Chapter 1076

Chapter 1076: 337. Years of Processing

Time was spent reading Deconstruction Results.

After inspecting the skeletons of five Thundering Elephants, Nissan Dak confirmed their framework was intact and the quality was exceptional.

Noland Lee discussed the bones’ selling price with Nissan Dak for a while and, with a grand gesture, signed his own name on the trading contract, thus completing the transaction.

Before leaving, Noland Lee specifically mentioned that he had more bones of the same quality he needed to sell.

He expected to bring the bones later this evening.

Upon hearing this, Nissan Dak showed a hint of joy and escorted Noland Lee to the outside of the visitor’s room.

...

Noland Lee, with his ostentatiously armed escorts, left the association’s Grand Building and took a detour back to Sector 7, entering Cindy’s “Money and Good Dreams” Club House.

At this time, Kent’s Iron Thorn Shield Security Corporation had just finished work.

Noland Lee caught up with Kent and the others for a moment before plunging into the work of processing the Thundering Elephant skeleton.

He had to deliver the “Tracking Mark” to the Underground 80th floor under the watch of a 7th Annulus Ancient Tomb Wizard while avoiding detection by the Blood Sun Seal.

It was an extremely challenging action that didn’t allow for the slightest error.

After considering several plans, Noland Lee still felt somewhat insecure.

He could use some trickery to get past Nissan Dak, but how to deal with the Blood Sun Seal?

If the Blood Sun Seal personally inspected each skeleton sent to the Underground 80th floor, the discovery of the “Tracking Mark” would be a certainty.

“It seems I need to ask a Big Shot for help.”

While pondering, Noland Lee took out a crystal ring and slipped it onto his left thumb.

Gently rubbing the diamond-shaped crystal on the ring three times, Noland Lee said in his heart:

“Your Excellency, I’ve gathered some important information.”

“What information?” The voice of the Assassin Angel emerged in Noland Lee’s heart, devoid of any emotional fluctuation.

Concealing the Deconstruction Results, Noland Lee recounted his encounter with the Ancient Tomb Wizard and mentioned his discovery of the covert collaboration between the Tomb King and the Blood Sun Seal.

He feigned ignorance about the details of their cooperation and asked the Assassin Angel:

“Your Excellency, in your opinion, why would the Tomb King collaborate with the Blood Sun Seal?”

“The Tomb King probably wants to use the Blood Sun Seal to send his bone material to Outer Space.”

The Assassin Angel spoke the truth and then asked:

“Are you familiar with ‘Space Jump Technology’?”

Space Jump Technology…

Why suddenly bring this up?

Noland Lee rummaged through his mind, finding content related to “Space Jump Technology” within the Deconstruction Results of the Synthetic Human Storage Unit.

He could understand the meaning of this part of the Deconstruction Results.

However, in the eyes of the Assassin Angel, he was just a homegrown wizard, and he hadn’t learned about such concepts from Nolin; surely he couldn’t know about the concept of “Space Jump.”

So…Noland Lee pretended to be clueless and shook his head:

“No, Your Excellency, I’m not familiar with the ‘Space Jump Technology’ you mentioned, but I’ve heard that aliens’ spacecraft have something called a ‘Space Jump Engine’ on them, which the Pure Light Court took away.”

The Assassin Angel said:

“Perhaps in the future, you may have the chance to understand the principles of ‘Space Jump Technology.’ For now, you only need to know one thing.”

“What is that?” Noland Lee asked.

The Assassin Angel stated:

“Bone material produced within the Inner Cosmos can be used to manufacture high-quality Space Jump Engines, Space Jump Propulsors, and Space Jump Gates.”

Noland Lee was somewhat bewildered:

“Use bones to manufacture high-tech products? What…what principle is this?”

The Assassin Angel asked:

“Do you still remember what I told you about the Star Palace Barrier?”

Noland Lee nodded:

“I remember. Our Inner Cosmos is the middle layer of the Star Palace Barrier, and the black holes that wrap around the Inner Cosmos are the outer layer of the Barrier. The inner layer of the Barrier is where the Fire of St. Dillan resides.”

“Yes, your memory serves you correctly,” the Assassin Angel said:

“A black hole is a place where time is distorted.

“There are unstable time differences between the Inner and Outer Starry Sky, at least a thousand years.

“Bone material like those from the Tomb King, when it enters Outer Space from the Inner Cosmos, will instantly skip what mankind perceives as a million years.

“The journey of bone material through the black hole to reach Outer Space is a process of quickly enduring a million years.

“What do you think such bone material would become after entering Outer Space?”

Noland Lee’s pupils dilated slightly:

“The bone material would become fossil fuel, right?”

“Exactly,” the Assassin Angel confirmed: noveldrama

“Once bone material from the Inner Cosmos leaves the black hole, it turns into fossil fuel of considerable value in Outer Space. Only with such fossil fuels are Space Jump devices crafted, enabling high-quality stable operation. Generally, such quality Space Jump devices would only be used on the most expensive ships and space facilities.”

So that’s how it is…Noland Lee took a deep breath.

The Tomb King’s wizard forces, seemingly gathering bone material, were actually collecting fossil fuel from Outer Space.

Listening to the Assassin Angel, it seemed likely that the Tomb King’s actions were a preparation for crafting high-quality Space Jump devices.

Noland Lee narrowed his eyes slightly, suddenly faced with numerous questions in his mind.

“Your Excellacy, what would happen to wizards when they leave the black hole and enter Outer Space?”

The Assassin Angel replied:

“Individual lifeforms transiting from the Inner Cosmos to Outer Space would experience a time difference of about a thousand years. During this transition, wizards would face physical decay and soul degeneration. Without the protection of extraordinary power, they could never withstand the temporal differences between the Inner and Outer Cosmos; they would have but one path—death.”
