“Sparrow? Dr. Perox?” Kirk tilted his head at the names, unsure of who they were.
“Well, at least you got some sort of school knowledge in that brain of yours. If it was all street smarts, you’d be screwed” The Fishman leaned against the railing from where he was standing, looking down at the rest of the crew. For a nice change, he actually had a older, purple t-shirt on and some dirty jeans on, showing off his fins and markings some. They were his work clothes, of course. He wasn’t about to get good clothes dirty while working with the garden!
"Wait...I never told you guys about sparrow?!" He Shook his head back and forth in confusion. "He was the man that Inspired me to want to become King of the Pirate! Sparrow's awesome! He even gave me his Red Sash!" He said patting his waist a few times to the red sash he wore.
"He even saved me an avalanche once! Got his arm all crushed up by the super sharp and jagged rocks, it was almost like the entire mountain had crushed him!" He thought back to the moment when he was saved by Sparrow when a freak fissure shook the entire island of Goa Kingdom and caused a massive earth and sea quake.
"I Remember I was out in the Forest Playing with my brother and sister near the base of the mountain where there were some caves, really small ones, But the Earth Quake hit and caused an avalanche as we were escaping and I got trapped in some rocks. Thankfully I was made of rubber, but the two had to run to town and get help, and Sparrow ended up showing up in the blink of an eye!"
"He Lifted up all this rubble with one hand and pulled me out with the other. But just as I got out another quake hit and it caused the rock face he was holding to become unbalanced and all the weight of the mountian crushed his arm. But he was fine! It was just fractured a bit." Sparrow had Lifted up part of the weight of the mountain, using a crack that lay horizontally across the surface, and sticking his whole arm inside to get good leverage to cause all the debris to move out of the way and to get Leroy out. But by the time he did, the tremor caused the sudden small gap he held up to collapse onto his arm. He'd pulled it out, causing his skin to be shredded from the rock before any loose rocks collapsed from the side of the sudden mountain settling.
"He sure is strong." He said, smiling before looking back "Anyway! Thats who Sparrow Is!" Kirk was left dumbfounded...Staying there just processing it for a few moments.
While Kirk and Leroy talked she hauled a barrel out from the hold, groaning a bit from the awkwardness of rolling the barrel around. She would sigh as she got it to the rail of the ship and stretched a bit.
"Alright Leroy, c'mere.", she would say throwing the barrel overboard. She would then get the eggs and stretch a bit. "I need you to throw these one at a time at the barrel.", she would say with a pad out. Holding out the first egg for testing with her hand in the sling.
"Okay!" Getting up he jogged over to the sniper and took the egg in and smelled it slightly. Smelling the. chemicals inside. Tossing it up a few times his gaze shifted to Jeanne "I'll tell ya now, I'm not the best at a throw!" He said before throwing it at the Barrel. Making sure not to put to much power behind the throw so it didn't explode before it hit the barrel

As the first egg hits the barrel it explodes with a loud BANG! Upon the smoke clearing from the impact the barrel was still intact but charred a bit around the point of impact. Jeanne would mark the results on her paper and lean down to pick up the next egg. "I mean as long as you can keep hitting the barrel for a few more throws we'll be fine.", she says with a chuckle as she hands him the next egg.
"The last one was a control with just a bit of gunpowder and a flint in it. All the compounds require ignition from the flint so dont work about setting them off mid throw", she says as she looks to the barrel once more. Waiting on Leroy to throw the next egg.
“Wow… your life sure is crazy! That Sparrow guy seems real nice. If he's still around, maybe we could always head back. It'd be neat to meet your siblings too. I don't know why, but I never thought you'd have a brother and sister.” Kirk watched them closely as they threw and barrels around, his arms crossing over his chest. If Leroy was this crazy, he wondered how wild his siblings would be.
"Nah! Sparrows already gone off, I havent seen him in years! But I made a promise that I'd we'd see each other again when I became King! Then I'd give him back my Sash!" "And Besides...Sara and My brother Have already left home. I was the last to leave...Well...Sara-" He stopped himself from speaking and waved it off. "Ah. Thats whatever."
"Who knows! Maybe we'll run into one of them!"
Kále was still swinging away with his sword. He wasn't paying much attention to the rest of the gang. He wasn't very hungry, he didn't care for Kirk yelling at him for rocking the boat and he knew absolutely fuck all about whatever Jeanne was going on about. So there he was, ignoring his friends and just training. He did listen in on Leroy's story about Sparrow. Leroy was important to Kále, so he was always interested to know about Leroy and his past, just as Leroy would be interested to learn about Kále's. He found the story about Sparrow being crushed quite cool.
'What a badass this Sparrow guy must be...' Kále thought to himself as he continued swinging up and down with his sword. As Jeanne and Leroy began messing around with the eggs and barrels, Kále brought his sword to his side again, preparing another technique. He would rapidly swing his sword from left to right, releasing another powerful wave of air.
"Issen-Ho!" Causing the boat to rock again, more violently this time. He was regaining his form at a rapid pace.
He flinched as Kále sent off another shot through the sky and instantly turned at him, very angry now. Steam was nearly coming out of his ears at this point. “Kále!! Can't you wait to train till the next island?! Be more careful!!” While Kále wasn't getting too close to anything dangerous, Kirk was still paranoid and worried that this FREE AND VERY GOOD SHIP would get ruined by that skunk. “AT LEAST STOP WITH THE SLASHES!!”
Leroy couldn't help but laugh "AHAHAHAH!"
