Skymetal form, Astaroth & Limos

http%3a%2f%2fi618.photobucket.com%2falbums%2ftt267...yz1pno.jpg [http://i618.photobucket.com/albums/tt267/vilereaver41/Artwork%20Done%20By%20Artist/Skymetal%20Version%20Astaroth%20Limos_zpscxyz1pno.jpg]

for these two skymetal pieces of astaroth and limos, i wanted something unique and that gives off a sort of enigmatic feeling, thankfully imo the artist did a great job, i wanted each skymetal to have its own form and not simply the same shape and size.

Shandian after the 2 year time skip.

http%3a%2f%2fi618.photobucket.com%2falbums%2ftt267...frxbeb.jpg [http://i618.photobucket.com/albums/tt267/vilereaver41/Artwork%20Done%20By%20Artist/Shandian_zpskxfrxbeb.jpg]

in regards to shandian i was conflicted in its design, i wanted it to look cute and weak but also not simply taking out of a book, this drawing is of it after the 2 year timeskip, i want to describe it as time passes on from something cute to something that looks monsterously awesome

Astaroth Scythe Form.

http%3a%2f%2fi618.photobucket.com%2falbums%2ftt267...v4bk5r.jpg [http://i618.photobucket.com/albums/tt267/vilereaver41/Artwork%20Done%20By%20Artist/Scythe%20Astaroth_zpsdxv4bk5r.jpg]

in regards to Astaroth the design i also like, many of you think the scythe looks quite underwhelming though to those people all i can say is keep underestimating its appearance i have a few plans in the work in regards to it.

------------

Suddenly, from the hall the guards were packed in, a surging blur of fire burst out toward Syrana, clearly with intention to harm. Syrana frowned before her own mana rose. She then punched outward with her right hand to meet the flaming blur. Both collided, causing the room’s walls to crack and the unstable flooring to crumble. Some of the slower guards fell through into the room below, but not before uttering helpless shouts.

As the flaming mana eased up, Clovis was revealed, who gave a stunned expression. He could feel his hand was numb, as if he hit a very solid wall that didn’t budge. His face paled as he gazed at Syrana before jumping back to regain his footing. “Impressive, to stop my attack with seemingly little effort.”

Syrana casually moved her fist back to her side before replying. “I have better things to do than staying here to fight. I simply want to know where Avrin is.” Felia, who revealed a grave expression, clearly felt Syrana couldn’t be underestimated.

“She has to be at least a peak Grandmaster. Was there an expert among the sylph race other than the Sigil wielders?” She contemplated quietly, clearly having no clue that Syrana was infact one of those Sigil wielders.

Wyni, who was glaring at Izanami while keeping her guard up, called out to Clovis “Damnit, it’s about time you got here. What took you so long!” She had a nervous expression, knowing Izanami would take any chance she got to attack.

Clovis simply laughed before speaking while his mana surged again. “Sorry about that, Miss Wyni, but don’t worry, I’ll handle this now. As for you intruders, I’m just getting warmed up! Flame Fist, First Strike!!”

Clovis’s speed increased before he shot like a bullet towards Syrana, feeling that this time the result for him would be better. Syrana’s eyes narrowed and she casually sidestepped. Of course, with her speed and strength, it was almost too fast fast for Clovis to even register.

His fist punched through the spot Syrana had just been, but Syrana was glancing at him from the side, watching as he gave a stunned expression, his head slowly turning to look at her. It seemed to all happen in slow motion. Syrana’s right hand formed into a fist and she punched Clovis. The punch itself seemed to cause a mini sonic boom like a whip. The punch collided with Clovis’s side and he was blown through the walls of the building and even smashed through two others near the mercenary’s HQ.

Syrana raised her fist, which emitted a small trace of smoke, though she frowned a little as she looked at the large hole Clovis had been smashed through, she then turned to gaze over at everyone. What met her were fearful but amazed expressions. The guards were trembling and even Wyni’s mouth was agape.

Ayame quietly muttered to herself. “As expected of Master. How could some nobody be a match for her.” Izanami had a more preserving thought as she quietly laughed, “-I have to never get on her bad side....-” A drop of sweat ran down her cheek and she found it hard to comprehend Syrana’s speed. She could tell she was holding back greatly to not kill anyone.

Syrana walked over to Felia, but this time, no one stood in her way. Syrana’s mana surged slightly, Felia’s face was twitching with a newfound fear. It’s as if she wanted to realise something.. “J..just who the hell are you....” She spoke out. Syrana, of course, ignored those words, with no intention to reveal herself and cause trouble.

“Where is Avri-” Her words were cut short as flaming blur shot through the hole Clovis had flew through. “Flame Fist, Inferno Flurry!!” Clovis appeared beside Syrana with a grave look. Blood was trickling through the sides of his lips and he was pale, but he didn’t give up. He began to barrage Syrana with fists imbued with flame affinity mana, each punch caused the air to heat up and tremble.

“-Resilient!-” was Syrana’s first thought when she saw Clovis appear. She had used the strength of an early stage Sage to hit him away, hoping to knock him out, but clearly this human, in her eyes, was like a cockroach that was hard to get rid of. While she was dodging and blocking Clovis’s strikes, she felt many surges of mana, and one even at the mid Grandmaster level from outside, surrounding the building. She knew the city lord had arrived.

“You...” Syrana clenched her teeth before her mana surged out and gave everyone present in the building an oppressive feeling, causing some to drop to their knees. Her left hand shot towards Clovis, hitting the side of his neck with her palm.

The strike caused the ground to tremble, Clovis opened his mouth and his eyes rolled back before he fell limp to the ground. In one strike, Clovis had been knocked out.

Syrana’s fit figure then vanished before reappearing in front of Felia. Her hand shot out, smashing against the wall behind Felia, causing it to shatter. She then spoke with a simple to understand word, considering the situation.

“Speak!” Accompanied by Syrana’s terrifying pressure, Felia had felt it was best to just tell what she knows rather than to hold back and possibly endanger the lives of her comrades further. Filled with regret, she clenched her teeth and spoke.

“Promise me...you won’t harm any of my men, and also give me your word you won’t harm Avrin!” She knew it was all wishful thinking, though she wanted to grab at what she could for a bit of reassurance. Right now, she had little choice. Syrana quickly replied. “I won’t harm any of your men. As for Avrin, that is none of your business, stop stalling further.

Or, I could always bring you with us and have our seductress get information from you.” Her words carried a somewhat comedic yet serious threat. Izanami pouted and called out “Hey!” Felia glanced at Izanami, who simply smirked. Her eyebrows twitched a little before she looked back at Syrana and quickly began to explain things.

“The port city of Rael, the city lord has a connection to Avrin… He knows more than me..” Felia’s heart felt heavy with each word spoken. She felt she was betraying Avrin, despite all the good he had done for her. She had no real choice.

Syrana looked at Felia carefully before glancing over at Ayame and Izanami, who both quickly grabbed their cloaks and dashed out of the newly made hole in the wall beside Felia. Syrana glared at Felia before speaking. “If this is a lie...you will have nowhere to run.”

Syrana dashed out following the two others, though the moment she left was the moment the sounds of rushed footsteps echoed out before a small group of heavily armored individuals and one man who was clad in blue plate armor with no helmet and an aged look with a white beard looked around. This man was the city lord. “What happened here?”

Hearing his words, Felia could only glare daggers at him. “Useless bastard, you’re late!” Speaking with an angered tone, she knew that around she was valued quite well and the city relied on her newly established mercenary group to handle many issues.

Meanwhile, to the east of the city, three figures dashed away into the forest, which covered a large amount of ground. After the three had traveled for a few minutes, Ayame finally couldn’t hold back any longer and spoke. “Master...that pressure from before, what was it?” Clearly she meant Orochi. She felt the situation with that was more noteworthy than talking about the current information on Avrin.

Syrana nervously bit her lower lip as she looked a little nervous. Only Izanami, with her keen eyes, could pick this up. She felt the situation wasn't so simple. Syrana suddenly stopped, remaining silent for a moment even as the other two waited. Syrana finally spoke. “Izanami, Ayame, both of you head to Rael and find out what you can from the city lord. I’m heading to the capital city Altea to see something.”

Izanami smiled and replied. “Very well.” Afterwards she pulled out a rolled up parchment with a map before going over it, though while she did, Ayame glanced over at Syrana with a dissatisfied expression. “Master, this is the first major lead in two years!” Syrana frowned and yelled with a bit of impatience. “I know! But this is more important. It can’t be avoided.” She sighed a little.

“Izanami, you’re in charge. I expect you to handle it all.” Syrana spoke and, with her incredible speed, vanished quickly towards the direction of Altea. “Master!” Ayame called out and was about to follow, but Izanami placed her hand on her shoulder. “Lets go, don't worry about her.” Hearing Izanami’s words Ayame’s cheeks puffed before she frowned and sighed. “Fine...”

Syrana, who was making her way towards Altea at a great speed, felt the enchanted sack at her side emit a faint pulse of light affinity mana. She then reached inside and pulled out a small, smooth surfaced stone with two white wings engraved onto it. She spoke to the pulsing object with a dissatisfied expression.

“Abbadon...what the hell was that?” Suddenly, a voice seemed to emit from the stone in reply “You’re at the central continent already? Interesting indeed, though forget that. Head to Altea. It seems Orochi has been freed. The other Sigil wielders are all gathering, including Myra. If we don’t face this threat together then we face disastrous consequences.“

Syrana felt her heart skip a beat and stopped for a moment. She had heard of Orochi and how powerful he was before devouring the Sigil enhancements and that he brazenly went against the gods. Right now he must be incredibly powerful, for them all to gather and face him. “I’m on my way.” She spoke before placing the engraved stone back into the sack and heading off again. “-How can he be released? Didn’t God King Septim imprison him where no one could find him… Wait a second...could Avrin have been responsible?-”

Syrana had felt that because Avrin was searching for Skymetal, if he had found Orochi, who may have possessed a piece, maybe the deal was to free him for that piece. Of course, she felt it was too far fetched and put the idea behind her.

Within the great oceans of Seleria, a large shadow was making its way through the deep blue water. This was the nine headed dragon Orochi, with Azrael following not too far behind and keeping a nervous, careful expression while around the dragon. One of Orochi’s heads turned back to look at him and simply laughed. “Why are you so afraid? A deal is a deal, after all.” The dragon laughed before Azrael frowned a bit and spoke. “That may be so, but why are we heading in this direction? You know what is ahead, it has nothing to do with our deal.”

Hearing Azrael’s disatisfaction, Orochi gave a simple reply. “It’s simple. I need a snack and some exercise. I’m sure you know what it’s like being sealed for hundreds of years, hahahaha.” The dragon laughed again, showing that it was a little crazy.

Soon, the two neared a large open area of the sea floor. Located there was a large, thin bubble of white light that seemed to give a radiant shine over the sea as well as a large city that was housed within it. Of course, the bubble didn’t stop water from going through. This was because the inhabitants of the city were the sea tribe! This was their city of Azuros.

Azrael, upon seeing the city, had a bad feeling. Orochi simply ignored him and swam over. Within the city, large spires made from coral, sea stone and seaweed were lined up across the city. The streets and many architecturally important objects were made from special materials such as blue pearl and Azure Tortoise shell, which was the main material used in creating everything here.Tthe streets were lined with humanoids that had dark blue and light blue skin with scales over their bodies. Their feet were webbed and their heads were all but human, with large, round, black eyes and gills that acted as ears. These creatures were all hairless and all wore simple clothing made from sea materials. Of course, some guards could be seen wearing a bit more armor-like clothes made from sea creatures.

This was because the couldn’t forge anything underwater, they had to make due with what they had. Parents taking their children around and eating, as well as having fun. One could say this was a city paradise. Azuros, the city that had never once experienced war, famine or hardship was a true paradise for people seeking peace. Of course, this very day, that peace would be torn asunder.

Within the centre of the city, a large palace towered over the others. It was lined with white pearl and rare materials to show that it was the hub of everything. Many of the sea folk went in and out casually. Nothing seemed to be restricted in this city, as if they were a tribal family that looked after one another.

Though as beautiful as the city was, over the hundreds of years, its beauty was suddenly interrupted as a shadow loomed over everything. Many of the sea folk gazed up to see a large shadow within the bubble, blocking out quite a bit of the radiance. Some of them were confused and stunned, but not afraid. After all, the sea tribe had never truly felt fear. They all had figured it was something else. One of the young children even called out in a damp voice.

“Mama, is that the Divine Protector?” Though the child’s question wasn’t answered, as a deep laughter resounded out. The fire affinity head of Orochi could be seen glowing a deep red. “I love fish!!! But even better, I love fried fish!!” Suddenly the head opened its mouth, to which a vortex of flame affinity mana gathered.

The water of the ocean didn’t seem to be capable of putting this strange flame out, and even more fearful was that Orochi suddenly fired a beam of flame that evaporated the water and smashed down towards the city.

Orochi was one of, if not the, most powerful dragons. After absorbing the Sigil enhancements and breaking into the new Deity level, he had gotten immensely stronger. The beam of flame mana crashed against the spires of the city and they all began to burn and collapse, causing debris to fall. The beam of flame made its way across the streets, turning the helpless sea folk to ash. Everyone began to scream in terror and try to flee in all directions, unsure what to do in such a situation.

The large city had now become Orochi’s playground as he blew apart the structures of seaweed and coral with ease. Water, which was fire’s natural enemy, was useless against such a powerful vortex of flame that didn’t seem to be hindered, showing that a new Deity’s strength was quite significant.

Even as the water began to heat up and many sea folk were burnt alive or burnt enough to turn to ash and scatter into the water, there were some that wanted to fight back from the city. A large mass of warriors clad in blue pearl armor shot upward, carrying golden tridents in their hands. They numbered at least a few thousands, each one at the Grandmaster level.

The sea tribe had never faced any real war and was able to build up its strength over the years. These warriors swam out towards Orochi and brandished their tridents, imbuing water affinity mana into the tridents and firing them off towards Orochi, each one carrying the strength of a Grandmaster.

If this had been used against an army of the land above, then most likely the armor would have been annihilated. Even a dragon may be a little annoyed at this. But Orochi simply laughed before his dark mana affinity head slid out to the front and opened its mouth, its eyes beginning to glow, and a dark sphere of mana gathered into its mouth before it exploded out, shooting strands of black light to all the tridents.

Azrael was stunned as he spoke out. “I...Impossible...” He quickly opened Void and went over it before his eyes widened. “That’s the God level magic Corrupted Shadow… How can he…?” He was unable to finish before the strands of dark light all hit a trident. The tridents turned from a shining gold to a glowing jet black and the water that had rippled through the force of them shooting outwards like comets suddenly remained still. This was because all the tridents were frozen within the water, not moving an inch.

Not one of the sea tribe warriors kept a calm expression. They all began to mutter and speak of how strange and asked what was going on. Of course, no one had an answer and stopped speaking. This was because the tridents all turned around and faced back towards the thousands of warriors before firing off back towards them with even more monstrous strength. They all gasped and began to flee, but it was as if they were being hunted by spears. The tridents impaled many in a near instant, with only a few hundred escaping with their lives, and even they were wounded.

Blood had begun to cover the clear water, and Orochi simply laughed again madly before it swam over, causing the water to split apart. Orochi began to casually devour the dead and wounded with all of its nine heads, as if it was at an all you can eat buffet. “Food!! You’re all food, whether in flesh or mana!” Orochi was greatly enjoying himself. Azrael revealed a pale expression.

“T..The sea tribe had nothing to do with me being sealed… Have...I done wrong?..” He questioned himself before his hands balled into fists. “No...this is for my revenge… Me perishing is of no big deal. Whether this world burns in the aftermath is not of my concern...it’s all....it’s all for her..” His body shook with conflicted emotions.

Orochi didn’t seem to forget the city, as the flame affinity head would often fire spheres of condensed flame towards the city which would cause explosions, though one could tell he wasn’t serious and was just enjoying himself, as if playing with an ant nest with tools specially made for handling the nest itself.

Suddenly, a surge of mana appeared within the palace. Orochi’s light afinity head had its eyes narrow before it casually spoke out. “Radiance Shield...” Suddenly, the head pulsed out before a shield of white light formed in front of Orochi. At that moment, a blue beam of light shot towards him from the palace, colliding with the barrier and causing it to tremble a little before it eased up to reveal an amazingly made trident with strange, runic symbols. The trident was jagged at the front like a thorn, but had a blue glow, while the runes were glowing white.

The trident then shot backwards and a man caught it with ease. This was a sea tribesman who was at least two times larger than the others. His eyes were not black, but red, and veins were pressing up from under his flesh. He emitted a heavy mana and was quite muscular. He wore a simple cloth around his waist, which was decorated by gems and also a crown of a strange but most likely rare material, as it seemed to shine even without light.

Behind him, dozens of other sea tribesmen began to gather until they numbered at least fifty, each one as powerful as an early stage Sage to mid level Sage. The sea tribesmen with the large, trident which radiated power roared out in anger. “You destructible serpent! The first thing you do when freed is rampage against my people!!! If I don’t cleave all your heads off then the legacy of I, King Tryil, have built up will have been for naught!!”

Finally showing himself, this was the sea tribe’s Sigil wielder and ruler, King Tryil, with the Sigil lance Leviathes. Hearing his words, all of Orochi’s heads stopped devouring the dead sea tribesmen and showed looks of disdain towards King Tryil, who raised his Sigil weapon and began to gather mana towards it.

“A dumb water bug has enough guts to talk to me like that? If it’s a fight you want, I will gladly oblige!” Orochi clearly didn’t seem to take the battle seriously. Its flame affinity head shot a vortex of fire towards Tryil, who then willed Leviathes to release its attack. “Feel the wrath of Leviathes and my people!!”

The three forks of Leviathes, which had gathered small, condensed spheres of a light blue mana, had suddenly exploded out into cracks of lightning that seem to easily traverse the water. The lightning shot towards the flame vortex, smashing against it. The two struggled for a moment before the lightning circled around it and smashed against Orochi’s flame affinity head.

“Urgh..” Orochi shuddered for a moment and stopped his attack. King Tryil, who had seen this, smirked with delight, while the Sage level sea tribe warriors behind him cheered. Orochi glared menacingly at Tryil. “That strung.....you little whelp.... You’re DEAD!” Orochi seemed to have gotten angry, as the flame affinity head had suddenly lit up with a heavier glow before it charged another vortex of flame that caused the water around the head to split and distort. Though the flame beam was shot towards Tryil, the flame this time was now blue and incredibly hot and condensed. Tryil’s eyes widened before he used his strength as someone at the peak of the Mythical level to quickly burst to the side, avoiding the flame. But a majority of the Sage experts behind him were not quick enough, as they were scorched into nothingness.

The beam of flame hit the sea floor, causing it to shake and even melting into it. The sand below was formed into glass before shattering from the strength and pressure of the beam.

Orochi glared menacingly at Tryil. “Why are you avoiding me.... Didn’t you want to fight!!?” Orochi snickered. Tryil, who watched his troops die, felt even more rage, but also fear at how strong Orochi seemed to be.

Tryil felt that Orochi had indeed gotten immensely stronger. He gazed up and saw a shadow dwarfing even Orochi move over the large serpent. Tryil showed a look of delight as he called out. “Divine Protector!”

Orochi also noticed something as he turned to look behind him, though at that moment a large beam of blue light smashed against his body, causing Orochi to shoot downwards against the sea floor as sand kicked up everywhere, blocking view of him.

As the blue beam of light faded, from above, where Orochi had been, a large creature similar in shape to a whale but with large fins that seemed to be positioned like wings, as well as a long tail that stretched on for a hundred meters and a dark azure scaled body that heaved up and down with each breath the creature took was shown, as its large, draconic mouth suddenly closed and specks of blue light that lingered vanished.

This was considered the laziest dragon in all of Seleria, but also the largest and one of the strongest, the Sea Dragon Sulemani!
