Dear diary,
I think I'm lost. Who am I kidding? I'm definitely lost.
I probably shouldn't have followed the burnt trees, but well, it's too late now. I can see a tower above the trees so I'm going there next. When I look around the forest I can see a lot of little people. They wear mushroom caps as hats so they blend in pretty well. I know that cause I tried to pick a mushroom and it was a little person.

They're funny looking the lot of them. Big eyes, no nose, they kinda look like the faeries in my story books. They rode around on my shoulder and hopped off randomly. I think they're treating me as some sort of taxi service.
I mean, they even pay me in little trinkets. Mostly acorn shells and the occasional fern.
It's pretty nice, tasty too. The ferns that is, acorns are really bitter.
Love,
Tina
