The day of their departure dawns and the sun rises majestically from the horizon. The people of the Kerias Kingdom Capital are preparing for another day of work as they prepare for breakfast to energize themselves.
At the Kerias Castle woke up a girl with a grunt and that’s Reysha Einhart. While on the bed, she tried to feel something between her thighs and to her not-much-of-a-surprise felt something wet.
“Are you kidding me? On top of the sun getting a bit annoying in the morning because of the effect of vampirism, I am also going on my period…” Reysha said with an extremely annoyed countenance.
As she was gritting her teeth over her failing mood, her door slams open and comes in Aspara with a smile of ulterior motive.
“Good morning, Einhart! Today is the day.” Aspara announces.
“Hisss!” Reysha literally hissed at Aspara.
“Eh?! What’s wrong?! I’m sorry, Lady Reysha!!” Aspara who felt Reysha’s full brunt of annoyed aura first thing in the morning and immediately apologizes.
“Argh, shut it! I feel like this is the worst day to come! Do you have any pads there?!” Reysha shouted angrily.
“Oh? Perhaps, are you in your monthly menstruation? That’s…tough. You are also traveling with Falikh, your common nemesis and to boot, you still have that vampirism.” Aspara immediately concluded as she sent Reysha a gaze of pity.
“Common nemesis…I guess that’s how you word it. Anyway, I’ll meet up with them after I change. Just…bring me one of those pads. I ran out of them.” Reysha said as she starts slipping out of her pajamas.
After knowing of Reysha’s current plight, Aspara prepared more than enough pads for Reysha to use in their travel.
Afterward, Reysha said her farewell to Seran and Mirsha and went out of her way. Since Ersha is busy, she just left a letter for her. With Aspara on tow, Reysha arrives in front of the Bandit Host Club Branch and saw three carriages lined up.
One carriage is for Princess Meriyal Breille and her knights Lala Forchure and Ries D’Levierre. The three of them urgently needs to arrive at Breille to plan out Exodus’ invasion towards their kingdom. Considering that she plans to attack the Breille Kingdom with an unbelievable number of homunculi, a careful strategy to minimize casualty is in process.
The second carriage is for the go-home party of the Bandit Host Club. Marc, Zirk, Hansen, and Eiru are to be sent back to the forest together with Victoria. They have their own agenda to take care of as well as to assist the Breille Kingdom from the shadows. Teth, Mika, and Spoof are going with Falikh to the Demon Kingdom Sirius.
The third and the largest carriage is heading towards the Demon Kingdom Sirius and the party is composed of Falikh, Reysha, Yrsha, Teth, Mika, Spoof, Oliver, Ivy, Alef, and the archbishop Genesis. They are to gather forces from the said kingdom and to connect relations. However, the main point of their travel is to get Ivy’s said ultimate weapon.
After all, they need all the power they can gather to face Exodus.
Unlawfully taken from Royal Road, this story should be reported if seen on Amazon.
“Let’s meet after two months, Demon Lord Ivy Hellbeing. I hope for your accomplished arrival.” Meriyal said towards Ivy while keeping her sight on each other’s eyes.
“Live well, Princess Meriyal Breille! I hope that we can see you and your people well when we arrive at your esteemed land.” Ivy traded with a farewell with her in a melancholic tone. After all, they did bond quite a bit as fellow women.
The two knights behind Meriyal bowed down towards Ivy in a show of respect. They know that Ivy and the others are their only hope. Ries knew that she and her forces may not even stand a chance against a single homunculus. The Breille Kingdom has adequate forces for war, however, Exodus’ army may prove it useless. After all, the Breille Kingdom is an agricultural centered kingdom, the best one to invade for resources.
“You guys! Remember to do what I told you. Remember to send Dick my message for the change of plans! This will be a turning point for us, the Bandit Host Club!” Falikh talked to the going-home party.
“Falikh, I may need to go as a war adviser to the Breille Kingdom. Should I do a little intervention?” Hansen asked with a serious countenance.
“Yeah, I know. Do something to stall Exodus’ army advances through any means necessary! Also, Eiru, you help him!” Falikh pointed at Eiru.
“Aye! By the way, won’t you keep an eye to Ivy, boss?” Eiru asked with a little anxiousness visible to his eyes.
“That’s not my job. Actually, we have Miss Reysha for that! Fret not as she will take care of your beloved!” Falikh boasted.
“Yeah, that’ll do. Though, why Miss Reysha?!” Eiru tilted his head with furrowed brows.
“How about us?” Zirk points at himself and Marc.
“Yeah, you two will do fine as long as we can follow the plan, okay?” Falikh said while glancing over to Oliver.
“What kind of an idiot will ask for a job when there’s already a set plan? Actually, we have this goal ever since the start so just follow the blueprint. We already have all the woodwork and metals we need by now.” Oliver said those words in a whisper with an exasperated tone.
Having said their goodbyes, the three carriages departed separately. It wasn’t long enough before they left the premises of the Kerias Kingdom Capital. The lone huge carriage trudges on the road gently.
Falikh, Yrsha, and Oliver are in the carriage’s driver seat while Spoof scouts in advance. Teth is riding in a horseback since he is a little bulkier than anyone inside the carriage and the rests are inside the carriage. However, inside the carriage, there’s a tension stirring.
“…What in the world is wrong with you?” Alef asked while she desperately tries to hide Genesis behind her back from Reysha’s negative aura.
“This is a little different from the you last night. I guess something doesn’t really add up with my humoring.” Genesis keeps insisting that it was because of her bad sense of humor.
“Welp, I’m not involving myself there…” Mika said without peeling his sight from the view of outside through the carriage’s window.
“So much, so much annoyance from the sun, so much annoyance from this hormonal imbalance, so much shaking…” Reysha kept muttering under her breathe with an extremely furious countenance.
“Um…Miss Reysha, I actually heard from Miss Aspara. I’m sorry, I think it’s my fault for your horribly bad mood…” Ivy meekly took on the blame.
“Yeah, I just need you to tell me how to get rid of this vampirism.” Reysha grunted.
“Ah, we just need to—“ Before Ivy could finish her words, the carriage they are riding currently came to halt abruptly that it shook everyone inside.
“What’s wrong?!” Alef shouted while she steps out of the carriage together with Mika.
Both of them stare at the drivers, Faikh, Oliver, and Yrsha. The three them of them are stuck in a frigid smile possibly sweating coldly. They pointed in front of them and everyone who was struck with curiosity followed the place where they are pointing.
To everyone’s surprise, someone is standing in front of the carriage.
“I sincerely apologize for this sudden interference but I can no longer neglect both my sisters and my training. For that end, I got permission to follow all of you!” The woman, Ersha Einhart said as she sincerely bowed down. She dons normal clothes paired with trousers armed with light leather armor and a sword sheathed on her hips.
“With that said, I will be on board with this mission. Thank you for having me!” She added with a glint of smug.
