The next day, everyone was excited since this would be the first day that they would travel with the circus caravan using the RV and Mark could see that Nedertu wore a particularly proud face.
“When are you going to teach me how to drive the RV, Mark?” Milena asked.
“It would be Nedertu who would be teaching you because as you know, part of the learning process was to teach. Once you learn how to drive, you’re going to teach one of your assistants then so on and so forth. It would be a good idea for all of you to learn how to drive.”
The whole family ate the breakfast that Milena cooked with the help of her assistants. She needed help now since there were a lot of mouths to feed.
After breakfast, Nedertu prepared to drive the RV but unfortunately, he could only start once the whole circus caravan started since due to the size of the RV, it could only be at the back. Not only that, the main reason why Mark didn’t want to drive the RV was the need to drive slowly to match the caravan and it would be very boring now Nedertu would face that but since it was his first day, the novelty of driving the RV was still exciting for the catman.
Rendira then arrived to teach the twins and Liriel insisted on joining her brothers but Mark was the one who provided several coloring books so while the boys were being taught by their halfling teacher, Liriel would be busy coloring her books. Not only that, he also replicated some puzzles for the little girl and hoped that she wouldn’t realize too soon that he was not there since Mark was planning to continue diving and would only be back in the afternoon.
“Don’t worry too much Mark. I’ll make sure that Liriel is too busy to miss you. After she gets tired of her books and puzzle toys, I’ll let her join us in cooking our lunch and then after lunch, we will watch the episodes of Naruto that you prepared,” Milena said.
Mark then went to the bedroom when he saw that the children were busy and Nedertu was focused on driving the RV. The catman was truly enjoying the process of driving the vehicle and hoped that he would continue to do so for some time but even if he got tired of it, they would just need to hire another driver for him to have someone to switch over.
Mark was glad that he appointed Milena as their finance manager since he just needed to tell her what they required and she would handle the burden of spending their coins.
After a few minutes, Nedertu started the RV and Mark couldn’t understand why everyone was so excited. Then the RV moved. Mark almost laughed when he felt the RV was moving very slowly. It would really frustrate him if he were the one driving.
Mark checked the children again and saw that they had gone back to what they were doing. The boys were busy learning from Rendira and Liriel joined them while coloring her books. He whispered to Milena that he would be gone and would be back before the evening set. If there was an emergency, she could contact the elven sisters and the sisters would have a way to contact him. Mark wasn’t too worried since the circus people were strong and the void dragon was with them as well.

Mark anchored the portal to the bedroom door and went directly to the twenty-night floor of his dungeon. Unfortunately, several days had passed and all of the monsters had respawned so he got busy killing the painting monsters again in the main hall. Then he went to the left side onto the basement dungeon and killed the undead monsters there. Since he knew what to expect, he did everything very quickly.
Mark then went to the ballroom on the right side of the castle and killed all the monsters there extremely fast. Of course, he didn’t forget to loot all the drops but there all the drops so far were just green and blue stuff, no notable purple bubble. Then he proceeded to the second floor of the castle.
There was also a main hall on the second floor but Mark knew that the second floor would be a bit tedious since it consisted of smaller rooms which were bedrooms. The main hall of the second floor also had a chandelier and predictably it turned off when he moved forward so he summoned a bright mage light.
The main enemies on the main floor section were also ghost paintings and even though there were tens of paintings on the walls, only ten ghost paintings came out but two of them looked particularly large and vicious so Mark knew that those were the elite ones.
Mark was a bit startled when the ghost paintings flew at him with haste but he was calm enough to cast Glacial Void at the monsters and all of them except the two elite ghost paintings froze. Even though the elite ghost paintings did not freeze, they were severely slowed down by the spell. After that, he bombarded the monsters with his spells starting with Void Chain Lighting, followed by Void Storm and Void Hurricane. The spells promptly killed all the monsters and he was astonished to see one orange bubble dropped from the elite, meaning a mythic item had appeared.
He then thought of waiting until the end of the dungeon run before identifying the mythical item but Mark got excited since the mythical items were truly rare so he identified it immediately.
Mark was flabbergasted when he saw the stats of the bracelet. It was called the Bracelet of the Guardian Wisp. The item would not provide any stats and it didn’t have any durability but anyone who wore the bracelet would automatically summon a wisp familiar that had no time duration.
The wisp had three spells, Heal, Mage Shield, and Mage Bolt. The wisp would heal the wearer of the bracelet with forty HP its Heal spell. Heal had twenty charges and would earn one charge per hour. The wisp’s second spell was Mage Shield and would cast it to protect the wearer with up to 200 HP. The shield would last for twenty minutes or until the HP was exhausted. The Mage Shield had twenty charges as well and the wisp would earn one charge of Mage Shield per hour.
The last spell that the guardian wisp had was mage bolt. It would attack extremely hostile creatures to the wearer with its Mage Bolt spell and the spell had forty damage. The wisp’s Mage Bolt had twenty charges and it would earn one charge per hour.
Mark immediately thought of giving it to Liriel to ensure the little girl was always protected. To ensure the boys would not get envious, he would give Isaac and Aaron the Wand of Ice Bolt and the Necklace of Fire Bolt. He also planned to kill the bosses on the tenth and twentieth floors of the dungeon after this run so he would have more items with him that he could give to his kids.
He stored the loot that he received including the mythical bracelet in his inventory. Mark couldn’t wait to complete the twenty-ninth floor to give Liriel the bracelet.
