Chapter 3: Binding Hearts(Part 2)

One from the past, their blurry image. These warm feelings, wanting to remember. This prison around her, those stripping away her freedom. Her frustrating sentiments, her aching heart. These people underneath her command, wanting to give them a way out. Slowly shaking her head from left to right, the angels looking at her, aware on her loss. Glancing back to her friends, needing to maintain their high morale.

"All of you, do your best to return alive." Her calm voice.

Building on each other, a family to one another. A leader amongst them, one carrying this burden. Having her own troubles, containing it within. Her words bringing them hope, their loud cheering, wanting to enjoy many more moments together.

That young woman walking onward, their attention on her. Shaking her head in disbelief, faintly smiling. These pleasant hearts, those pure friends. Light existing in the deepest of darkness, this belief still remaining inside of her.

Those goofballs, have fun. Ensure to return alive, so that we can all continue to laugh together like this.

A soft heart, rage at her depths, these strange boiling sentiments. Her deep loneliness, wandering in darkness. Drowning in despair, her sounding emotions. Yearning to unravel the mysteries from her past, resisting the reason of deities.

Searching for a way towards her freedom, cherishing these individuals, wanting to give them a way out. That maiden shortly residing outside, her attention on the training field. Taking in the warm sun, feeling the gentle breeze.

"Maria."

A familiar voice to her, turning in the direction. Freya floating from a distance, their meeting visions. Hearts in silence, those continuously holding on. Their dreadful paths, one able to end the war. A debt to repay, memories eternally inside the goddess' mind.

A dangerous individual, her selfish desires long ago. Someone pushing beyond, driving the worlds to the brink of ruin. Her fragile heart, choosing to give up what is within. Flying up to the devil, soon residing before her, her sad gaze.

"Freya...?" the cautious maiden, her hand on her waist.

Her strange arrival, this suspicious person. A prison around the maiden, her lingering fragments. Their visions on one another, the goddess shortly shifting her eyes to her side, that devil noting the weird occurrence. A proud deity from old, his radiating aura.

A gentle individual, his childish innocence. Someone freeing Freya, her gratefulness to him, never forgetting it. Her doubtful feelings, soon shaking it out of mind. Her attention on the young woman, having a debt to repay, these two connecting hearts.

"You wish to know more about your past, correct?"

Mysteries within, yearning for answers. An entity from old rising once more, her presence not in acknowledgment, a moon not crimson. Her memories in a seal, her powerful resolve. Forcing against the harsh tides, drowning in a lonely abyss. Her years in torment, refusing to remain in silence. Breaking through to the surface, racing in darkness.

Shouting her soul, shaking the will of countless. Her soft heart, a hand willing to extend to others. Her deep selfishness, embracing her imperfections. Two close companions, this never dying. Words meeting the demon, her slightly widening eyes. Her serious gaze on the goddess, needing to press forward.

"Tell me, anything will do." Folding her arms.

Awakening in a strange place, deities holding cards in their hands. Searching for a way to escape, answers residing in her past. A heart resisting the reason of others, pushing onward in blackness. A moment to her attention, unable to pass on it, yearning for the endless sky.

A soul pulling against her shackles, sentiments brewing at her depths. That goddess thinking for a bit, her conflicting emotions. Illness within her, having a debt to repay. Turning from the maiden, the careful young woman.

"Why tell you when you can go meet them?" Freya glancing back to Cyra.

Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.

This faint gleam in the deepest of darkness, madness surrounding her. Needing to meet with the person, her lingering feelings. A strange chance before her, wondering on the reason for displaying this solution.

"Meet them?" Cyra positioning her arms in a thinking posture.

Casting away into darkness, standing in an abyss, her path once without light. This faint shine, following its path. Seeking a way out of her despair, her sentiments inside. Existing in the hands of another, not allowing for it. Her deep selfishness, pursuing what is within. Facing the young woman, their eyes meeting with the other. The maiden gauging the goddess' credibility, not distrusting her for the moment.

"You know who I am talking about Maria. To meet with 'him,' do you not wish for that?" her hand on her waist.

If I meet with him...will things become clear to me?

These sparking feelings, flames from times of old. Unleashing her soul, shaking her foes. An entity able to perform miracles, carrying a belief within. Her soft heart, a halfbreed coming from two. The blood of a divine and devil, an abomination on the worlds. Memories eluding her, this person seeking out her past. Stirring the pot, connecting some points. Another coming before her, their high position.

"Why are you doing this?" her hand to her chin.

Uncertainty on her past, enemies around. A possibility of a trap, her boiling blood, sentiments brewing at her depths. Roaming in blackness, seeing a faint light. Shadowy hands trailing her, her aching within.

An enormous weight on her shoulders, feeling it on her. An individual despising the battlefield, having to push onward. That goddess remembering the demon's efforts, one opposing a weapon long ago. Forfeiting her desires, giving everyone a chance for a future.

"I still have a debt to pay to you. You can meet with him in Helheim, on the path to the Ginnungagap. Go there, and kill through anyone on your way. Do not let yourself be stopped, even if the gods stand before you. Make it to him, and you will be safe. That I can promise you." Freya calmly folding her arms.

Learning much from the one of the land, witnessing the bond between two. A god never forgetting, constantly upholding the wish of his old friend. Their dreadful parting heavily damaging him, someone not moving on. One once supreme, his life binding with another.

Their forever connecting hearts, the goddess accepting it. A mission on hand, the devil's awareness on the risk. Gods potentially pursuing her, a way to the endless sky, wanting to share it with her friends. The goddess betting on the maiden's possibility, a way to shift this war.

"My squad, I should take them with me then. The gods might try and punish them in my stead if what you say is true." Cyra placing her hand on her waist.

"I would recommend that. Stay safe, Maria."

An old resolve, a devil sinking beneath the surface. Drowning in despair, her silent voice. Refusing to endure, eventually breaking through the surface. Shouting her soul, forcing onward. Surpassing her challenges, a deep desire existing, many more residing within her.

Two sharing a similar goal, their connecting paths. Their close bond, those from different realms. A goddess bearing witness to it, seeing a demon's fangs, her eyes on the loyalty of a companion. The maiden's careful vision on Freya, keeping some distance between herself and the deity.

Gazing at her, that entity slightly looking away. A strange individual, a crimson pentagram appearing before her. The bright red light, an ancient seal reacting. The goddess fading away, displeasure from her.

To gain the answers I seek...I must risk everything. This may be selfish of me, but I must...I have to know...

Wings once soaring free, embracing pleasantness. Living in a hostile environment, her defeat leading to it. Her life slipping out of her hands, unable to speak out. Her shakiness within, her tormenting agony. A daughter coming, her worsening sentiments. No longer able to withstand, seeking release from her despair.

Eventually failing equivalence, an action setting forward a chain. Needing to reclaim her past, a way to do so in her hands. Some passing time, the maiden in front of Heaven's Gate. The massive structure, old symbols igniting from it. Facing her squad, hope filling these people.

"New order, we are heading to Helheim. We will battle through everyone, even if they are gods to reach a certain someone. If we can find them, then we will be safe from the gods wrath. If we cannot...then I do apologize..." Her solemn voice.

Taking on a risky gamble, selfishly bringing others with her. Refusing to remain in shackles, her soul yearning for the endless sky. Her deep desire, these guiding sentiments. A heart forever existing, her unwillingness to play along in the game of another.

Feeling the gently blowing breeze, hearing the sounds of water in the distance. Those friends processing their new mission, their visions to each other. Knowing their chance, nodding in agreement. Their eyes shortly to the young woman, determination burning from them.

"We're with you Maria!" Martha smiling at her.

"Yeah! Time to get some answers!" Kain giving her a thumbs up.

"Better than being a mindless puppet, count me in." Rick folding his arms.

"Right, we'll follow you to the end Maria!" Emily brightly grinning.

Sparking light, these igniting sentiments. Walking in a black abyss, these people around her. That faint glow from afar, warm individuals supporting her. Appreciating them, her gratefulness to her comrades.

Her goal serving them, giving them a way out of their nightmare. Familiar feelings in the maiden, her faint smile, turning to the old gate. Her certain path, her resolute heart. Steadily opening the direction, tension slowly rising inside of her. An all or nothing gamble, needing to breakthrough.

Freya...I feel you were being honest with me. Still, I wonder why you defy the gods. No matter so, I much appreciate this. Everyone...you lend me your lives for this, thank you.
