Suddenly the Wind picked up from in front of them! The torrent was wild and unkempt, but seemed to be swaying them in just the right way that the Deep Brown vessel that was the Horizons Palm began to move back and out of the Bay after leaving the Dock!
Leroy kept his eyes on where he had come from, not a single Marine in sight. He couldn't even see the haze from the fog that had suddenly swept across the street. And where the strange silhouetted figure was. He truthfully wondered who it was, but he couldn't get a good look at them. He did know for sure that he was thankful for the intervention. While Leroy wouldn't have had a hard time getting away with out the intrusion, it provided him with a perfect opportunity to get back to the crew!
"Kirk! We're pulling out! Everything clear!"
Soon after, the Navigator would allow for the boat to cruise out of the port, the captains eye shifting to those at the dock who were instead making sure their Ships were bunkered down, and properly tied to the Bay. They were the only ones that seemed to be leaving the Docks at that time.
With in merely a few minutes, the Red Sash crew were violently bobbing against the harsh waves, lighting cracking and shooting through the sky, illuminating the dark veil of the clouds above! They were getting plenty of speed, dozens of knots at this point even without all of the sails down, they couldn't risk the intense wind snapping the main mast in half if they were lowered!
Suddenly... It came into view... The Red Line.
The Singular Continent that encircles the entire world!
It was Gigantic! Leroys eys widened in shock for one of the first times in his entire journey as he behled the entire thing. The Red Rocky surface of the Gigantic Mountain reached so high that it went above the high clouds above! It had to be well over 10 kilometers tall! That meant...That the Entrance to the grand line was no more than a few minutes away at the current pace they were going at!
"Jeanne! Do you see an Entrance anywhere in the Distance!" He yelled up to his sniper as he raised his hand to his brow to shield the rain...He couldn't see anything in the Haze of the typhoon that they were in. "I can't see anything!" She shouted as Leroys eyes squinted. "Where's a Lighthouse when you need one!"
"This is it then..." He looked up at the massive continent as it came into view. It was huge, towering over everything around, going above even the clouds overhead. It truly is something to marvel at. Kále had never seen something so tall in his life. Even more impressive is knowing that thing wraps around the entire world. All the way to the end of the Grand Line and Back. He looked ahead as Leroy shouted up to Jeanne, if they could just spot the entrance then they'd be well on their way to getting into the Grand Line. Though, it was hard to see in the stormy weather.

Noir was making sure the sails were steady and that the wind wasn’t planning on ripping them straight from the beams that held them so proudly up in the air. His concentration was only broken as his eyes found themsleves staring up at that monster of a mountain before them. Wow. It sure was a beauty. He had never seen something so imposing and powerful despite it being inanimate. He had seen a huge sea king before, and yet that didn’t even match the intimidation of the Reverse Mountain.
Kirk was still at the whipstaff, leaning out to keep an eye on the storm. He was surprised he didn’t notice how the air was changing, but he did guess the worry of the Marines possibly on their tails would’ve overridden that.
“Just call out which way to go whenever you see it! I’ll start going up along the side! One of you keep an eye on the clouds too, if you see anything off, tell me!” He knew he was gonna have to ride up the mountain eventually, wasn’t that how it worked? They were going to have to go through the clouds, weren’t they?! 'Ugh… at least there wasn’t MUCH metal on the ship' he didn’t think there could be any conductors that would attract something…
Jeannes new sniper goggles allowed for a a bit of zoom on her vision. Almost like a handsfree pair of binoculars. She'd definitely have to fiddle around with them and find some new lenses. Just in case they got broke around this rowdy lot.
"Kinda hard to see anything with all this rain!" she would shout down, scouring the horizon for anything odd along the rocky surface. Honestly she didn't even know what she was looking for. Reverse Mountain would be significantly easier to see without the rain barraging her face.
Soon though she saw it. A place where the swell of the ocean didn't crash up against the wall of the Red Line in the same way. "I think I see the entrance on the starboard side, about...", she would say taking off goggles to see the distance a bit better.
"About a thousand or so yards ahead. There's a spot where the water doesn't splash back against the Red Line." she would shout down. She would join the others down on deck when they got closer of course. Just in case it was an odd alcove she couldn't see through the sheet of rain. She wasn't 100% confident, but it was best to treat false alarms as if they were the real thing with something dangerous like Reverse Mountain. Wouldn't want to come up on that beast of a current blind.
