek, smiling a bit.

"Hard to say when, but enough with the fun. As Cyra mentioned, we should head off immediately." Ava turning.

"Bud, you ever realized we're like the only two guys here?" Valor looking down to the iguana.

The animal's vision on his friend, nodding in agreement. Both shortly shrugging at the other, accepting the situation on them.

Everyone soon heading to their next destination, their desire to bring one home to another. The final phase of the dusk at hand, revealing colorful souls underneath its light.
