We’ve fallen behind the others. We kinda woke up late today. And by “late” I mean… noon.

I have no regrets.

So yeah, I think the cycle will end tomorrow. Avi and I might not get a button push, but that’s ok. Our group will still get most if not all of the eight button pushes. There’s a pair here from Admin 5’s group, and they said they’re trying to speedrun, too. They might pass someone from our group.

Oh, the Sams decided that next cycle they’re gonna tell all the players about their party ideas, and see which one everyone likes best.

They have three ideas. One is a basic lots-of-alcohol party. Because it would be easy. The second idea is a snow-day party, where they freeze Floor 1 and we all have a big snowball fight or whatever. Then their third idea is a costume party.

My favorite is the costume party idea. Even though I don’t know what I’d dress up as. We’ll be fairies that cycle, which means wings. Maybe I could put a jacket over them and pretend to be human? Or I could put a red wig on and pretend to be Kimi. If wigs were a thing here.

OH! So! We’re all neko this cycle! I noticed my ears are kinda taller and pointier than usual, but didn’t think much of it. But! The pair from Admin 5’s group have short, round ears! And their tails are a couple inches shorter than ours. Like, mine almost touches the ground, but theirs only reaches their knees.

I have no idea what any of that means, or what it’s about, but it’s a thing I noticed.

Maybe that’s a subrace type thing. Different ear shapes and tail lengths. I would’ve thought there’d be spots or stripes involved, but this works. Besides, where would the stripes and spots go? Sure, we’re covered in fine fur, but there aren’t any markings anywhere. The most color variation on anyone is on Aya, whose ears have white tips. And no one knows why that is, so…

Well, Y has one blue eye, but he specifically requested it. Aya says her ears just decided to have white tips one day. It is very cute, but also slightly random.

I wonder if the Admin could change my ears to have white tips. Or a lighter green, maybe? I wonder if he could give me green tiger stripes in my hair. Or tail. That would be cool.

Although, if I got some kind of light green pattern, Avi would probably ask for a silver pattern.

I wouldn’t mind that, I guess. Cuz it wouldn’t be all his hair. It’d just be a little bit, and a little bit of grey hair is fine.

But then, if we kept the pattern when we left the dungeon, we’d be the only people with a pattern in our hair. I don’t want to stand out that much.

Unless I could convince everyone here to ask for a pattern.

Of course, it’s possible I ask for a hair pattern and the Admin just flat denies it. We’re close to the end, so I assume he has better things to do than adjust my hair color.

Yeah, it’s a cool idea, but not gonna ask.
