V2 Chapter 33

All the people present suddenly felt like they were living a dream. Just what is going on? How did the black-clothed youth send the four flying without doing anything? What did he do?

Gobing watched Cian with an indifferent expression. However, his palms were already oozing sweat. He had grown up under the halo of a being powerful in strength and influence ever since he was a baby, and his character had become naturally arrogant and proud. He believed that with his father’s teaching and nurturing he would become the best there is in the entire City. But now, compared to the youth before him, he suddenly felt a defeated feeling that he seemed to be nothing but a joke in front of him.

He wasn’t someone who is just arrogant without a brain. He knows how strong the second leader is or the Elders of the Gang. However, they were actually sent flying away and even two of them were stuck in the wall, fainted for some unknown reason—but he couldn’t see anything weird or what the black-clothed youth had done.

Was it too fast? Or was it hidden in an illusion…?

He couldn’t help but glance over at the people beside him and saw that their expressions were also very perturbed.

Although the third leader in command hadn’t thought that these four people would be able to threaten the black-clothed youth’s life, there had still been four of them including the second leader. Furthermore, the three Elders were also skilled in combination attack techniques. At least they should have forced this unknown youth no matter how strong he was to expend some effort to deal with them. He never imagined that the youth would only stand there without doing anything, and those four would be sent flying backward!

…Yes! Without doing anything!

Even someone like her didn’t know what had happened just now! She couldn’t see anything!

And so, either he really didn’t do anything or he did something but it was just too powerful she was yet qualified enough to see or perceive it. Though, either the two of this option means that this black clothed youth’s power was someone beyond her wildest imagination!

Cian coldly glanced at everyone present. His voice contained a thick murderous intent as he said, “… where's your manners? If someone is talking, you must listen till the end…! That’s the proper etiquette!”

“… …” Silence…

“Let’s see…so? How about it? Are you going to surrender and follow me?” Cian’s voice echoed in the solemn room. “You will only have this opportunity. If you agree now we can be partners, 70-30 but if you choose wrongly between two simple choices, Yes or No, then after this… there’s only one end you will get….”

“… As if we will listen to your words!!” One of the Elders impatiently cried out in anger. “Scram!! Do you know who we are?!”

Cian sighs, “Too bad… I always follow the same principle. Those who are compliant to me will definitely become distinguished. However, those who dare go against me… the only destruction awaits~”

“Such an arrogant tone!!”

“You dare walk here with that kind of attitude?!”

“Who do you think you are?!”

“Leader destroy him! Kill him!!”

“That’s right! Kill him!!” With the three leaders here, the grunts have some confidence after seeing Cian was just alone. They would never cower against this bastard!

Cian coldly glanced at everyone present. His voice contained a thick murderous intent as he said, “Then, so be it!”

All of the Bloodhole Gang members complexions completely changed. Most of the Elders present were extremely strong and powerful and can definitely raise their heads while walking in this City. However, a moment ago, they were able to see everything that had happened clearly. Although that dragon-bearded man and his companions were a bit inferior to them, it was only for a bit. If they were in this black clothed youth’s position, they wouldn’t have been able to win against them like him!

Then, there’s only one truth… Cian was more powerful compared to them!

Facing the black-clothed young man, this caused them to give birth to the belief that they could not block his way!

Cian walked forwards a step at a time.

Seeing this, most of the Elders and even the leaders’ complexion sank until it was able to leak water!

With every step that the block clothed youth took forwards, his momentum became increasingly formidable!

The Elders seemed to have felt a heavy pressure weigh down on them. It’s as if the current black-clothed young man before them was like a Death God, and they were listening to the sounds of the netherworld slowly approach!

It was not about logical sensation buts some kind of instinct—it’s not felt by weaker people like the grunts around them but if you are veteran of hundred and battle and had been passed through many tribulations and life and death situation, only when such danger instincts would be cultivated. The sense of death would be extremely sensitive.

“You are dissolute! You really think that no one in my Bloodhole Gang will stop you!?” Just now, a drum-like voice sounded out. The second leader who was just blown away just now once again appeared. He flashed and instantly appeared in front of Cian. Aside from super strength and speed, what he prided most was his self-regeneration ability. He can heal many wounds in just instant!

Bloodhole Gang is one of the most influential factions in the Okmahun demon City. If people know about what had happened tonight, they would surely lose a lot of face in the entire City. And the other faction would surely take this opportunity to pressure them. As one of the leaders of the Gang, how could he allow someone to ruin it like this? Much less the bastard who did it was the one who had killed his precious son! He would surely kill this bastard no matter what it takes!

Cian calmly looked at the Husky goblin-faced imp. His voice was bone-chilling as he said, “You still want to block my way? It seems like you still haven’t got enough punishment. For a measly dog to bark in front of me, I must have gotten soft,”

“What a joke. This is my Bloodhole Gang, it is not a place where you can be so rampant. You really think you are invincible within this world? How about you kill this old man first.”

“Hee hee, how does the saying go, no path to the Heavens, no door into Hell, yet here you are, desperately seeking for it!” Creakkk!! Crashed!! The floor beneath Cian’s feet suddenly cracked, “Then, I guess showing mercy anymore is unneeded!” Although he said these words, but the tone of his voice did not contain the slightest wrath or murderous intent, instead he was simply impishly staring at the courageous people before him.

Cian already didn’t have the tiniest bit of a favorable impression towards the Bloodhole Gang. If not for the fact that he wanted to gather people who can be his limbs in the shadow and the Bloodhole Gang was one of the best candidates for it due to their influence. Although he didn’t like them as the Bloodhole Gang can be said to be a scourge upon the Okmahun Demon City. All that the members of the Gang were the lowest of scum. Cian was not a bloodthirsty or vicious person, although he was a cold-blooded assassin but he tends to avoid becoming one as much as possible. So he prefers doing things like this.

However, if they couldn’t appreciate his politeness, then—he had no qualms about killing them at all.

“Truly an arrogant brat; you have no idea what it means to die! With you alone can kill several people of lowest strength and you think no one in this world can defeat you. Today, this old man will let you experience what a true strength is like!” The goblin-faced leader gave a loud shout and is magical power erupted from his body.

A dazzling crimson flame instantly condensed into a crimson flame lance in the goblin-faced leader’s hand. From the body of this lance, ghostly cries were emitted.

This was the Crimson Flame Ghost Lance technique of the Fire Imps that possess a rare dark attribute, Death Attribute. Although the Death Temple has the strongest group of Death Attribute users such as Necromancers, there were actually also those from the other Demon Tribes that excels in Death Magic. An example of them is the Imp Tribe. They might be lowest in terms of Physical power but they are a bit superior to other tribes in magic techniques such as Death Spells.

Cian stared at the lance and noticed that the end was shaped like a grim and ominous skull – it seemed incomparably fierce.

“Brat, prepare to die!” The goblin-faced imp cried out as he threw out the flame lance in his hands. His target was Cian’s chest. The ghostly skull flame lance was fast as lightning. A blurry shadow followed behind it, along with a long tail of crimson flames. It cut through the air with the keening wail of ghosts, almost piercing through one’s eardrums.

Cian’s expression was the same, and his eyes were cold. However, he didn’t stop and instead walked forward. Seeing this, a snorting expression appeared on the goblin-faced Imp. His Flame Ghost Lance is not something that can easily be block or stop. And even if you do it, just touching it will give you curse of death and pain. But, before he could smile properly, his jaws hanged open and his eyes widened in shock.

The Flame Ghost Lance that should have pierced through Cian was…stopped a few inches away from him. The wailing hosts couldn’t even reach Cian. Cian raised his hand and flicked, the Flaming Ghost Lance flipped upward and then started shooting towards the Goblin-faced Imp who was watching his attack being reflected with a pale expression.

Booooom!! Cries of pain and agony resounded in the corridor as the Flame Ghost Lance exploded. Wooosh. Suddenly from the smoke, several figures came out and shot towards Cian’s direction in lightning speed.

The thick murderous intent was suddenly surrounded Cian and with the stench of blood becoming thick as well as the screams and cries, signifying the deaths of many under the Flame Ghost Lance, caused a reaction in Cian’s mind. Cian took a deep breath as the flames in his body exploded, releasing himself from his shackles and destroying the last hint of consciousness he had...

No matter how Cian tried enduring it, it finally passed its limits!

Cian stood in a daze at the same spot. His expression seemed to be completely blank...

The image dormant in the depths of his mind came over him like a surging tide in the storm, drowning him...

Crimson red blood flooded his entire world...

The sounds of killing rang in his ears...

The murderous aura was so strong that it could make his soul shiver; it was like a big net that was becoming smaller and tighter, closing in on him and slowly forcing him to his limits until he couldn't retreat any further...

Kill...

Kill them...

A voice rang out from within him. In the next second, Cian held his forehead, unsteady. His eyes, under the plain mask, scanned the surroundings with an icy coldness that is enough to chill anyone’s body.

An evil viciousness suddenly appeared in his mind, replacing his intellect. A billowing killing intent shot up as if he had been bedeviled.

One word echoed in his mind: “Kill…. Kill…. Kill….” It seemed as if it were being spoken by an innumerable host of people, some men, some women, some old, some young. There even seemed to be the voices of animals and plants. It was if all living things were speaking that one word directly into his ears.

The world in front of him grew even more deeply crimson; within the space of a single breath, everything was completely red!

Whoosh! Flame and wind arrows went flying toward Cian, but similar to what happened a while ago, there seems to be some kind of invisible wall that had blocked it. Then, it was reflected and shot to the place where it came from. As the magic attacks were reflected back to the owners, more and more members of the Bloodhole Gang rushed forth and hurriedly surrounded Cian with ominous glints on their faces. The weapons in their hands reflected a cold light under the sunlight.

Gazing at the dozens of grunts surrounding him, Cian seemed to somewhat helplessly shake his head.

“Go, kill him!” A middle-aged demon with a boar’s face and two horns point upwards on his forehead, pointed toward Cian, his icy voice full of killing intent. At their commander’s order, the surrounding demons immediately gripped their weapons firmly before roaring battle cries as they closed the circle around Cian.

“No matter what happens, you must die today!!”
