We composed Arcana Resonance based on body enhancement resonance. We began to theorize that resonance can be also used in any magic form too with the right conditions like having a strong bond or a mutual understanding. Most mutual understandings will come from having the same disposition with your partner. 

I know a little about the process of the skill but Priscilla-san seems to be concentrating hydrogen nuclei at one point and I am to distort each so they will not be pulled by the black hole itself and they will stick to each other since their positively charged protons  that have repulsive electrostatic force between them, they will repel each other.
