Western Region.
“Hm? That’s odd.”
Miko said while looking at news outlet on his tablet.
“What is?”
Asked Tia who was relaxing on a bed not to far away from him.
“We took the east.”
“What’s wrong with that?”
“Normally, nothing. But Julio Zebul didn’t try to stop it like I thought he would. Especially, since we still haven't started plunging this place into chaos yet.”
Miko replied.
“He must be planning something.”
Tia replied with her eyes closed.
“Either that or he’s having some problem controlling the top dogs from the underworlds he opened.”
Miko said.
“It is possible. Since they were in the underworld at the time, there are quite a few higher beings who didn’t sign the peace treaty back then. Meaning that they can freely cause trouble if they have the chance. Although, they would just be suppressed by the rest of us if they threatened the world.”
Said Tia.
“I heard. When I tortured those monsters a month ago, they told me everything about their respective underworlds.”
Miko said.
“I heard some familiar names come up a few times.”
“Well, they'll probably make their move soon. They’ve been trapped for several millennia after all. They must wanna have some fun.”
Tia said.
“Well, whatever.”
Miko put away the tablet.
“With the fall of the east, troublesome people like Lennox have left the battlefield. As it stands, all of our threats are concentrated in the south, with Julio Zebul in the center. This makes things a lot easier.”
“Easier? You heard the names of who were in those underworlds. There’s no such thing as easy when dealing with them.”
Tia said.
“I know.”
Miko pulled the door to that leads outside the room they were in.
“That’s why I think it’s time we kick off the party here.”
He walked out and his nose was immediately greeted with the stench of death. In front of him was a field filled with corpses, that were beginning to rot under the sun.
They were currently in a military base, or what was once a military base. Miko and the girls had already slaughtered everyone here without mercy, and left their bodies to rot wherever they fell.
He walked through the field of death, and stopped in front of a statue. This statue was that of a man with a sword, but it was rather strange. The stone head was clearly replaced with the head of a real person.
This head belonged to the commander at this base, who was decapitated by Miko after he slaughtered the commander’s sons in front of him.
The commander had three sons who joined the army to fight along side him. All these three sons were lined up in front of him while Miko interrogated him for answers. Whenever Miko felt like he was telling a lie, Miko would cut off a limb of one of his sons as punishment.
The commander was someone who was loyal to his country , his loyalty led to him losing his three sons when he refused to answer fast enough.
Once the commander lost his final son, Ishma broke his neck and twisted his head off and placed it on the statue as decoration.
“In the end, we still didn’t get all the answers we wanted.”
Miko sighed.
“I understand being loyal to your state, but what’s loyalty when you have to sacrifice your love ones for it?”
Miko sighed again.
“Miko, what should we do now?”
Regis who was still covered in blood asked.
“Since Julio seem to be caught up in something, let’s do something to draw his attention.”
Miko took out a list and said.
“Ladies, it’s time for a festival.”
He smiled.
“It’s time for the day of the dead.”
Quest City, a commercial city located in the Western Region. It had a lot of booming businesses, and was densely populated. It was one of cities that generated the most income for the region.
Driving through this city at night was a black limousine with tilted windows. Such a vehicle wasn’t uncommon in this place. However, the person inside was a bit special.

“Driver, could you hurry? I need to reach this ball by 10pm. I have a speech to make.”
“Right away sir.”
The driver said.
The limo sped up and ignored all the red lights and stop signs. After a while it came to a stop near on a bridge.
“Why did you stop? The ball is on the other side. I already told you I was late.”
“If you hadn’t taken so much time at your mistress' house, you probably would’ve been on time.”
The driver turned around and showed his face. It was Miko.
“Isn’t that right, Mayor?”
“Who are you?!”
The mayor shouted.
“Just the neighborhood assassin.”
The moment Miko said that, two blades thrust out from under the seat and stabbed right through the mayor’s body, through the top of his head, and even touched the roof.
The mayor died with a surprised look on his face.
“Damn, he’s heavy.”
Ishma who was laying under the seat in her sword form until now, said as she flung the mayor off her.
“I would say that he should lose some weight, but I guess that’s no longer possible.”
She said.
She and Miko came out the limo and left the mayor.
“Up we go.”
Miko lifted the limo and then threw off the bridge and into the river below. They watched the limo sink with satisfied expressions.
“The next target is in another city, but since we have the time how about we go to the ball?”
“Sounds fun!”
Dale Town, a mining town that focus on magic stones.
“Quest City's Ball Massacre. It’s being reported a few nights ago that over two hundred people were brutally killed at a ball in Quest City. It’s said that several people were cut to bits and were fed as appetizers to their colleagues, who were also forced to drink their blood…..Wow, newspaper these days sure don’t hold back on the gruesome stuff.”
Miko said as he sat on a rock.
“Don’t you agree, Sheriff?”
Miko asked a man who stood in front of him trembling with a dart in his hand. Not too far away, was a man hung in the air with grappling hooks in his back. He was also missing a few limbs.
“Man, there are some sick people in the world. Children read these papers too you know. Oh, they found the mayor’s body. That’s faster than I thought.”
Tia said while reading the paper as well.
“Sheriff, it’s time to throw the next dart. As always, wherever the dart lands we’ll cut off.”
Said Regis, as she stood behind the sheriff.
“W-Why are you people doing this?!”
The sheriff shouted.
“Why?”
Miko stood up and roll the paper.
“Because you and mr.smith here were put in charge to run this town by Julio.”
Miko said as he slapped the man awake with the news paper.
“Julio killed my partner, so I thought that I would kill everyone associated with him as a way to get even. Of course, I’m mostly doing this plunge the region into chaos by killing off its most influential figures.”
“Miko, you’re giving away too much information…..These comic are surprisingly funny.”
Tia said without looking away from the paper.
“Oops, my apologizes.”
Miko smiled at the sheriff.
“Please go ahead. Throw.”
Myrna, a metropolis that also acts as a distributor of refined magic stones to the world.
“Ahhhh!”
A man was screaming while running through the crowded streets. He ran out in the road, and was also hit be a car, causing him to fall.
“Hey, are you okay?!”
The driver of the car came out and help off the ground.
“I’m-”
“Dead.”
Before the man could speak, a hand stabbed into his chest and crushed his heart. It all happened so fast that no one saw it, not even the man.
“He fainted?! I'll go call an ambulance.”
After that, Miko entered the car and drove off.
“Hey, isn’t this the senator?”
Someone asked as they looked at the man not knowing that he was already dead.
“Please! Please don’t kill me!”
Miko and the girls where in a bedroom in a palace surrounded by dead guards. The man pleading for his life was a king that was put into power by Julio.
“What do you want? Is it money?! Women?! Anything you want! I’ll give it to you if you don’t kill me!”
He said.
“Anything I want huh?”
Miko body flickered and the man’s head appeared in his hand.
“Then I’ll just take you head.”
Miko lifted the head and made it look him in the eye as he said that.
After the king had died, Miko threw his head away.
“Trying to bribe me? Bitch, I’m rich.”
Miko said as he walked out the door.
“I’m a king after all. Oh, I forgot. I’m an emperor now.”
After Miko said that, the room suddenly caught fire which spread to the entire palace.
*BOOM!*
A castle and the cliff it was on suddenly exploded killing everyone inside. Elsewhere a town was set ablaze and everyone who tried to escape the burning town were immediately shot dead from a distance.
“………”
Miko who was using a magic sniper silently shot everyone that appeared in his scope. Things like age, gender, race, and status didn’t matter. They were all killed equally.
“Following the series of high profile murders across the Western Region, tension has devoured the people and caused them to live in constant fear.”
Miko read on his tablet.
“While the continent was at war, this region was living peacefully. That kind of pissed me off.”
He put away the tablet.
“You all must experience it as well, the cruelty of war and the madness that it creates.”
Miko said.
“I’m just getting started.”
It wasn’t before long that all the people that Julio had planted to control the Western Region for him had been brutally killed. With each death chaos grew, and now the entire region was like hell itself.
Miko’s actions were misinterpreted by some as a fight against oppression, which ironically inspired others to try and kill the big shots in their countries. This caused more mayhem to spread.
The murder rate rose and the once peaceful region had long turned into something completely different.
The residents of hell had to step in and try to quell the mayhem, but they too were targeted by Miko who systematically killed them off.
It was while he was killing them that he noticed something. The monsters here were strangely weak. This gave him a feeling that something was about to happen, which made him choose to leave the region and return to his empire.
Miko was right. Something major was about to happen.
Currently in the south, a grand army of monsters were marching out of the three hells. Not only monsters, but those who had died as well once again marched into the world of the living.
There were many prestigious warriors who died many millennia ago, among the armies. Some who were famous during the war of supremacy. These warriors could compete with some of the strongest in the current era.
There were several Buddhist aura emerging from Jigoku, as merciful buddhas in form of merciful kings of hell marched out one by one. If someone from the Buddhist alliance was to see just one of these figures, they would bow and worship them until the day they die.
These Higher Beings were not only merciful and holy, but they were also incredibly strong.
From Yomi, countless dark warriors marched out one after the other. These warriors were all dressed like samurais and gave off a terrifying aura just by existing.
Soon a few gigantic warriors that were constantly leaking darkness appeared as well. These warriors caused the day to dim just by grouping together and caused the living to fear for their lives. These being were called Dark Shoguns/Generals.
The sensation that came from Tartarus was the most extreme. There were countless cyclops and monsters marching out along with great sinners of Greek faith.
Suddenly a giant hand touch the door. The moment this hand touch the air outside, a suppressing feeling covered the entire world.
“?!”
Every being in the world instinctively felt unknown fear creep up in their hearts. They didn’t know what the source was, but they definitely felt it.
It was only after the hand retreated back did they feel the pressure disappear.
“What the hell was that?!”
That was what everyone in the world shouted in unison.
Miko was the sole exception, having being in contact with Samael’s aura for long periods of time.
“Tia, was that?”
Tiamat nodded.
“The Father of all monsters and the devourer of the gods, Typhon.”
