Chapter 110: Does it Make You Happy? 2

“I’m sorry, Yrsha. However, we need to do this.” Reysha said as she tries to break free from Yrsha’s embrace.

“No matter what? Is it really something important that you readily cast aside your sister’s feelings?” Yrsha asked as she struggles to keep Reysha at her chest.

“No matter what, yes. I’m sorry if I made you cry. At the very least, can you keep everything a secret?” Reysha turns her sight upwards to see Yrsha’s countenance.

Reysha immediately reflected on her actions. Yrsha’s feelings might be the same as the rest of her family and yet, Reysha insisted on continuing her actions. She is already aware of how deep she has dug herself into this problem together with Falikh and his band and she can no longer back out.

For a cause and for a reason they are doing such actions.

Yrsha may not know yet of the weight of their problems but Reysha is well aware that what they are trying to accomplish is none other than peace between the Kingdoms.

As such, she felt a little guilt residing her chest as she tried to see Yrsha’s face.

“Bleh!” Upon eye contact, Yrsha sticks her tongue out accompanied with a wink.

“Huh?” Reysha’s eyes widened as she saw how Yrsha comically made a face that seemingly mocking her. She didn’t expect that after all what Yrsha said, this what comes next.

“Man, my eyes teared up when I dived earlier. Now it feels kind of sore.” Yrsha explained as she separated from Reysha with an impish grin.

“I can’t believe you…” Reysha only knitted her brows with accompanied by a frown.

“But wow, Reysha, you are really serious, huh? You got so emotional earlier.” Yrsha teased Reysha accompanied by a smug.

“Didn’t you get emotional too? Like the tone of your voice and stuff.” Reysha, knowing that Yrsha started playing dumb now, thought that it’s pointless for a serious talk.

“Oh, I didn’t. Anyway, about your plans, let me in!” Yrsha shifted the discussion.

“No.” Reysha immediately rejected her.

“A fast reply?! Aren’t you considering it a little too instantaneously?! Come on, your beautiful and brilliant older sister is offering you a help!” Yrsha protested as she strikes a post like she is bewitching someone.

“You really called yourself beautiful and brilliant…? Anyway, the answer is still no. We are already overstaffed.” Reysha waves her hand as if she is shooing her.

“Overstaffed? Your group of evil schemers is overstaffed?” Yrsha repeated those words with bewilderment.

“Y-Yeah…that’s right. Yrsha, someday, I will tell you all about it so please, for now, keep it to yourself, about us.” Reysha looks at Yrsha straight in the eyes.

“…Fine. I feel a little bit dizzy now so I’ll go ahead.” Yrsha, with a little pondering, replied and left the bath at her own leisure, leaving Reysha behind who looks at her with puzzled countenance.

“Yrsha, please…” Reysha once again said before Yrsha left for good.

“I’m always your ally, Reysha.” She said as a reply before leaving.

Perhaps she wanted to say more, perhaps she wanted to reassure that her little sister’s secret will be safe, however, Yrsha Einhart felt that she couldn’t give any better answer right now.

She can’t find in her heart that Reysha will be safe on her own despite the strength she possesses. Clueless, Yrsha cannot fathom what kind of danger awaits Reysha if left with people she isn’t familiar with.

In the end, Yrsha is as the same as anyone in her family who wanted to dote on the youngest.

Despite Yrsha’s comical attitude, she took a lot of responsibilities that Ersha doesn’t want. To save Reysha from anything she despite, Yrsha confronted the problem herself.

Both of her sisters don’t want to get married, not yet.

Yrsha is by far, yearning for a normal and healthy relationship, however, there are things that she must do.

Behind the curtains, Yrsha weeds off any roots of corruption budding in the Kerias Kingdom. It is one thing that Ersha cannot carry out while fighting in the frontlines.

Everyone who nows Yrsha normally perceives her as playful and impish, however, Yrsha also hides a face of a merciless eradicator that moves in the depth of the shadows.

There’s no way the Kingdom of Kerias can be stable with the system alone.

The King made sure to cut off any of hindrance for the Kingdom’s prosperity through the Einhart Household’s help. Yrsha, who has the perfect disguise of the Magic Academy instructor, uses a lot of resources to track down people and check their backgrounds.

And sometimes, weed them out.

One can say that both Yrsha and Aspara keep the half of the kingdom intact through the shadows.

Like mentor like disciple.

“Reysha won’t budge, huh?” Yrsha muttered to herself as she sat on a chair in her room.

She sat in front of a huge circular table inside her room in the Einhart Manor with a comically tired countenance. She wears her full magician attire with composed of a dark shawl, a robe with red streaks and her academy uniform.

“Well then, let’s put up some barrier first.” Yrsha said as she isolated her whole room to prevent any sound and magical energy from leaking. As she cast her magic, the room lits up in a harmonic purple glow.

“I hope Reysha doesn’t notice this, teehee!~” Yrsha monologues to herself as she opens a map.

“Then, [Arcane Verfolgng.]” In an instant, the worn out map materializes as a projected visual in front of Yrsha that completely traces the landscape and locations in the Kerias Kingdom Capital.

What appears in front of Yrsha is a solidified landscape of the whole capital of the Kerias Kingdom and some glowing red dots.

It’s a magic from Arcane Arts which Yrsha specializes in.

Arcane Arts uses complex ritualistic approach to magic and exploits a large array of distance when the user wills it. Arcane arts use bindings and arias to invoke strong spells and they heavily rely on incantation and circles.

They can use incantations that are fast and easy to use, however, their choices of offensive spells and power falls behind to those who use magic for battle. Their full potential can be utilized by setting up dozens of circles into a place, meaning all practitioner of Arcane Arts are very territorialistic and such, they are very few in numbers because of the competition.

“Hmm, those people in the forest outside of the capital...three on the lake and fifteen on the outskirt of the forest. One of the people from the outskirt keeps mobilizing from their group to the other three.” Yrsha analyzes the situation.

As she said, there are red dots in the forest. There are also several red dots inside the capital but that’s for another case in which she keeps track of some suspicious people.

The thing that worries her right now is…

“Is it…those fifteen…scouting on the three? Since I’ve felt their presence a while ago now, I arbitrarily marked them but the problem is I’ve never seen their faces. Other than the arrival of several people who seem like Princess Meriyal and another big shot escorts, these are the only people who stayed out of the capital for a good reason.” Yrsha also marked Meriyal and possibly, Ivy.

Suddenly, Yrsha notices that the fifteen dots started moving as a whole unit in an incredible speed. They are rushing towards the three dots with the intent of encircling them.

Not even a minute passed and the fifteen dots confronted the three dots.

“Hmm, how should I act? It doesn't seem like I need to involved myself but, the cabin on the lakeshore belongs to a close noble to father. Chances that it is being used by relatives right now is not impossible. I also need to consider the number of enemies. Fifteen…” Yrsha stares at the red dots closing in at the three dots as if they have successfully cornered them.

A minute has passed, two minutes, five minutes…

The three dots are all huddling together as if they are at their wits ends. The fifteen dots are keeping their distance but it was visible that they are having a hard time suppressing the three.

If one were to die, the red dot will immediately disappear so Yrsha knows that three are holding out.

“I should at least see to it. This is going to be troublesome if unchecked and it’s happening within our territory.” Yrsha said as she checks all of the warp readily available in the vicinity.

When she decided, Yrsha invokes the incantation and she immediately left her room.

In an instant, Yrsha sees herself inside the night forest with the moons in full view unperturbed by the clouds. She moves through the trees without using any magic but trying her best to mask any sounds.

After walking for a minute, Yrsha immediately saw the spectacle of the encirclement.

“This is…more serious than I thought. I should have brought Master Aspara along…” Yrsha knitted her brows as she hides behind the shadows of the three as she observes the situation.

It was Archbishop Genesis and two other people who are protecting her from people wearing hoods. It seems that they are assassins sent by someone to the Archbishop and her party.

Both of her companions are badly wounded and they are barely hanging.

“Even though…the other one is from the dragon race…” Yrsha notices that the girl wearing a maid uniform has the appearance of someone hailing from the dragon race.

“It’s too late now to contemplate. If the Archbishop of the Mesola Kingdom falls here and words got out, I doubt we can mend anything.” Yrsha thought as she chanted binding magic and reveals herself.
