Demon Lord Ivy and The Summoned Hero Victoria face each other in an inevitable battle that will conclude who is superior.
“Look how funny the irony is, the demon lord sieges on the hero’s fortress. You got everything reversed, Demon Lord.” Victoria said as she jumps to another roof and points her Glock to Ivy and shoots three bullets imbued with a strong holy property.
“Kuh…!” Ivy let out a pained voice as she endures the pain of her wounds that are unable to regenerate properly because of Victoria’s attack that rendered her vampiric powers useless.
Covered in blood, a bullet coated with power blessed by the gods, a bullet that goes through almost everything including Ivy’s prided dragon fiber. And even in the suspended world of Ivy, Victoria’s bullets are unstoppable.
“Admit defeat. I’ll make sure I take care of you well.” Victoria mocked as she licked her lips like she is already tasting the victory and in hindsight, Ivy herself.
“For what reason you are fighting…?” Ivy asked with eyes glaring at Victoria. Her will is still tough and she makes sure that she won’t be going down.”
“For what? Hahaha! Let’s see here…” Victoria placed her finger on her chin and started making a gesture like she is thinking.
Ivy stares at Victoria in anticipation. She expects an answer that will baffle her for the reason the hero got this powerful despite haven’t been living in this world for even a year yet.
Finally, Victoria took her mask off and showed her face to Ivy. Ivy’s expression changes from hostility to a great shock. The reason is…
“…Eh?! You…! You were a girl?! Or are you just girly boy?! EH?!” Ivy loudly exclaimed.
“Wha--! You thought I was a boy?!” Victoria answered back with a flabbergasted countenance.
“Isn’t that pretty common among summoned heroes?! A male protagonist! And to further push it, you are aiming for a harem full of girls!” Ivy said in a panic as she points her finger to Victoria like she is accusing her.
“Hey, hey! There’s nothing in the rule that says a generic summoned hero should always be a boy! And alas, I see no wrong about my preference. If I want a harem of girls, I want a harem of girls!” Victoria defended herself.
“T-Then…t-the reason you are fighting is…?” Ivy asked though a little frightened of the answer.
“The reason…? Of course…it is to build a harem of girls! My cute and beautiful girls that will service me and love me! Ahhh…girls are so dreamy in a fantasy world! They smell like flowers, they have beautiful hair, they have gem-like eyes, all of this dauntless trait that you wouldn’t see on earth! And now…! The cute and bouncy vampire demon lord is in front of me, how could I pass up such opportunity to make you mine!?” Victoria answered with passion and full of vigor. She eyed at Ivy like she is her prey.
“Eh?! You’re just a pervert! And more like, you haven’t even raised a flag with me or even raise my affection bar! More like it is dropping further to negative as you speak of yourself!” Ivy exclaimed with a disgusted face. “And what do you mean by bouncy anyway?!” she added a question she couldn’t figure herself.
“You can bark all you want, just knowing that you are shamelessly flaunting that you are a reincarnator just further pushed my desire to have you. Let’s continue where we left off.” Victoria said as she donned the mask and points the Glock at Ivy again.

“Damn!” Ivy draws back with a huge leap from one rooftop to another.
Suspending the world won’t help her anymore. Her senses are too sensitive that even the weather’s harsh drop in temperature is biting to her sanity.
One thing about Victoria’s Glock is that it pierces the concept called time or more to be more specific, it is unimpeded by Ivy’s power because of the blessing Victoria has. As long as Victoria fired off a bullet, it will follow Ivy everywhere until it reaches a certain maximum range.
Victoria, on the other hand, was already aware of Ivy’s time-stopping ability as her consciousness stays intact in her world. If her power grew a little more, she will be unaffected by it.
The Glock fired off a single bullet that flies towards Ivy. Ivy was not prepared for Victoria’s power. After all, she is just a de facto demon lord through dethroning. She didn’t inherit any actual blessing from the God of the Demons.
Right from the start, she was already cornered purely because she was battling the worst kind of opponent for her, a Blessed One and at the same time, a Summoned Hero.
Ivy Hellbeing was no faster than the bullet in her current condition as the cold seeping to her sense, as the sensation of her wounds unable to properly regenerate, and her unstable mentality that was almost deranged earlier by Hellmind.
The bullet hit her shoulder and inevitably, the heightened senses reduced her to nothing more than a pain absorber. She fell right into a paved road.
At that moment, Eiru and Ivy cross path after a year of separation. Her mind couldn’t think clearly but she knows that she is happy to see Eiru despite that appearance.
And so, everything ended to Eiru demanding for his horn back in which Ivy obediently passes.
In Eiru’s hands, large curling demonic horns behold itself. He drops the purse of gold beside Ivy and tightly embraces the said horns. Condensed magical power seeps out from the horns, a proof that Eiru was no low-level demon.
Oni is one of the most powerful demon clans, however, there is another clan that matches the might of the oni. They are called the True Demons, the clan hailing from their pure blood as a demon, a clan who are magically trained and physically strong and lives very long.
However, their population is not quite as many as the Oni. Their numbers do not past hundred and as such, Eiru is a rare demon species among the demon race.
“Are you the summoned hero?” Eiru asked with a menacing tone. Because it is his horns, the magic immediately becomes one with him.
“Ahahaha! It is I am. Well, you look awfully dangerous too.” Victoria said as she laughs.
“Frostfall.” Eiru simply muttered.
A block of icicle suddenly rams Victoria upward and launcher her. She flew so high that she was thrown several meters as she fell on the ground. However, as her fall ends, she stands up with a little stagger and looks at Eiru again.
“Amazing isn’t it, an enemy that could freeze and an enemy that freezes time, just how wonderful is that?” Victoria said with a bitter smile on her face.
“Then, Hero, I shall be your opponent in the meantime. Heed this as you will face me, who is once called The Harbinger of Winter.” Eiru said as snow started accumulating around Victoria.
“Then…I shall show you one of my specialties.” Victoria grins as she dematerializes her Glock and crouches down on the ground like she is in the starting line of a marathon. Eiru and Ivy then sense that Victoria has become serious so they guard was stretched even further.
In that very moment where a pause of five seconds has elapsed, Victoria shouted…
“Look, the Flying Dutchman!” Victoria shouted as she points her finger towards the sky.
Being surprised of Victoria’s declaration, Eiru and Ivy followed the place where Victoria pointed out of sheer and momentary curiosity and confusion.
“Eh?” “What?” Ivy and Eiru simultaneously said as they look up to the sky but only saw the dark sky brooding with snow.
“Smell you later! Hahaha!” Victoria shouted again.
Eiru and Ivy’s attention immediately returned to Victoria, however, all they can see is a running hero.
“…Ah!” Eiru’s delayed mind was able to catch up after two seconds and realized what just happened.”
“She…she ran?!” Ivy exclaimed with a complicated and funny face.
“Are you running?! You are the hero, right?!” Eiru shouted in hope of receiving a reply.
“Are you guys retarded?! Two versus one?! I am not taking that crap! That’s definitely my lose flag as the two of you uses the power of friendship or something! My best attribute as a hero is that I am aware that I don’t have thick plot armor! So, bye!!” Victoria’s dash becomes even faster as she put more strength into it.
Left speechless, Eiru’s cheek twitches in pure irritation.
“That scum…!” Eiru could only mutter.
“Don’t ever show your face in front of me again!!!” Ivy said as she shouted while tearing up because her image of the hero shattered into million pieces.
Apparently, they sensed that Victoria becomes serious…not in fighting…but in running.
