KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
“General D’Levierre, I am sorry to disturb you but you must hear this urgent report.” A man came knocking on the tightly shut door who spoke with a sense of urgency.
“Y-Yeah! I’m coming out. Soldier, head to the planning room. I’ll follow immediately!” Ries said with a stern voice even though her heart was beating so fast from nervousness. She withdrew the spoon full of soup she was about to feed Amadeo.
“I’m heading out too! I’m going to the planning room!” Lala shouted as she hurriedly put on her armor over her skin tight shirt and pleated skirt. She hurriedly opened the door but blocks the view from the inside to keep the soldier from seeing Amadeo.
“Lord Forchure?!” The soldier gasps as Lala came out from Ries room full of sweat and visibly flustered. What surprised the unknowing soldier the most is that her clothes are disheveled and she was breathing roughly.
“Could it be…? General D’Levierre and Lord Forchure are… items?!” The soldier thought while circulating wrong information in his head.
For an army men, anything obscene is absolutely prohibited…unless seen. It would also be natural that a woman in the army would long for that kind of relationship but, the innocent soldier just thought of something more absurd.
Two women in a single room, sweating and both flustered. His mind can only lead to one thing.
“That’s that reason why General Ries is not interested in man! She is interested in…woah…that’s hot!” The soldier grins under his iron helmet. “This is going to be the biggest gossip yet heard by everyone!” Surprisingly, the soldier is loose mouthed.
Lala then walks off and the soldier follows behind with his mind lagging behind because he is imagining how passionate they are with each other which is non-existent.
Meanwhile, Ries fixes herself and garbs her armor with haste. Amadeo just looks at her dumbfounded while he still sits in the bed and racking his brain on what in the world was happening.
“Ah…I’m really sorry…I really want you to taste the soup that I made. I…just wanted to practice how to be a…” Ries said but paused a little.
“A…? A…what?” Amadeo urges her to speak.
“A…a…wife…Kyaa!” Ries shyly said with a cute squeal. Her eyes passionately look at Amadeo.
The reason they undressed Amadeo was because to check any further injuries. The reason why they locked him in secretly is that they don’t want the soldiers to know that they have a girly side and they find Amadeo really handsome that they became bold of their actions.
The rough breathing cannot be explained though. For what reason they were breathing heavily earlier will be omitted.
“I’ll return after we take care of every obstacle. You stay here for a while and rest. If you want, you can taste the soup and tell us what you think of it! Okay? Bye!!” Ries said as she stormed off the room leaving Amadeo behind.
“Ahahaha…well, this is my chance…” Amadeo smiled with complicated feelings. Since he was unbounded from the rope, the difficulty of his mission was lessened. “Time to do my job, but first…”

“Fire! The food storage is on fire!!” A soldier shouted as he runs toward the well with a bucket in hand.
“What the…?! All hands, help in killing the fire! Magicians, use your magic to put it out with water magic! Those who remained doing nothing, immediately evacuate the remaining supplies in any nearby storage house!” Ries orderly said as she immediately collected her mind upon seeing the blazes that were set upon not only their major food storage but some minor buildings too where they keep their arms and weapons.
“General D’Levierre!” Lala shouted as she rushes towards Ries side. “How could this happen to us?!” she added a question.
“Damn! At this rate, we won’t last a week defending the front lines!” Ries curses as she thinks of any solution for the sudden crisis. “Second in command, Lala, I am going to write a letter to pull out our ranks from the frontline and have the backup forces to take the front for a short duration of time.” She said to Lala.
“But, won’t they lose if the Kerias Army arrives?!” Lala worriedly reasoned out to Ries command.
“That’s one problem! They can manage though if they slowly pull back day by day until we can restock our supply again! It will be a miracle though if our estimated arrival time of Kerias Army will be a day or two delayed…” Ries hoped for it. Lala looks at her with a pale countenance as a reckless plan was concluded in a matter of seconds.
“Then, let me take command here. After you write your command, I will immediately dash off towards the kingdom! General Ries D’Levierre, use me as you will!” Lala strongly said with burning passion in her eyes as she bows with one leg on the ground in front of Ries.
“Then I shall! Please, wait for me and I will write it shortly, Second-in-command, Lala Forchure!” Ries said as she runs towards her room.
Ries' feet ran like a wind from all the adrenaline her body is producing, an urgent situation that requires speed. Deep down, she was relieved that Lala volunteered herself to go carry the message towards the capital. That way, she may avoid the danger the war will bring.
As she arrived at her room, she slams the door open and walks straight towards her desk. However, the man that she was expecting to be there…is gone.
“Amadeo?!” She shouted. Her eyes frantically looked around the room but the man that she called out is nowhere to be found. Instead, on her desk, there is the soup emptied of its content and a letter. “This is…” she read the letter.
“The soup was tasty but, however, you can improve it by adding some mint herb and some milk to improve its viscosity. Overall, you are now eighty percent wife. Don’t worry about it…” Ries' cheeks became ablaze as she read the content. “PS. I am sorry that I left without telling you. I have things to do. If fate allows it, we may meet again.” She put down the letter and folded it. She retrieves a box and opened it. It was full of jeweled rings and accessories with magic enhancement. She places the letter there and closed the box again.
“Amadeo…huh…we may meet again. For now, I am going to do my duty.” She said as she sat down and retrieved the quill and ink together with an empty sheet of paper.
“Eighty percent wife, huh…twenty percent more before I can become your wife then…” she said with a faint smile.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the kingdom again, the Kerias Royal Palace, the room of the prince who offended the princess of the Breille Kingdom, a shadow, figures of people sneaking around sneaks to his room in the night.
Clothe rustles and small breathings are made but the prince in his room is not waking up from his slumber. It was a cold night but he is embraced by a thick layer of blanket to keep him toasty.
“I can’t believe you had me learned alchemy because I am just used in cooking…you’re really absurd, Falikh.” Teth said as he brought out a bundle of incense.
“Well, I can’t ask anyone for it, right, Mika?” Falikh sheepishly whispered towards the giggling Mika.
“Fufufu, it is as Falikh said, only you are capable of such tedious task. But you know, Spoof had the hardest job you know? Sneaking us in this castle…truly an incredible man!~” Mika said as he patted the man called Spoof.
As Mika said, the man, Spoof is the one who helped them to sneak inside the royal palace. Spoof is a man with an ashen hair that is tied in a small ponytail and sharp deep blue eyes. His mouth is covered with a scarf and dressed in all black. He does not speak for a special reason but mostly, he is trained not to because he was previously a spy.
“……” Spoof gestured with an ok sign and looks towards someone else.
“I swear…I really swear I am going to bite you later for this, Falikh!” Eiru said with teary eyes. He is wearing a blond wig, the same as his hair color with beautiful curls that spans down at knee length. He was dressed in beautiful ceremonial clothes which pure white and his chest are padded neatly to make it looks like E cup.
“You look beautiful my dear Eiru, Fufufu. With that, you will not fail to seduce the prince. It really suits you because of your childish physique.” Mika said with a scary grin.
