Chapter 1062: 332. Strictly guard against pulling carts.
The information revealed by the Assassin Angel left Noland Lee dumbstruck for a moment.
Noland Lee did not doubt the veracity of the words spoken by the other party.
The disparity in strength was as wide as the heavens themselves, and it naturally formed an impenetrable barrier to information.
If Noland Lee did not possess power comparable to the Assassin Angel, he could never have known the information about the “Plane Core.”
All Noland Lee could do was temporarily believe that the path suggested by the Assassin Angel was an option.
Of course, he did not rule out the possibility that the Assassin Angel might have deliberately withheld some information. Or perhaps, she might have exaggerated the predicament that “most wizards are doomed.”
...
After being stunned for a moment, Noland Lee asked,
“What about the Star Witches? Are they able to escape catastrophe?”
The Assassin Angel gazed at Noland Lee.
Under her gaze, Noland Lee came to his senses and said with a realization born of enlightenment and subsequent fear,
“Oh… I understand now, I understand. The Dusk Giants had told me before that becoming a Star Witch comes with a price. Considering what you said, this price must be a return to the ‘Wizards” Plane Core’s essence. So, the so-called Star Witching is actually a death sentence—no Star Witch truly exists. It’s a lie spun by the Mass Wizard Tombs. It means that the messages supposedly sent back by the Star Witches from the Outer Space are also fabrications of the Mass Wizard Tombs. Is that it?”
The Assassin Angel nodded slowly,
“Completely correct.”
This really was a case cracked wide open… Noland Lee thought to himself.
No wonder the Star Witches never appear in the Inner Cosmos, and they cannot return here either.
Somewhere in his heart, Noland Lee felt something was not quite right…
After the “Wizards'” Plane Core leaves the Inner Cosmos, where does it go?
Noland Lee posed this question to her.
The Assassin Angel today was unusually responsive,
“After the ‘Wizards” Plane Core leaves the Inner Cosmos, it enters the Outer Space and permanently resides there, forming a force within the Outer Space. This is a complex process, which I cannot explain to you at this time.
“You only need to know that under normal circumstances, any Plane Core that occupies the Inner Cosmos will eventually merge into the Outer Space.”
The Assassin Angel continued to speak,
“Moreover, the Inner Cosmos is not meant for the existing Plane Cores; it is part of a grand plan designed for the new Plane Cores.”
“New Plane Cores?” Noland Lee asked.
“Correct. The ‘Wizards” Plane Core is a new Plane Core that, due to some reason, was born directly within the Inner Cosmos.”
The Assassin Angel waved her hand, and using purple mist, constructed a new 3D model.
The 3D model that appeared this time was familiar to Noland Lee.
It was a pitch-black celestial body, with no light inside it.
“Is this a Black Hole?” Noland Lee asked.
The Assassin Angel nodded slightly,
“Mankind’s timescale can be influenced by the physics realm, as exemplified by the black hole you’re seeing now.”
The Assassin Angel rubbed her fingertips together.
The black hole model was sliced open, revealing the Wizards’ World on the inside—it was a mass brimming with pale purple specks of light.
Surrounding this mass was a flow of black fog, like water.
The entire cross-section of the black hole was displayed before Noland Lee.
The Assassin Angel said,
“You are now within the largest Black Hole in Rod Tip Seat. This Black Hole is the outermost layer of the Star Palace Barrier. Inside the Black Hole is the Inner Cosmos, which is the mid-layer of the Star Palace Barrier. Outside the Black Hole is the Outer Space, which is the body of the ‘Outer Space’ Plane Core.”
Noland Lee listened intently.
The Assassin Angel said,
“The speed of time within and outside the black hole is not uniform. A thousand years in the Inner Cosmos approximately equates to one year in the Outer Space, and to 1 month to 10,000 years in ‘The Desolate Universe.'”
“By mankind’s timescale, a new Plane Core is born roughly every 3 to 300,000 years.
“This is a vastly grand and highly random figure for individual lifeforms.
“Thus, when we measure the concept of time, we use ‘Plane Year’ instead of ‘Human Year.’
“The ‘Plane Year’ specifically refers to the years the Plane Core occupies the Fire of St. Dillan. The ‘Wizards” Plane Core is the 333rd to occupy the Fire of St. Dillan, and this year is known as the 333rd Plane Year.
“Before it, many Plane Cores have occupied the Fire of St. Dillan, launching their Plane Years. Among them, many have occupied it several times, and likewise, have been usurped by other Plane Cores multiple times.
“You need not inquire further about the other Plane Cores’ states. Should you encounter them in the future, I will tell you myself.”
Noland Lee nodded slightly and asked,
“Then where do Plane Cores come from, Your Excellency?”
The Assassin Angel pondered for a few seconds before responding,
“The origins of Plane Cores are unclear; they might be primal lifeforms of the universe or transformations from Extraterrestrial Eternity. All I can confirm is that both Plane Cores and Extraterrestrial Eternity are capable of drawing from the Fire of St. Dillan to grow stronger.” noveldrama
Seeing that Noland Lee was about to ask another question, the Assassin Angel interjected,
“You are a creature of the Inner Cosmos, with a fleeting life, limited experience, feeble strength, an insignificance that constrains your vision, bound to be baffled and confused by the history of the universe. But you need not pursue details related to Extraterrestrial Eternity. Similarly, when you encounter them in the future, I will share their circumstances with you.”
Noland Lee took a deep breath, disregarding the evaluation of himself as a “creature of the Inner Cosmos” in her words, and smoothly moved past the topic.
The greatest challenge now facing him was how to help himself and Denise Green and others avoid the imminent death trap in 10 years.
