The next day Mark was woken up by the three kids with them jumping on his bed and laughing. Even Liriel joined in on their brothers’ mischievous plan of surprising him. Mark actually expected it to happen since the kids slept early the night before.

Mark shooed off the kids and went to the bathroom. When he joined everyone for breakfast, the kids, Milena and Nedertu were waiting for him with breakfast cooked by Milena.

“Rendira will not be coming today since it’s the circus’s departure day,” Milena informed Mark and he just nodded.

After breakfast, Mark asked Nedertu to tell him once the circus caravan started to leave since they would just follow after. The plan was for Milena and the children to ride his Space Floating Disc while Mark taught Nedertu how to drive the SUV.

“By the way, Hamil helped last night in trying to find Toby. He was hiding and when we caught him he confessed that he wanted to borrow the Necklace of Fire Bolt for a while more but then Hamil lectured him that if he wanted something like that why didn’t he just talk to you so as punishment, Hamil took the Necklace from Toby and gave it to me immediately.”

Nedertu then handed the necklace to Mark who stored it in his inventory. He was smiling at the thought of Toby getting a trashing because he wanted to keep the necklace.

Mark then thought of the fact that he wanted to anchor a warp gate in Culano Dungeon but he still hadn’t put a skill point on his Warp Gate skill. He then just shrugged and thought that he would probably encounter more dungeons in their travels and honestly, the kids were too young to dungeon dive anyway.

Nedertu then went outside to check up on the circus while Mark and the others waited.

“Mark, can we ride with you on that…what do you call that cart that doesn’t need an animal pulling it that you will use to teach Nedertu to drive?” Isaac asked.

“It’s called a Sports Utility Vehicle or SUV for short and no you can’t join us since Nedertu will get nervous and will not be able to concentrate if there’s someone with us while I’m teaching him. You will ride with Milena on the Space Floating Disc floating beside us.”

At first, Isaac pouted but then the idea of traveling while riding the Space Floating Disc invigorated the children and the twins told Liriel the story of their travel from their home village with Mark the first time. Liriel was smiling and laughing at the twins’ expressive story and Mark wasn’t quite sure if the little girl understood what the twins were saying but was glad that the twins apparently didn’t care since Liriel was responding to their storytelling, it was good enough for them.

After a while, Nedertu returned to inform Mark that the circus caravan had departed so they all went outside the RV. Mark then kept their Mobile Home in his inventory. He then summoned his Space Floating Disc and put a comfortable couch on top of it with some pillows, blankets, and stuffed toys for Liriel. The twins requested their toys as well so he replicated some for them. He didn’t remember what their toys were since there were so many of them so he just replicated some Transformer robots action figures for them.

“What are these?” Aaron asked.

“They are robot machines that transform from a robot to a vehicle. You need to figure out yourself how it was done,” Mark said while demonstrating with one of the Transformers toys.

Since he replicated a few Transformer toys, the twins got excited and focused on playing with their new action figures while seated on the couch with Milena and Liriel on top of the Space Floating Disc. Milena started reading her Harry Potter book to Liriel loudly and that was enough to entertain the little girl.

Mark saw that Milena and the children were comfortable so he commanded the disc to float and to follow him and Nedertu.

Mark then summoned the SUV and began teaching the catman how to drive the vehicle while the Space Floating Disc was floating beside them.

They were very slow but the circus caravan travel speed was slow as well so they were not too far behind. Mark was also glad to see that Hamil and Zenethor assigned some guards who were looking out for them riding their mounts composed of exotic animals like the Zzourta and those ostrich-looking mounts and even some regular horses.

Mark noticed that Nedertu had a smug look on his face while looking at the mounted guards and remembered that they were Nedertu’s friends and they were looking at him enviously while learning how to drive the vehicle.

At first, Mark was demonstrating and then told Nedertu to concentrate. The catman blushed and concentrated on the lessons. Mark was sure to explain everything slowly and carefully and reiterated everything thrice.

After about an hour, Nedertu told Mark that Milena was trying to capture his attention so he rolled down the window, turned to their cook, and asked what happened.

“Mark, your disc kept on stopping and then starting again and it’s making us dizzy! I’m even beginning to feel nauseated.”

Mark then thought of the fact that while he was teaching Nedertu how to drive, his attention was not on the Space Floating Disc making it stop, and when he remembered, it was only then the disc would continue moving and apparently it was not going to work out. Mark suddenly remembered his Void Dragon.

“Do you want to ride the dragon instead? I’ll make sure to ask it to fly low and slow enough,” Mark asked Milena and the kids.

The twins, of course, shouted with a resounding yes and Milena just sighed and nodded so Mark called the dragon who was flying on top of the circus.

At first, Liriel was afraid but when Mark laid down the sofa on top of the dragon with Mark flying, bringing the twins with him using Telekinesis and putting them on the sofa made the little girl’s hesitation alleviate a bit. He then brought Milena who was carrying Liriel to the sofa on top of the dragon using his Telekinesis then commanded the dragon to follow the SUV making sure that it was flying slowly enough.

Mark then saw Hamil coming over riding a horse.

“Why did you call the dragon, Mark?”

“We’re having a problem with my Space Floating Disc so I ask the dragon to carry Milena and the kids.”

After saying that he understood, Hamil went back to the caravan.

Mark continued teaching Nedertu to drive the SUV while the Void Dragon floated beside them with Milena and the children on top of it. After an hour of teaching, Mark decided to give the driver’s seat to Nedertu and the catman began driving the SUV. Mark kept reiterating the different parts of the vehicle and their functionality that he began sounding like a broken record but he needed to make sure that Nedertu understood how to drive the SUV perfectly.

Lunchtime arrived and they took a break from the lesson. Mark commanded the dragon to fly down and they ate lunch. Everyone was particularly hungry devouring a lot of food and Mark was glad that the caravan was slow enough that they were not too far from it. He noticed that the guards who were standing by were not with them and Nedertu informed him that they were patrolling other parts of the circus since the dragon was here, more than likely nobody was going to be foolish enough to bother them.
