“The Pure Light Court only knew approximately what the dragon clan treasure that could enter and exit sub-dimensional planes looked like from the Dragon Clan Stele Script but were not clear about their specific structures, effects, and how to use them.
“The Pure Light Court had to rely on the appraisal abilities of Scholars to confirm whether they and the Deep Sea Branch had found the wrong item.
“Selena mentioned in her reply that Jay Spade revealed to her that the Pure Light Court and the Scholars’ Association were discussing cooperation.
“If everything goes well, an ‘Omniscient’ Scholar will be involved in the search for the Dragon clan treasure. The funds for the entire treasure hunt and appraisal work would be borne by the Pure Light Court, the Baldur’s Gate Merchant Alliance, and all the participating wizard forces.”
Noland Lee put away the letter, a slight smile appearing at the corner of his mouth:
“Only one Scholar is coming to help; I wonder if he will be overwhelmed. Maybe I should offer him a hand.”
Now, Noland Lee had surplus Energy Points to explode, more than capable of taking on the role of a “Scholar”.
He would thereby expose the existence of “Omniscient”.
But it couldn’t be helped.
There’s a cost to every gain.
Accepting the fact that others would know he possessed “Omniscient” in exchange for shortening the process of acquiring a sub-dimensional plane, this deal seemed profitable to Noland Lee, and not at a loss.
If it could be successfully operated, he might be able to kill several birds with one stone, earning a hefty sum.
However, Noland Lee did not plan to join the Dragon clan treasure appraisal work under his own name.
He intended to find a safe method to conceal himself while still not delaying his own benefits.
This would be the most ideal state.
