Mark continued shopping for things needed to compete his villa and after four days of extensive shopping spree and decorations, he was very happy with how his villa on the 11th floor looked. His kitchen storage area and freezer were full of food and modern kitchen appliances even though he really didn’t need those since he could just replicate any item, but he loved looking at the full kitchen. He really wasn’t worried about anything going bad since time there was electricity from the generator, and he had unlimited amount of fuel due to his replication ability. Time also froze on the dungeon once he left the dungeon, so it all worked out.
Mark was also very happy with his huge gaming room since aside from the powerful top-of-the-line desktop, he also put in a wide screen television and a lot of consoles and games. He also fell in love with how comfortable his gaming chair was. The only downside was there was no internet.
Mark’s bedroom and bathroom were also finished and every item there was the most expensive that he could purchase. His living room had a complete entertainment system for video and audio as well as the most comfortable couch that he could buy. He decorated the room to the best of his ability, and he made sure that every knick knacks were pleasing to his eye. The last room was an extra bedroom that he completed as well. He first debated to himself on making it a home theater room, but he thought that the gaming room and the T.V in the living room were enough.
Mark’s storage barn was quarter full of furniture and equipment that he currently didn’t have any use for but thought that he might need in the future. He knew that he would purchase a lot of things along the away so he thought that sooner or later the barn would be full as well. Mark was really glad that the system interface pointedly informed him that his dungeon would follow him when he transferred to another world.
Mark also planned to make a vacation villa on the 21st floor but this time, he wasn’t the one who was going to build it but assigned it to one of his friends or possibly all of them who were interested in doing so. He went outside to have a talk with his gang about the oasis project on the 21st floor when he received notification on his phone about the funds that Donald and the government sent to his account. After checking his phone, he called everyone and invited them to the oasis on the 21st floor and everyone agreed.
While frolicking on the Oasis, Mark asked the gang if they would like to build a vacation villa on the 21st floor and the group expressed their interest. He told everyone that he would not be helping in building it but would only fund it. Sam, Armina and Enleed were really interested since they would have the freedom to design and execute this project to their hearts’ content. Mark also gave the contact number of the architect firm so they would have a professional help with their design if they needed it.
Stolen novel; please report.
Sam, Armina and Enleed were excited so they took a lot of pictures and videos of the place so they could start with the project. All of them disregarded the fact that they could only use the villa for one year, but Armina then said that some rich people spent more money on vacation that would only last days.
Enleed mentioned that the important part was the camaraderie and memories that they would experience and retain doing the villa project. The group also decided to invite Melissa, Donald, Elizabeth, and Robert’s family to join in the project and Mark sighed saying that he would need to confess to Albert that he could always enter the dungeon but wasn’t allowed to and everyone just laughed. Mark then told Enleed that he would be the one leading the 21st floor vacation villa project and that meant that he would be the one contacting Donald and Robert about it and Enleed agreed.
After a couple of hours playing, the group went outside the dungeon and Enleed started calling Donald and Robert about the project while Sam called Melissa. Armina started watching the videos on how to construct a house from the architect firm that Mark previously hired. Mark went to his room to play some games on his computer and after a couple of hours, he received a message on his phone that Donald, Elizabeth, Robert and his family and Melissa were coming in and they would be bringing swimsuits so they could play on the oasis.
When everyone arrived, everybody changed to their swimsuit and went to the 21st floor. Melissa, Donald and his wife Elizabeth, Robert and his family were amazed at the beauty of the oasis. It was truly otherworldly. The exotic birds on the palm and olive trees and some other unknown fruit trees were music to their ears. The fishes on the huge oasis ponds were colorful and Mark assured them that this floor was a safe floor meaning nothing would harm them.
“Mark, I forgive you for lying to me about not able to enter the dungeon since you brought me here.” Albert magnanimously declared after running around to check the oasis.
The group then talked about the villa project and Mark didn’t forget to remind them that this location would only be available for the year that the dungeon was available.
Mark also found in the party system in the Interface that he could assign the vice party leader the authority to open the dungeon and he had the ability to restrict it to a single floor and single portal location so he assigned Sam as his vice party leader and from then on, Sam had the ability to open the dungeon portal to go to the 21st floor on the basement door. Still, only party members could see the dungeon door so he needed to invite Albert and his mother, Danielle so they could enter the portal.
Donald and Robert also insisted that they would fund the villa and that they would also help with the construction since it sounded fun. Albert also yelled that he would help too. The group then decided to start constructing the villa the next day. Donald then suggested to Mark to assign the dungeon door that Sam could open on the studio since it would be safer, and they could easily mask the materials they needed to purchase as something the studio would need. Mark agreed and said he would do it that way.
Mark then told everyone that it would be hard on everyone since they would need to do it by hand, and they couldn’t ask for any assistance, but Sam said that wearing their dungeon items would help a lost since the items would increase their strength and stamina.
