"People don't come from there to here with any of their trophies?" she would ask. It seemed odd that a town full of retired Bounty Hunters wouldn't come back with oddities from an island full of dinosaurs. "Does anyone here frequent the journey back and forth? If so I'd really like to talk to them!"
"People that aren't in this profession tend to avoid this Island deary." He said looking over his shoulder to the Tall pompadoured woman "Though there was one, A bounty hunter that went out there. But the most he came back with was a tooth necklace. Said he only went there to see if the creatures were all people said they were"
He stopped and turned around stopping in his tracks. His spurs clinking as he spoke in a serious tone
"They weren't" He then turned on his heel and continued to walk. Who in the world was so strong that even dinosaurs weren't a match?
"I'm sure I could take on a Dinosaur!" Leroy said slamming his fist into his palm "It'd be fun!"
"Is that man still on the island? He sounds an interesting sort. Plus I'd like first hand account of the island.", she says with a broad smile. This was getting more interesting by the second!
"Pshihahaha and I'm sure you'd put on an interesting show Leroy! That's for sure!" she'd say. It was odd. She rarely had an interest in people, but a man who fought dinosaurs as if they were nothing? An island extinct animals? She was absolutely giddy!
"I have no idea. He might be. But I doubt it. He comes and goes from here before he goes out for a mission." It seemed like a Inn was coming closer and closer to the group. "I do know his name though. Rango Scotch"
"He's a big big name in the Bounty Hunting business. Said to have even taken down big names in the past with bounties of over 500 million!"
"Why he comes back to paradise. I have no clue." He says in a dismissing tone
“…Weellll…” During their talking, Kirk had gotten a scheming look in his eye. Of course, Henessy had him at ‘millions’. “It iiissss our next island, Leroy! I’m sure a quick stop by won’t be too bad! I mean, I’m sure your strong enough to take down one or two!!” The Fishman clapped his hands together excitedly, Berry signs probably shining in his eyes. Blinded by money, once more.
“Kale and Noir can help too! They are pretty strong!” Noir seemed quickly taken aback, immediately frowning a little. “Why would I want to hunt some overgrown li-“
“Because! Your groceries are expensive! And I need money! End of story!” Kirk snapped quickly, though had a very threateningly sweet smile. Noir just gave in with an exasperated sigh and kept his eyes on the inn up ahead. At least he could try to cook the dinosaur meat, that would be an interesting challenge. “He seems like a… rather crude man, I’d say. I don’t think we should get too close to this ‘Rango’.” The cook said quickly upon seeing Jeanne’s excitement, started to suddenly get all jealous. “It’ll be safer if we don’t go after a notorious bounty hunter..”

"Don't tell me you aren't curious Noir.", she says. She could tell he was getting close to the chef. "Besides, if I go to talk to him, I'll need someone", she says tracing a finger along his collar, "To keep me safe. If he is as you suspect." she says with a smile. Was she proud of using Noir's attraction to her as a way of getting him as protection if this Rango was dangerous? Not exactly. But she doubted she could take a man who one on one's dinosaurs alone.
Noir’s eyes shot WIDE open as soon as she laid a single finger on him. They got bigger and bigger as she traced her finger along. It didn’t take long for his face to grow red and for hearts to pop out of his eye sockets. “O-OH! OF COURSE! OF COURSE!! Anything for you, my dove!! We can g-go look for him now if you’d like! Hehehehe! I swear from the bottom of my heart, you will be the safest woman on the Grand Line!!” Kirk raised an eyebrow at the two, very concerned and confused about what was going on before it clicked for him.
He immediately grinned and gave Jeanne a thumbs up. 'Hell yeah! Atta girl! Twinkify that chef!'
"Where can I find him if he is here?", she would ask practically gnawing at the bit now. "This Scotch person sounds like he's seen some things. Perfect way to know what we're getting into here in this brand new sea!", she'd say.
"Might be in a bar, maybe at the docks. He's always wearin somethin' different." He spoke truthfully.
Leroy rolled his eyes at his cook. It was honestly funny. And of course he knew what the chef was doing. In how he obsessed over women. As long as he didn't go to far, he thought it was hilarious! Though he himself was rather oblivious to most advances towards him. His early life was testament enough, no mater how charismatic he tended to be with women and men.
Henessy then spoke up as the stopped in front of a large three story building, Made of clay and wooden supports with glass panes and wooden shutters adorning the sides, a sign over the top of a swing door read 'Tipsy Inn'.
"Here's y'alls room" he turned on his heel and thumbed the entrance to the building.
Leroys smile grew as he suddenly burst through the swinging doors. Henessy watched as the captain sped in, a trail of dust in his tracks "Well he's certainly an Excitable bundle of nerves. Almost like you horn dog." Henessy then winked towards Noir. "I'll leave y'all to it then. Have a good night. And Don't cause no trouble." He said tipping his hat
