Episode 75 Master Mitsuhashi's Life Magic training

The day after joint training, Karina goes to the principal's office. She knocks and she hears the principal's voice and goes inside.

"Is there something wrong?"

"No, I came here to consult you."

The principal, Kiryuin, covers his tired eyes from paperwork and listens to Karina's story.

"I see, so you're going to teach the students who have a talent for Life Magic the fighting methods and new Life Magic that Grimm devised."

"That's right. I don't want to see the students graduating while regretting having entered this academy."

The principal nods.

"I understand Karina-sensei's thoughts. So, what are you asking me to do?"

"I want to teach Life Magic to the students through special classes or club activities."

"Special classes may be difficult. Club activities should be possible as long as there are enough people."

"Understood. Then, I will collect the number of people for club activities."

"Please do so. However, is there some reason why Karina-sensei, who is a Muscle Wizard, is putting so much effort into Life Magic?"

"Muscle Wizards are active for a short period of time. Even if you say that you strengthen your body as a Muscle Wizard, most Muscle Wizards will retire when they reach their 40s. I found hope."

From this time forward, Karina begins activities to create the Life Magic Club.

At that time, I am in the Nankuru-ryuu Karate dojo. I am repeating straight fist thrusts from the basic stance. It seems that what I called 'middle thrust' is correct within the school as 'a straight fist thrust to the middle stage'.

Stolen from Royal Road, this story should be reported if encountered on Amazon.

Under the guidance of Master Mitsuhashi, I repeat the straight punch over and over again. It just makes me sweat all over my body. It took a lot of time and effort to figure out what Master wanted to say, but the point itself was accurate.

After practice, it will be my turn to teach Life Magic to Master Mitsuhashi in the afternoon.

We head for the Suigetsu Dungeon. It is to test Master Mitsuhashi's Life Magic against Goblins and HornedPigs. We enter the Suigetsu Dungeon and go to a place with more sparsely growing trees.

"Master, let's try the 'Cone Arrow' you learned."

Master Mitsuhashi's equipment is a little strange. The fists of the gauntlets on his arms are made of steel, and a Goblin might be knocked down with just a punch. He also wears baseball shoes on his feet.

"Master, is that equipment for defeating monsters with punches and kicks?"

"Right. With this, it's possible for me to even beat Orcs."

Monsters are tougher than humans. Beating down those monsters means that he has considerable power.

First, he tried shooting 'Cone Arrow' at a standing tree. It seemed to be okay, so he tried TripleArrow. It also pierced the tree trunk with no problem.

"This is good. Does the power increase as you increase the number of multiple activations?"

"That's right. However, it is up to seven-fold activation that is practical. If it becomes more than that, it will take a long time to activate and it will not be usable."

It seems that Master Mitsuhashi's body has become accustomed to the method of firing a 'Cone Arrow' in conjunction with a thrust. There is no problem if the method is suitable for him, but I am concerned that if the movement is large, it will be perceived as an attack.

I ask about it.

"If it's against monsters, there's no problem. Besides, a thrust without a preliminary action will hit the opponent by the time they notice it."

I start looking for a target while wondering if that's the case. We first encounter a Goblin. Master Mitsuhashi seems to be able to accurately measure the distance, and the moment he enters the range of 'Cone Arrow', he fires a TripleArrow and kills it.

The moment Master thrusts out his fist, a TripleArrow is released from the tip of his fist and defeats the monster. the method of firing a 'Cone Arrow' in conjunction with a thrust is becoming more and more sophisticated, and the 'Cone Arrow' accelerates faster.

He says he is not satisfied with Goblins and HornedPigs as opponents. Those monsters don't seem to be any problem either.

"Then, let's switch to QuadArrow instead of TripleArrow and try it."

"Quadruple activation, it seems difficult."

Master says that, but after a little practice he is able to fire QuadArrows. So we go to the 3rd floor and test against Lizardmen and JumboFrogs.

At first, he was a little nervous, but at some point, the thrust and the QuadArrow click together. From that moment on, the time it takes to activate the QuadArrow becomes shorter.

"Is your magic power okay?"

I am worried that he would run out of mana because he keeps firing 'Cone Arrow'.

"It's okay. My time as an adventurer was short, but it seems that I have more magical power than the average adventurer."

Master Mitsuhashi, who defeats monsters in close combat, seems to have taken in a large amount of D-Particles released by monsters when they die.

He knew that even Lizardmen were no match for him, so we decide to ignore the Satyrs and BigSheep on the 4th floor and hunt the LizardSoldiers on the 5th floor.

A LizardSoldier is a monster that leaves a red magic stone that has a high purchase price. When we encounter Orcs or DarkTigers, I kill them instantly, and the LizardSoldiers are dealt with by Master.

Since the LizardSoldier is a monster with a long sword, I thought Master Mitsuhashi would have trouble. However, he uses TriplePush and QuadArrow to finish it off. It is a flawless way of fighting.

Master Mitsuhashi lets out a sigh when he sees the LizardSoldier disappear, leaving behind a red magic stone .

"What's wrong?"

"The magic level of Life Magic has risen. I can't believe it's this easy."

Over and over again, he uses Life Magic to defeat monsters. It's strange not to go up. I can't help but smile. However, with this, Master's Life Magic has reached magic level 5. He can learn the appropriate Life Magic.

It would be a good idea to have Master who is good at close combat learn 'Blade' next. Seeing how he can safely dodge the LizardSoldier's longsword attack, break its balance with TriplePush, and finish it off with a QuadArrow, I'm curious about how he will use 'Blade'.
