“Fire! Shoot him down! Don’t let him escape!” cried by one of the soldiers towards the people wearing robes and holding staves. The soldier glared daggers at the figure of a man wearing jet black armor with blood red outlines which made it look so murderous and intimidating in the midst of the night.
The man who wears the black armor soars throughout the sky, provoking and shooting spells at the group of people, no, an army.
A large scale army which sole purpose is to charge directly at its opposing kingdom complete with infantry troops scaling around tens of thousands, magicians who are fully equipped in which around a thousand and heavy armored cavalries who rode the horses and holds tremendous enchanted swords and spears.
It was the Kerias Kingdom Army. They are marching their way towards the Breille Kingdom, however, an intruder, an unknown enemy has slowed down their advance and keeping them occupied.
“What’s the deal with that black knight?! I thought flight magic is only exclusive to Einhart family?!” shouted by one of the magicians as he grit his teeth. The flying black figure with white flowing hair mockingly dodges every spells they throw at him.
It’s not even holding a sword or any weapon, not even staves which are common for basic magicians. Nonetheless, the annoyance flies and fires magic at them like it’s breathing for him.
“Prepare your bow and arrow! If magic won’t hit, surely a barrage of arrows will get a hit!” shouted again by the heavily armored knight.
One by one, the infantry and militia draw their backup weapon, the bow. One by one by one, they nock their arrows to the bowstring and steadily aim at the black knight.
“Fire!” shouted again, furiously by the knight guy.
The barrage of arrow flew towards the black knight. Maybe because he already anticipated such attack, he readily cast a high-level barrier which magnificently deflected every arrow…
The army could not know what to do anymore at the flying dark knight who halted their march. Every single time they try to move on, the dark knight would attack with magic so it was really troublesome for them.
The magicians could actually fire more devastating spells but they are trying to be efficient with their magic reserves. The dark knight knows that well because…
“Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap! Damn you Falikh! Why am I even doing this?! I never thought I would be fighting against my own kingdom! Good thing I am wearing a disguise right now!” Reysha inwardly said to herself as she dodges another volley of magic by the magicians.
That’s right, it’s none other than our main character, Reysha Einhart who is acting as a delayer for the Kerias Kingdom’s advance. She knows every nook and cranny of Kerias’ stratagem as she devised it together with her father and sisters.
“How did this happen to me?! Right, it was Falikh’s plan to begin with!” Reysha curses as she dodges another spell with hair-breadth distance.
“What the hell!? Well, he did ask me if I could delay two Kingdom armies. Of course, I can’t do something like that. Never thought that he will have me stop one army then! I feel bad for the other three whom we task to stop the Breille’s Army…” Reysha explosively thought to herself while doing a mid-air maneuver.
They devised the plan a month ago and all they needed to do at the short time is to prepare. As for Reysha, acquiring a perfect disguise to be unidentifiable.
It may seem like she was dodging effortlessly but for Reysha, the feeling of magic slowly draining drip by drip feels like she’ll get anemic is extremely unpleasant.

“Nevermind that! it’s about time for her to show up! This will be the hardest part.”
The army stopped their aerial attack towards Reysha. The sudden order gave her unpleasant vibes as another magic power rises among the ranks of the Kerias Army.
The river of army men parted ways as the one who leads the army, the general, makes her way. Donning a white mithril armor that was thoroughly forged to its limit to easily conduct and repel magic, to deflect and even destroy iron swords, with hair as similar as Reysha, she comes.
Ersha Einhart, Reysha’s elder sister, the eldest among the three of them.
“What is this commotion?! Why can’t you even take down a single man!? Do I really have to take the matters in my hand?!” Ersha shouted towards her men. Magic flared from her body as she began floating.
Reysha knows that she won’t be beaten by Ersha but, she knows well that if she uses any high-level magic, Ersha would immediately know that it is Reysha.
Also, Reysha knows the Ersha is stubborn, cold-hearted, and strict. Among the three of them, Ersha is the most military-oriented and the one who faithfully carries their father’s legacy. Because of her actions, Reysha was able to live a free life without their father bothering her too much about militaristic affairs.
Unlike Reysha who is short, childish in appearance and…ehem…flat… Ersha is tall with an hourglass figure and booming breasts. Her hair flows down like the midnight sky and sways flawlessly. A perfect beauty…
“Prepare yourself, I, Ersha Einhart will be your opponent!” Ersha shouted as she flew towards Reysha like a gale while brandishing her sword.
“Here she comes!” Reysha thought to herself as she drew a sword from thin air which visibly colored Ersha’s face with surprise but instills a minimum amount of suspicion to the enemy.
CLANG!
Their swords clashes but Reysha tilted slightly as she tried to hold back. The two of them engages in an aerial battle with their swords clashing with each other.
“Support fire! When the enemy let out, immediately fire off your spells and arrows!” shouted by one of the cavalrymen.
It was what made Reysha grit her teeth in vexation. It was already assured that she won’t be getting any breather in this battle. As it is stands, Ersha’s attacks became fiercer and she started putting weight with magic in her sword.
She was easily overpowered so she immediately assesses that she doesn't need to hold back anymore.
While Ersha continues her attacks, Reysha started her counter attack. Consecutive spells started flying all over the place as Reysha conjures dozen of magic circles around her. She already assessed that this may invite suspicion too but to a bare minimum.
Fire, water, wind, ice, thunder, earth, light and dark, all of it is under Reysha’s palm. From basic to high level tier of spells is already mastered by Reysha and even made her own original magic which by the way, Reysha won’t be using.
However, that alone won’t make Reysha any special. Ersha, through rigorous training, was able to master all of the elemental spells too. With her own magic, Ersha counters Reysha’s magic assault and an explosion occurred.
“You…flight magic, high-level magic, mastery of your own swordsmanship. Who are you? Such brilliant and strong warrior is unheard even in our Kingdom except for one, my very own little sister, though, I won’t suspect her.” Ersha asked as they stop their exchange.
“………” Reysha kept her lips tightly shut as her voice will be immediately recognized by Ersha. She felt a little relieved when she heard Ersha that she won’t suspect Reysha, her own self.
“How did you get so strong? Who taught you flight magic? Are you from the Breille Kingdom? Answer me!” Ersha angrily snarls as Reysha kept quiet from all of her inquiry.
“What is your purpose of halting us? Why do you fight? What is your goal?! I know a warrior of your caliber has enough resolve to acquire such strength. I will not condemn you for any reasons you have. I simply want to know what drives you to do such thing.” Ersha sincerely speaks of what she wanted to hear
Simply, this sounds foolish, asking your enemy in the middle of the fight, however, Reysha knows that Ersha longs for an enemy of equal footing, not her though.
“As for me…” Ersha took out a handkerchief and brings it closer to her chest. Reysha’s eye becomes fixated at the said handkerchief.
She knows that handkerchief well…
When Reysha returned at Kerias to investigate, she met with her sister, Ersha in the capital. She was visibly sweaty so Ersha offered the handkerchief to her and used it. It was the same handkerchief that Ersha is currently holding.
Ersha then brought it close to her face and…sniffs it…
“Haa….Reysha…my cute little sister…Haaa…! Why….why must we be separated?!” She mutters with a blissful countenance. Her breathing is labored and her cheeks are ablaze as she sniffs on the used handkerchief.
Reysha felt a little sick as she saw her well respected elder sister’s image crumbles to pieces.
“A…a pervert!” she shouted inwardly…
Fortunately, they are so high up in the sky that Ersha’s men couldn’t witness her falling to depravity.
