Like what she told me, I immediately head towards the basement that she told me, although I have to get permission from some maids and get them to unlock the door. As soon as I told them that Violetta told me so, they opened it for me.
The basement wasn’t that deep and it was spacious. There’s an array of rooms like these in the hallway on the second floor. I guess this is where they let other people sleep if they run out of room to spare on the second floor.
The place is quite tidy and well maintained despite being a backup room. The maid that unlocked the door for me told me that information.
And like the second floor, there’s a room at the end of the hallway.
It’s kind of dark with only a few lights leading the way.

Violetta immediately handed me two vials. One contains a green liquid and the other contains a red liquid. I look at her face and her eyes expect me to drink it without question.

With hesitation, I opened the green vial first and gulped it immediately.

With that, I open the red vial and drinks it.

The taste is smeared inside my mouth and it feels like it is reaching for my throat. The cherry flavored drink just gave a good pinch in the cheek.

Violetta presented me the same drink and without hesitation, like a drunkard indulging in the best wine, I gulp down the second vial with glee.
