Here it is, the long awaited Volume 5's first chapter! well i'l just assume it was long awaited, 5 volumes and 127 chapters hmmm you know i wanted to try every 50-55 chapters per volume, but i said what the hell il just not focus on that and progress the plot to a fitting section before ending a volume, of course after a reasonable length of time.
in any case i wanted to thank you guys for being patient with me, i got a new mattress and i slept like a baby these past few days, my laptop isn't yet ready so il be using my older Asus until then, these things are surprisingly sturdy.
it is also that time again where i ask you guys which things you would like to have drawn, i suppose with this chapter being out it is a good addition to the choices.
i hope you all like this chapter, i have been thinking about how to further the plot for quite awhile and have a long list of a drafted txt document in regards to Spectral regalia's future that i tinker around with every now and then.
i remember i had something else to say but the thought vanished somewhere, i will just edit this post again when i remember it.
P.S thank you to those people who PM me regarding plot holes, it is very much appreciated!

The northern continent of Ailera could have previously been said to be the most dangerous continent due to bandits running loose and powerful creatures no weaker than those found in the Twisting Lands, though compared to the world’s current state, it was no doubt safer. Because the population had been smaller and more widespread, the dragons hadn’t focused on this place.
Four miles away from the mountain the Spectrals lived in, the area around a certain patch of rocky land and several crumbling hills began to distort and flicker. Space was twisting faintly, but one could see a pattern, as if it were rippling like the waves of an ocean.
Within the cave, a purple shell in the shape of a cocoon was formed around Avrin. This cocoon shell was previously transparent, but within, a deep purple light formed in the shape of a humanoid sitting cross legged. The entire cave had already become distorted and twisted. The dark matter that had previously gathered due to Avrin’s breakthrough had long since taken over this small space.
Within Avrin’s inner workings, his consciousness was quiet with eyes open focused, on a batch of particles. “One.....two........three...........four...................five!” the moment his count had reached five, the final particle of the batch had been converted. He had long since had all his C.Particles reach the Type 11 stage, but at that point it was as if he had created a locked door.
The conversion of the final significant Type 10 particle to Type 11 had caused the key to form. Avrin’s look of excitement suddenly shifted to shock. He felt a surge of numbness spread around his soul, and the particles all began to distort and shift.
Compared to the Type 9 and 10 particles, which was a process of baptizing and then absorbing the dark matter that had been stored, the Type 11 particle was created by igniting the particles as if one started up a car with a full tank of petrol.
Avrin’s Dark Matter Core, which was circling his heart, started rippling and distorting. The core began to shrink quickly until it was 50% smaller, then suddenly expanded out to its original size. The moment it had grown, a pulse of purple light surged out, engulfing everything from the core area to Avrin’s inner workings, to the point where even a ripple of purple energy surged out across his physical body, distorting the few meters around his body and turning and twisting it into shapes as if they had their very fabric twisted.
Astaroth and Limos seemed to have shuddered before the weapons began to frantically move around, trying to catch and absorb these pulses of energy to devour. The dark matter core itself didn’t stop. It shrank and grew many times, as if it were beating like a heart. Each pulse would expand out, but would be significantly smaller. After a few moments, the core looked like a beating, spherical heart, but the pulses of energy barely traveled a few inches from it.
Limos and Astaroth both had purplish hues of energy around their masses, but these hues were slowly replaced by a more powerful reddish glow, showing that they had strengthened.
Avrin’s consciousness had also distorted and shifted. He tried to tense up his body, but found it to be of no use as this was his consciousness and he had no corporeal form here. Soon, the numbness in his soul faded and a sense of overwhelming power came to him. He felt as if he were reborn. His body was an impure piece of ore thrown into the heart of a star which acted as the transitioning process.
And once it was complete, the previous impure ore had become a solid, unbreakable ingot. He felt immense power, enough that he was shaking, as if he needed to vent it out, afraid he may accidently destroy something, “So much strength....from this stage...Dark Stage...”
Avrin tried to calm himself. He now knew that he had completed his training. If he was to compare his current self to his former self, it would be a monstrous difference in strength. He could swat his former self away like a fly.
A look of excitement was seen on his glowing image that hovered within his inner workings, each of his particles shrinking and pulsing like many hearts beneath him. Even his C.Particles were expanding and retracting, as if they were all dancing in unison.
Avrin had seen enough for now. He tried to will his soul back to his physical body. “......It’s not working?” He worryingly spoke before trying again. He found he couldn’t return. A look of worry surfaced on his face. It was as if an impenetrable wall suddenly appeared and stopped him.
“Is it not finished?” Avrin uttered. That was before he suddenly felt his inner workings freeze. From the beating particles to his core, where the three spheres representing his dark matter heart, Astaroth and Limos, all were frozen as if time had stopped. He knew this could mean one thing.
“It took you long enough. It’s time I followed through with my trade.” Avrin’s surroundings shifted like flipping the page of a book. He found himself within an empty black space with a white, spotless platform floating without budging an inch.
Avrin looked with slight shock, but was getting used to seeing this individual, so the shock was nothing too intense. “You had me worried.” Avrin spoke to the humanoid figure that had skin reflecting the many stars, galaxies and most likely universes he had created. This figure was indeed the one true God over creation and existence.
“Congratulations. You have grown up but only into a baby god, ahahaha.” God himself gave a soft laugh that echoed outwards, most likely surpassing even infinity. Avrin’s eyebrows twitched, as he wasn’t sure how to reply. “It’s that easy?” Avrin finally spoke, as he felt a little underwhelmed.
God shook his featureless head before stepping closer to Avrin. With each step he took, he uttered a word. “The ranking system of this world is not one unique to it. Be sure to memorize this, child. Beginner, Trained, Intermediate, Expert, Master, Grandmaster, Sage, Mythical, Legendary, New Deity, High Deity, Elder Deity, Ancient Deity, Supreme Deity, Primordial Entity and, of course, Cosmic Entity. As for the level above that, you don’t have to worry for now.”
With each level spoken, a pulse surged out from God, the strength of these pulses of energy represented the strength of the level he spoke. When the level reached that of a New Deity, Avrin felt it was still underpowered compared to the feeling of strength he felt. When it reached High Deity, Avrin felt cautious, and when it reached Elder Deity Avrin felt his body shudder.
Ancient Deity made his very being quiver with worry. When it reached Primordial Entity, Avrin’s body was shaking, as if he wanted to vomit his guts and everything else to relieve the pain. But the most tyrannical pressure was the Cosmic Entity. It made Avrin feel fear, as if the universe was crashing down to kill a single living creature, and that creature happened to be an ant which represented him.
Avrin had no doubt that an Ancient Entity could kill him with a single gesture of the hand, and after each level it became significantly easier. Avrin wondered what sort of beings could match up to this level of power. What tyrannical creatures could achieve this peak of existence. Without God most likely holding back, Avrin was certain he would have died when the pulses he emitted reached Supreme Deity, though he was curious in regards to something.
“Why are you telling me this?” Avrin’s eyes narrowed slightly. He knew this information was increasingly beneficial, though the answer he received from God left his mind rolling in questions. “As you grow, you’re going to blast through these levels of power that represent the five Universes to your goal.”
Avrin was truly confused. He hadn’t set a real goal, other than to become a god, and speaking logically, he had achieved his intention. He had been called a baby god, but a god nonetheless. He would protect his people. What need did he have to reach the pinnacle of power.
“You used Omnipotence?” Avrin cautiously asked. He knew God had stated earlier he would hold himself back in his infinite knowledge to make things more entertaining, though at Avrin’s remark, a pair of lips formed on God’s face before widening like a smile. Then, words quietly echoed out again without the lips even moving an inch more.
“A wild guess...” God raised his right hand and snapped. The sound of the snap rang out and the entire black space suddenly turned again like the page of a book. They were located in a space where beautiful, lush, blue and green planets seemed boundless. Avrin’s expression suddenly twitched. In front of him was a red planet with several circular green landmasses within domes that expanded on for miles, each one connected by several large tubes as they littered across this planet.
“Mars.... My birthplace?...” Avrin quietly said in confusion. Though he didn’t get the answer he was looking for. Instead, God began to speak as if he were narrating. “Once upon a time, within the First Universe, peace and prosperity was as easy to influence as a scale’s weighing. Though, in this neutral point of time, a young male Ancient Deity appeared from a Ki gate with a look of pride and arrogance on his face.”
The scene spoken by God appeared. A large, circular gate with a strange marking appeared before turning sixty degrees and rippling like water. A smug yet prideful individual with a small black ponytail appeared. He was adorned in strange attire that seemed oriental but also western, though Avrin had no doubt such an exquisite looking outfit was a remarkable treasure.
“Fast forward two years, and this deity, who had secretly blended in with the arrogant race known as humans, had grown bored of his so called holiday. During the very day this deity planned to leave, he stumbled upon a blind, ragged, homeless girl covered in dirt.”
This strange Ancient Deity that had concealed himself was adorned in a fancy suit with slick hair and a pair of black shades. He was casually walking the futuristic streets of the terraformed land mass of Mars. He no longer held the trace of arrogance and pride, but rather one that was expressionless, as if he had found out someone he knew had died. That was, until he had spotted the blind girl. He looked confused as he gazed at her.
Avrin remained silent through God’s narration. He felt this was indeed strange, and kept quiet. “This deity was one who held something very valuable and was very important within the Third Universe. This man held a look of pity, and from his boredom he decided he would help this blind girl. The months these two spent together were strange for this man.
He had tried to make fun of the situation, turning a girl with nothing into someone of importance. Although this girl was cleaned up and she looked beautiful, the man had strange feelings. Not because of her beauty, no, by all means, there are true diamonds of the universes that reign around. He had developed deep feelings of love for her, because despite him telling her that she was just an experiment he wanted to make powerful politically, she showed subtlety and kindness with not one hint of impurity.”
Although Avrin and God were standing there watching these things unfold as if they were standing beside the two, the scenes were changing rapidly, fast forwarding quickly, but Avrin could see it all in detail thanks to God’s willingness. It showed the female had long brown hair and wore a simple white dress. One could say her beauty was not in appearance, but in her innocence and kindness. Every day, she would help the homeless and parentless children.
The deity, who wore different remarkable attire each day, was confused at her actions. His appearance outweighed the female’s to the point where other girls would give this mysterious blind girl deathly stares, as if saying “Get lost”. He had offered to heal her blindness but she refused, saying this is what God had given her and that she would accept it.
“Falania… Why do you persist in doing this when you know my goal. Don’t you feel above these people? You humans are all like this.” This deity was confused. He was certain that humans who he had read about would follow their nature and give in to greed.
“Lord Ashi’Dei’Eltrum, humanity is indeed stupid. We have no real power and excel at nothing compared to the other universes in nothing else other than our greed and ignorance. If I was to follow my race, I would only be adding to the problem. These people have nothing and have been tormented.
I can’t say if they would hurt me for wealth, but I can say that right now, as long as you use me for this experiment, I can use the influence I have to make these people happy, because to me, I picture the image of another human smiling and truly being grateful for receiving help when in need, is their second most pure state.”
The handsome deity, who was known as Ashi’Dei’Eltrum, felt his heart quiver. He suddenly took his shades off, revealing his piercing eyes, his pupils shaped strangely. The right eye’s pupil was shaped like the black Yin symbol, while his left eye was in the shape of the white Yang symbol. He glanced at Falania and this deep gaze made his heart beat quicker. He curiously asked, yet in a stuttering tone. “W....What is the first pure state?...”
Falania turned to look in the direction of Ashi’Dei’Eltrum, judging the direction by his voice. She gave a sly grin and spoke. “One day you will give me the answer yourself.” She spoke in a soft, loving manner.
Avrin felt a strange feeling. As he looked at these two individuals, he thought of a theory of who these two might be. He was not a fool by any means, but the theory was indeed so farfetched that he wanted to laugh it off. He was snapped back to reality when God continued and the pages of this timeline changed.

“These two beings soon fell in love, Ashi’Dei’Eltrum loving Falania for her innocence and purity and Falania for Ashi’Dei’Eltrum’s heart and cute ignorance, feeling she could change this brute into someone who cares. It had only been been another year before the two had gotten married privately, and for months now Falania had become pregnant with their child.
Though not everything was as it seemed. Ashi’Dei’Eltrum did not know he was being watched by a spy sent by his father, and it wasn’t long before he was sent a summons to return to his home planet to face his father’s questions.”
The scene changed again to a lush green and blue planet that significantly dwarfed Earth’s beauty. This planet was untamed and untouched other than a single massive estate that spanned several miles. Within this estate was a large temple that seemed to have been carved from the very stones of heaven.
They glittered with a golden white, resplendent glow. The style of this temple was strange. It was shaped in a sort of triangular pyramid with four large, circular dome spires shooting up past the triangle’s point, almost as if the architecture was a mix of ancient european and egyptian architecture. Ashi’s eyes twitched a little as he sighed before bowing. “Y...Yes father?..”
“Ashi, how long are you going to waddle around in that silly place. Do I need to constantly remind you of the importance our dynasty has placed on you? The investment is incredibly large.” As beautiful as the exterior of this strange temple was, the interior was dim and seemed ordinary, as everything was made from a wood that had a spiral of black mixed into it, even the throne.
An old man with a beard that extended down past his golden embroidered robe, was seated on a throne made of the same strange material as the interior of the room. This old man had an aged look, as if he was long past his expiry date.
“Father....I understand and I indeed made a promise. We have two fragments of Alya'Dahgo and are not in any rush. Our lifetimes last forever, but my wife and soon to be child’s-” The moment the words wife and child rung out, the entire temple seemed to creak as the elderly man stood up a tyrannical light blue aura shot out, engulfing everything.
“YOU STUPID, STUPID FOOL!!!!!! HOW DARE YOU SPREAD OUR BLOODLINE TO AN OUTSIDER, AND WITH A HUMAN NO LESS!!!” The surge of energy caused Ashi to pale. He knew he was still no match for his father, who was close to reaching the Primordial Entity level. “Father....these....humans.... They aren’t all as bad as we know… My wife Falania...she is amaz-” Ashi was interrupted as his father's aura surged out again.
“Shut your mouth you ingrate.... You have a few days to kill that wench and outside spawn and hurry back here. Have you forgotten the arranged marriage proposal we are organizing? Is the daughter of Emperor Malacion not good enough for you!!?! Her beauty alone could start wars!!!”
Ashi frowned before bowing his head. “Yes, father...” Avrin wasn’t sure what to think of the situation other than this man’s father was indeed a monstrous being. He had the power of a Supreme Deity and neared a Primordial Entity. He could judge this strength comparing it to the pulses God had shown him.
God, who had remained quiet to let the scene play out, suddenly spoke again. “Ashi had conflicted ideas on this matter. He had inherited a part of the greatest piece of a puzzle and wanted to think of what to do, though when he returned the next day, he had been unable to find his wife. It was only when he had used his Qi sense did he discover her in the hospital. He had rushed over with worry at his greatest speed. When he arrived in that room and saw she was laid in the bed with her blank white eyes glancing downward onto what she held, his heart again tugged.
He saw in her arms, wrapped up in a small cover, a newborn child. Just as God spoke the scene showed. Ashi didn’t utter a word, and Falania, who knew he was there, also didn’t speak. Ashi approached and looked at his child. He could see this child had its eyes closed and was sleeping soundly. He very much looked like his mother and father. The nose, the cheeks, the eyebrows and hair, with no thoughts yet, other than the defenseless form and innocent he held.
Ashi felt as if a gap in his heart had been filled up and even overflowed with warmth. “I see.... The purest state a human has.” Falania, who smiled softly, glanced over and nodded softly. “Indeed, our child is pure, untouched and uncorrupted, clueless of the good and the bad of everything, an empty sheet of white that is not stained by the colors of existence.... He is our son. My little-”
Ashi suddenly had a very bad feeling. He clenched his teeth and roared out. “Titan’s Skin…!” A light grey pair of palms formed from the energy of Qi suddenly wrapped around both Ashi and child and wife. The moment it finished, the entire right side of mars suddenly exploded out into fragments of rock and debris.
God suddenly spoke. “Their happiness was cut short, as all good things come to an end...” Avrin gave a serious, stern look and remained quiet as he watched the images unfold like a book.
“I knew it. Following you was indeed the right choice. That look on your face, filled with love for this vile spawn and this blind gnat. It is a disgraceful act of treason!” The words echoed out from the debris that surrounded Mars. The voice belonged to Ashi’s father, who gazed down to look at the grey palms covering them that unfolded to reveal a small sphere surrounding the three of them to help them breathe.
“Father....you.. Please let this go. Let them live and I will do as you say.... I will marry Princess Talashia.” Ashi didn’t dare be disrespectful and instead pleaded with his father, who glanced down with disdain.
“My son.... You were so perfect and respectful, doing your best for the dynasty over the many eons.... And that is why I decided to waste a fragment for your reincarnation. Compared to your Primordial past, you are still a ways off. At this time, I am the strongest in our dynasty. I give the commands!!! Not only will you marry the princess to solidify our relationship, but you will have children together, without the information of this gnat or her vile spawn!!”
The elderly man roared out as he raised his right index finger into the darkness of space occupied with the debris of Mars. Suddenly, the debris began to shake and ignite into an assortment of flames ranging from orange to green and blue. The debris all began to glow with a heavy influence of qi before they all shot towards Ashi with so much qi infused not one would have trouble penetrating from one side of a planet to the next, and depending on the size, even cause a catastrophe.
“FATHER, STOP THIS!!!” Ashi roared out, clenching his teeth. The two grey hands suddenly reformed in front of Ashi, much larger than before. They clapped together and a wave of energy pulsed out, engulfing the qi infused debris, causing the qi to scatter and then turn to ash.
The pulse of energy shot out and Ashi’s father was stunned. The pulse of energy hit him and blew him back several hundred meters as he roared out before stabilizing himself with his own qi. “You....dare attack me...the one whose blood you carry in your veins...who helped bring you into this world..... You betray me, your father?” Sparks of electricity seemed to surge around Ashi’s father’s body. This made Ashi look incredibly worried.
“Father, I....” Ashi glanced over to see the stunned yet quiet Falania with their son, who was now crying in her arms. He sighed before he willed the sphere they were in to shoot off into the distance, escaping danger.
Avrin was stunned. He remembered hearing about the destruction of Mars. His face was pale as he knew the date it had happened was the day he had been given to the orphanage he grew up in. Slowly he began to ponder more, hoping things were not as he thought.
God, who looked at Avrin for a moment, suddenly smirked before he began to speak again. “Ashi, who was now fighting against his father for the lives of his wife and child, was not sure what to do other than to try his best to buy time and hope for a miracle, though again, all good things come to an end.”
The battle had lasted for several minutes and Ashi was at a grave disadvantage due to the level of difference and power between him and his father. “Father....you’re going too far… They haven’t done anything wrong....they are innocent!!” Ashi called out as he chased after his father, who was currently charging after the sphere containing Falania and their child as it neared the planet Mercury, showing just how fast they were moving.
Falania was growing nervous, but forced a smile as she held the baby she had managed to quiet against her chest. She was quite exhausted after the birth and hadn’t recovered. The events now and her stamina were taking a toll on her body.
Ashi’s father was nearing the sphere as he showed a look of delight, as if he were doing a task that was beneficial for all. “DIE!!!” He roared out before punching towards the sphere. The punch caused the space to tremble before qi shot outward in the form of a fist, shooting towards the sphere at high speeds.
“STOP!!!” Ashi shouted out before his pupils began to tremble. Both his pupils turned clockwise rapidly. “BALANCE!” He shouted again. Suddenly, both his pupils formed their missing counterparts. The moment they stopped spinning clockwise, things seemed to slow down in front of Ashi. He suddenly vanished in the blink of an eye before appearing in front of the sphere and the qi fist his father had shot. Ashi was already gravely wounded due to his father and was exhausted.
The qi fist smashed into his body, but that alone was not enough to stop the remnants, which smashed against the qi shield he gave them. The sphere blocked the remaining energy, but a little, insignificant scrap still remained, that shot towards the two humans.
Ashi was about to fall into unconsciousness, but used his little remaining qi to reform a weakened shield. They were protected from the atmosphere, and the little scrap of qi that remained had neared the two. Falania’s blank eyes widened as she felt a feeling of maternal protection. She suddenly embraced her child and moved herself to cover him. The scrap of qi smashed against her body, and she felt her organs rumble and her bones break. She coughed out mouthfuls of blood and felt her consciousness slip slowly.
Ashi’s weakened body smashed against the surface of Mercury, causing a large crater to form, and the weakening qi shield slowly drifted down and smacked into the crater like a bowling ball, yet still remained intact. Ashi used all his strength as he panted, heavily ignoring the blood that he coughed out, and began to crawl to the shield. His legs were broken and his left arm crippled due to his father’s attack that he took head on.
“No....no....NO!” Ashi shouted out with worry as he neared the shield. He glanced inside to see the bed had been broken and Falania had tumbled out and was on her side. Ashi looked at Falania’s state. She had several lines of blood running down her mouth and blood even soaked her patient robe, showing she had holes in her body due to the bones snapping out and shooting through her skin.
She looked faint and weak. Ashi felt a large sadness in his heart. As he stared, he found, clutched near Falania’s chest, his child, who began to quietly sob, as if he could smell the blood of his mother.
“I’ll..save you… I will save you....” Ashi spoke as he crawled through the shield. As it was his qi, he felt no resistance as he passed through. He neared the dying body of his wife and the small, crying infant that was their son. Tears were forming in Ashi’s eyes, but he didn’t cry. He knew he still had time to save her. “Mortal… You won’t become mortal. You will be....strong… You and my child...Qi Bearers.... My… My father won’t have any choice.... I will make you both immortal....”
Ashi had started to have delusions due to his fearfulness and nervousness. He reached up and was about to grasp Falania’s weakened hand, but her cold pale hand reached over and wrapped around his. She then spoke softly. “Things....happen...because God plans them.... If being immortal...lets one make people suffer...then...that is not a life for me....”
Ashi’s weakened heart stopped for a moment as the tears continued to well up. “Fala...Falania you’re not...speaking right… Don’t worry...it’s not like this. I can save you… Please don’t deny this.... Please just agree to it… I can’t make you one if you do not agree… Please!!” Ashi began to plead violently.
Ashi’s father saw the sight and frowned a little. He began to float down with his hands behind his back. He cared deeply for his son and had decided to give him a few moments with his so called wife, even if the situation was as it is.
“I’m human....born mortal.... I’m not.....like you.... But I can love you.... Humans...are arrogant....and ignorant....” She uttered as her eyes had became a bit paler, her body shaking as the coldness of death loomed over even more, though she continue to talk. “Because...I’m an arr...arrogant...human..... Please...at least save our son....and make him....immortal...even if...he hates me....let him live...happily...and tell him not...of thi-”
“Oh shut up.” Ashi’s father disdainfully said as he snapped his fingers, causing qi to form around Falania’s near death body. She felt a strange sensation, and simply smiled as she knew that her life was about end. “For the crime of soiling my dynasty's bloodline, only death awaits you.” The elderly father of Ashi spoke with no emotion or regret. The qi around Falania began to intensify, though Falania weakly, with all her strength, pushed the baby from the qi that surrounded her and into Ashi’s hand that she soon let go of.
“Hus....band...my husband....Ashi’Dei’Eltrum....a god… I married a god....” A look of weak delight appeared on Falania’s face. She looked at the child and as the last of her strength left her, she spoke a final sentence. “My....son.... My cute....little Avrin....”
And she was gone.

For those who have forgotten, the moment avrin reached type 9 particles, it was inevitable for him to enter this weakened stage of instability, him undergoing that meditation/metamorphisis solely focused on improving the particle types for a year or so aswell as his body shutting down a lot of its strength to focus it all on advancing is the reason why he had advanced to Type 11 particles, also known as the Dark Stage.
