I had another lesson with Rita today.

She taught me an amplification ward. If you set it up before casting a spell then the spell will be more powerful than if you just cast it as normal. I tried it out with my fast growth spell and it worked a little too well.

The study looks like a jungle now. Normally the growth spell only makes them look shinier than usual, but with the ward they grew at a rate visible to the naked eye.

It was really cool watching them sprout new leaves and bloom flowers. The only downside is the amount of prep time and mana this ward uses up. It burnt through three high grade mana stones in no time at all!

But I could probably use this to restore the mossy grove faster. I still have some of that money Bitsy gave me to buy stuff with. It kinda makes me sad to see my money go away. But money exists to be spent anyway so it's all good.
