Episode 187 Immutable Bottle
There were four treasure chests, and an unidentified person wrote that they prepared three treasures. What exactly was in the remaining one.
We investigated for any clues before opening the treasure chests. The treasure chests were the smallest treasure chests I've seen in the dungeon. They were about the size of a toolbox, so even a frog-shaped Shadow Puppet could carry them around. And they sat on round pedestals. Letters were carved on the pedestals.
They looked familiar. This was the Magic Letter that meant '3'. In that case ...
I instructed the Shadow Puppet to check the pedestals where all the treasure chests were placed in the four corners. The other pedestals had Magic Letters written on them that meant '7', '13', and '31'.
If this was a hint, it might be a problem that could only be solved by those who were strong in mathematics. However, since such a person wasn't here, we decided to bet on the intuition of the three of us.
I was the first to choose, and chose the '31' treasure chest. Gotou then chose '7', and finally Shiraki chose '13'. We picked up the boxes in the order we chose them, but they were fixed to the pedestals.
It looked like we had to open the lid and take out the contents here. When I opened the lid and checked the contents, it was like a water bottle. Next, Gotou opened the lid of the treasure chest and found something like a water bottle.
The moment Shiraki finally opened the lid of his treasure chest, the whole room shook. Part of the ceiling fell, and a huge moray eel popped out of it. A monstrous moray eel with a total length of about 12 meters took Shiraki's Shadow Puppet in its mouth and chewed it up with its sharp teeth.
Unfortunately, the inside of the temple was dim and there were no shadows to jump into. I instructed the Shadow Puppet to flee at full speed. It was the same with Gotou.
The Shadow Puppet, clutching the water bottle, swam desperately. After passing through the passage, it was the place where the Petitlodons waited. They swam towards the tunnel regardless.
The Petitlodons approached, but stopped when they saw the giant moray eel. The giant moray eel bit the annoying Petitlodon and ripped off its flesh. Meanwhile the Shadow Puppets jumped into the tunnel and escaped.
But, the giant moray eel wouldn't give up. After spitting out the Petitlodon's flesh, it followed the Shadow Puppets into the tunnel. The Shadow Puppets swam at full speed, jumped out of the water, and escaped into Gotou's small boat.
I took off my sunglasses and prepared to shoot SeventhColdShot at the surface of the sea. Gotou and the others were also glaring at the surface of the sea.
The next moment, the giant moray eel jumped out of the water and attacked us. The D-Particle Cooling Pile flew and pierced the body of the giant moray eel, stopping the momentum of its charge and freezing part of its body.

GOtou's magic also hit the giant moray eel and dealt great damage. Neither one, however, appeared to be fatal. Towards the giant moray eel that thrashed about on the surface of the sea, Shiraki, a Muscle Wizard, jumped with a sword in hand.
"Ahh!"
I involuntarily raised my voice. Shiraki jumped to the sea. Shiraki's foot kicked the surface of the sea. Then, Shiraki's body jumped up as if he had kicked the ground.
Shirak went close to the giant moray eel that was rampaging on the surface of the sea and swung his Zanbatou down on its head. It must have been a specially made sword. The hard-looking giant moray eel's head was cut open.
Shirak seemed furious. He repeatedly slashed at the giant moray eel, ending its life.
"Ahh, I see. Shiraki-san's Shadow Puppet was eaten by this guy."
Gotou nodded.
"Something was seen that he didn't want to see, wasn't it."
The Sorcery Eye of the frog-shaped Shadow Puppet, it was made to be able to see even in dim light.
Shiraki came back.
"Gotou-san, what was the treasure?"
Those words reminded me. I picked up the thing like a water bottle that the Shadow Puppet brought back.
"It looks like nothing but a water bottle. I'll examine it."
I took out my Appraisal Monocle and examined it. Then, I found out that it was a Magic Tool called 'Immutable Bottle'.(TN:Immutable means unchanging/everlasting, meaning the contents never change.)
"It's an Immutable Bottle. It seems to have a function to stop the change of things put inside."
Hearing that, Gotou smiled and nodded.
"This is a container for the Universal Recovery Medicine."
When I heard it, I realized how valuable it was. For adventurers, it would be a great treasure. On our way back to the surface, we stopped at a spring and filled the Immutable Bottles with water.
Everyone went to the Adventurer's Guild and reported.
"If you went to the underwater temple with your own bodies and encountered the giant moray eel, you might have been wiped out."
Branch Chief Kondou said after hearing the report.
"That's right. It would have been difficult to enter the temple with an air cylinder on your back."
Gotou affirmed the Branch Chief's words.
"By the way, what about the two Immutable Bottles?"
"One of them should be Grimm's."
I was surprised by Gotou's generosity.
"But, that would be too unfair."
"It's fine. In exchange, please give me the frog-shaped Shadow Puppet."
Gotou and the others would go to the underwater temple again and retrieve the treasure that should have remained. That's why they needed the Frog Shadow Puppet. I agreed.(TN:Why didn't they go get it after defeating the eel ... Derp.)
The information we reported quickly spread among the adventurers. Thanks to that, the number of people paying attention to the frog-shaped Shadow Puppets seemed to have increased.
By the way, the numbers in the treasure chests in the temple were somehow something like prime numbers, and it seemed that only '13' was out of the group.(TN:I'm confused, 13 IS a prime number, what the ...)

Ami became a disciple of Grimm. She would be Alisa-tachi's younger sister disciple. Even so, since there was school, the three of them, including Taichi, would dive into the Suigetsu Dungeon once a week to receive instruction.(TN:To be honest, Imouto Deshi sounds better than younger sister disciple ...)
Thanks to that, her knowledge and skills related to Life Magic increased dramatically. And, as for Shadow Puppets, it was supposed to be taught after her magic level reached '8'.
It was the consecutive holidays in May, and Ami decided to go back to her parents' house. Her father Tadamasa insisted that she go back during her vacation.
When she entered through the front door of the large mansion, she heard voices coming from the guest room. It seemed that a visitor had arrived. Ami went straight to her room on the second floor and put down her luggage.
She then went downstairs and went to the kitchen. She saw her mother there, who seemed to be busy.
"I'm home."
"Welcome home. How is your new school?"
"I'm going fine."
Ami decided to help her mother. She took the tea and went to the drawing room. The guest was Takase Ryuuji, an A-class adventurer.(TN:The dude who is famous for finding the rhodium vein.)
"Thank you very much. And Ojou-san is?"
As Ami served the tea, she was spoken to.
"Yes, my name is Ami, the third daughter."
Her father turned to face Ami.
"This is Takase-san, an A-class adventurer."
"I've heard of your success. I respect you as a great adventurer."
"I'm not great enough to be respected. I'm only just barely in the top 100 in the World Adventurer Rankings."
"Is your daughter an adventurer too?"
"Yeah, she's a student at the Magic Academy. It seems she will be a Life Wizard in the future."
"Life Magic, or rather, flying magic was rumored at the World Adventurer Forum held in France."
Since there was little information about Life Magic, Ami told him that the textbook would be completed soon.
"That's good. I'll tell my friends in France."
As a result, the textbooks created by Grimm and Karina would be sold all over the world.
