Kále scoffed at the chefs remark, but he didn't respond for he saw the same scowl that Noir got and he didn't want to get knocked out again. He walked just behind Kirk, alongside Noir. He looked straight ahead of their path, spotting the forest in the distance. "Sure looks creepy. The monsters in there would be more scared of your gorilla face than they would be of us." Kále erupted into a fit of laughter at his joke, obviously being at Kirk's expense.
As the Two bickered. The Trio would wander off into the Freezing Hot forest of Ember Frost...
After thirty minutes of walking, and coming across the fauna and wildlife of the island that seemed to either be Acclimated to the Heat, or the frost. They would come into a clearing where a large house was. It looked rustic, old-timey. Seemingly built by hand to endure the harsh weather of the Island.
It was small. Almost like a cottage, but had the look of a Cabin.
Kirk looked up a the building, surprised that someone would actually be living out here in such a dinky little place… but that meant there actually wasn’t a monster! Haha! Perfect for Kirk! If someone could live out here, then they were fine! “Hello?” Kirk cupped his hands around his mouth and started to call for possibly the doctor or whoever lived here. “Dr. Oslar?? Hellooo! We need help!”
"Kinda disappointed that there were no monsters, I was really itching for a good fight." Kále was talking to Noir as Kirk spotted the house and charged toward it. Kále walked up to the house, while Kirk banged on the door Kále walked over to a window and peered inside, attempting to see if there was anyone inside the building.
Noir couldn’t help but comment on Kále’s brave statement. “Please, as if we have time to fight a monster.”
It took a while for an answer to come to the door, but eventually, a woman opened the door wearing a nitted sweater and aviator glasses. Her Pants were just as wild as the rest seeing as she wore skinny jeans that were bedazzled on the side of the legs. She looked young, maybe in her 30’s.
But at a closer look would reveal that she was much older. Greying hair at the edges of her hair line, and as she lifted up her glasses, prominent crows feet were in the corner of her eyes Most noteworthy, was her hands. Her hands seemed to be bandaged and bloodied. She spoke in a loud clear tone. “Yes who are you? What do you want?”
Boy, if ever did Noir’s jaw drop, it sure did then! Eyes fluttered to his eyes instantly and his tongue was hanging out of the side of his mouth like a dog desperate for water.
“Hello, you beautiful swan, tucked into the deepest and coldest corner of the for- AAGCK-“ The chef was suddenly smacked against the top of his head and nearly sent to the ground by a scaled hand. Kirk huffed at him, thankfully giving him the mercy of staying awake for the time being, and looked back up at the lady. “Hi, my name is Kirk, and this is Kále and Noir. Are you the doctor of this island?”
Kále didn't approach the door as it opened, he simply stood at the side and looked on at the lady. Watching with great amusement as Noir took a hand to the skull. "HAHAHAHA! That's what you get!" He put his hand to his gut as he laughed loudly at the chef's embarrassment.
“He’s a excitable perv aint he?” She said bluntly with a small grin. Giving off the feel of someone who says whats on their mind “But yes, I’m Dr. Oslar. Last of the Oslar family!”

Kirk instantly had a liking towards this woman, appreciating someone who doesn’t just silently judge…. While Noir was taken aback and now whimpering to himself while rubbing his head, obviously defeated. “Oh, thank god. Look, we need your help” Kirk stepped closer, his worry coming back as he troubled over his captain.
“Our caa-“ He paused, remembering the fact there was a pirate attack. “Our friend got seriously hurt and he’s in desperate need of a doctor. Do you think you can help?”
Kále smacked Noir on the back a few times as he continued laughing. A show of support for the chef's humiliation.
“HEY! This isn’t funny, asshole!” Noir said after quickly getting over his dramatic moment of being called a perv by a beautiful woman. He would’ve punched Kále if he actually didn’t like him, but yelling would do.
"Keheheh..." The Doctor at the Door gave a raspy under breath laugh. Only to sigh as she spoke. "Sorry...But No." She said Bluntly. "I can't help you or your Friend I'm afraid."
All of the excitement and cheer in the air vanished instantly. Kirk’s heart stopped. Noir even went completely silent and looked to the doctor, face solemn. “Wh..” Kirk stared at the doctor for a long moment, speechless “What? But.. why not? You have to! He’s gonna die if you don’t help him!”
"Come inside, Please" She spoke as she walked in. Giving a look of slight understanding. The Trio following behind. The inside of the cabin was warm, immedieatly opening into the Kitchen and Dining Area. An open wall that led into the the lounge room, or living room.
There was a stair case at the far end of the room that led up to a loft and bed room. But next to the stair was where a small stove sat. While the main Chimney sat in the living room.
The counter and shelves on the walls were swarmed with books and and glass bottles. A few larger vials and sets of chemistry sets. Some with worn labels, others with fresh. Everything to make medicine by hand. If that didn't tell them she was a doctor, it would've been the second room off to the Living room, looking far different than the rest, sterilie in nature like a doctors office.
Each of them sitting at a large round table The doctors hands shook as she took a kettle of tea of the stove and poured a rich brown herbal tea into cups in front of the trio. A scent of earthiness.
"I'm Dreadfully sorry to hear about your friend. But as I said. I am unable to help..." She said sitting down before resting her elbows and showing her hands off. Bandaged thoroughly, and expertly. Giving her dexterity to use her fingers.
"But you see...My hands are useless. Ever since that attack, I've been restlessly helping everyone I could on the island until my hands bled. And even then I didn't stop." She let her head hang.
"I've done all that I could for the Towns people outside of regular check-ins..." She says somberly "So many were left dead."
"Then recently. I had an encounter with...something in the Woods. And the incident left my hands ragged and frostbitten..."
