Augustus former master, and lover Rias sat on a broken wall with a frown. She was looking at the two people bickering in front of her.
“You bastard, you actually left your coffin prematurely, and led me on a wild goose chase!”
The first person roared.
He had jet black hair with red endings, and blood red eyes with a handsome yet fearsome face.
This was Augustus strongest general and best friend, as well as Ishma’s older brother, Ajax Diabolus.
“What’s in the past is in the past. I live in the present.”
The person who replied had ghastly white hair, paled skin, gloomy black eyes and carried an aura of death around him.
This person was one of Augustus’ Divine General, the Forefather of Human Necromancy, Edwin Magnus.
“You son of bitch!”
Ajax suddenly threw a punch at Edwin’s face.
Edwin jumped back a couple meters to get away from it.
“Why are you so mad? I just came out earlier than you. It’s not like I’m the only one.”
He said.
“What do you mean you’re not the only one? Who else came out?”
Ajax asked.
“Sandora, Karma, and Sumia.”
“Wait, you mean to tell me that besides me you all came out on your own?!”
Edwin nodded.
“I see.”
Ajax then calmed down. But he was immediately seen cracking his fingers.
“Alright, I’m gonna pummel all four of you.”
He said with a serious tone.
“Hmph. You’re just mad that you’re last. Well, it couldn't be helped. After all, unlike you who got your ass beaten by Lucifer, we went into hibernation healthy.”
“Shut it and tell me where the others are!”
Ajax pointed and demanded.
“How would I know? I haven’t seen them in decades. The most recent one was sandora and that was over 20 years ago.”
Edwin said with shrug.
“I knew that I couldn’t get you to talk without beating you to an inch of your life first.”
Ajax loosen up his shoulders and started walking towards Edwin.
“Hahaha! Bring it. We haven’t had a serious fight in years. I’ll be sure to make you gravel before me again.”
“That never happened, you bastard!”
The two charged at each other.
“Stop it, you brats.”
That’s when Rias spoke and the two froze up.
“This is currently my home you know. I can’t have you destroying it.”
She sat on the broken wall and said.

He got on a knee in front of her.

“Are you still gunning for Rias? Didn’t Augustus almost killed you for that?”
“Hey, I can’t help it. If I see someone else with something beautiful, I want to steal it from them. For me, Queen Rias who is so unattainable is the ultimate goal in life!”
Edwin shamelessly proclaimed.
“You know, it’s because your personality is like this that you are regarded as the worst human to ever exist by the gods.”

Edwin cursed and then turn his attention back Rias.
“Isnt that right, my Queen?”
His eyes sparkled like it was a dark star in the sky. In response, Rias-
“If you don’t get up this instant, I'm gonna kill you.”
“I’m up!”
Edwin sprung to his feet and shouted when he heard that.
“Oh, come. Why are you always so harsh to me, Queen?”
He asked while scratching his head.
“That’s because you’re only trying to flatter me to piss the boy off. You’re not seriously trying to court me. People like that irritates me.”
Rias replied.
“Then if I was serious would you-”
“Not even in a million years.”
Rias coldly rejected him before he could finish.
“Then that’s means I have a chance in two million years?”
Edwin asked with a smile.

Rias didn’t answer and simply clicked her tongue in irritation.
“This guy is the definition of a thick-skinned person.”
Ajax said with a sigh.
“By the way, why are you two here anyway?”

Said Edwin.
“What was that?”
“Nothing.”

Rias sighed.
“The Gravekeeper left on his own. He said something about wanting to play around in the mortal world and left with a dead god.”

Edwin added.

Rias commented from the side.
“Anyway, what about Sumia?”
“I think she woke up around 30 years ago. She was depressed that Augustus hadn't returned yet and went off somewhere.”
“Well, she was never good around you, so she probably ran from you.”
Ajax said.
“Hmph. Like I care about that Dark Elf.”
Edwin respond.
“Anyway, if they’re all awake then there must be some incident that they’re involved in. I mean, it’s those three after all. Trouble just follow them.”
Said Ajax.
“The same can be said for all 6 of you. I’ve never seen a bigger group of troublemakers before.”
Rias added.
“You’re surely mistaken. I’m a well behave gentleman.”
Said Edwin.

“Anyway, because of Riamante’s recent visit I’ve started to pay attention to the mortal world.”
“Did something happen?”

“Apparently, Devil Ape and Chao Tian went at it.”

“Looks like even the cold Jade Emperor is a softie towards his son.”
Edwin said with a shrug.
“If it was me, and my son was gunning for my life, I would’ve had him skinned alive.”
He added with a creepy smile.
“I don’t need to tell you guys just how terrifying that Chao brat can be. On top of boasting an extremely powerful God power, he has the fearsome strength of a Minotaur thanks to his mother’s lineage. Add that with his extreme bloodthirst. It was natural that he gave the boy a good beating.”
Said Rias.
“Wait, Rias. You should know that Augustus' fight with Chao wasn’t so simple. And in my eyes, he didn’t lost.”
Said Ajax.
“He’s right. Augustus didn’t get serious until the end. He might have won if he hadn’t been playing around.”
Edwin added.
“What nonsense. I can’t believe that someone who been through thousands of battles actually said something so naïve.”
Rias said with a frown.
“The boy lost only because he underestimated his opponent? Then if that’s true he’s an idiot, and you’re an idiot too to believe that.”

“Wipe that look off your face before I rip it off.”
A terrifying aura started envelope the entire realm. It was as if the gates of hell were about to appear.
Sensing the immense danger, Ajax backed down. After all, he didn’t want to die yet.
Seeing that, Rias sat back on the broken wall.
“Listen, Demon Brat. While it’s true the boy let his guard down, the result of the battle wouldn’t have changed that much.”
She spoke calmly.
“At that time the boy was young, inexperienced, and nowhere near his prime. But the same could be said for Chao Tian. There was one factor that differed the two. It was the way they viewed the significance of that battle.”
She continued.
“To the boy, it was just another battle to test his strength. But to Chao Tian, it was a trial he had to overcome no matter what. One thought that he wouldn’t lose, while the other knew that he couldn’t lose. Basically, what was at stake was different for the each of them.”

Ajax remained silent and ponder Rias words.
“Anyway, I’m still surprised Chao beat that Devil Ape. That damn primate was a monster when we fought him.”
Said Edwin.
“Does that mean that Chao is stronger than us?”
Rias shook her head.
“The Demon Brat is undoubtedly the strongest being outside of Higher Beings, especially with the boy’s special condition.”
“Praise me more.”
Said Ajax.
“After him would be Karma.”
“Hold up. You’re saying I’m weaker than karma?”
Edwin said with a frown.
“Isn’t it the truth? Karma kicked your ass a few times if I remember correctly.”
Said Ajax.
“So what? She've kicked your ass and Augustus’ ass as well. Hell, I kicked all three of your asses a few times myself. And we still say that Augustus is the strongest. I think that’s some bullshit.”
Edwin argued.
“I don’t care about how you 6 want to rank yourselves, just don’t interrupt me while I’m talking.”
Rias said with a harsh voice.
“Like I was saying, Chao isn’t stronger than you guys, it’s just that he’s become quite crafty. You two should know that the stronger one doesn’t always win in a fight, it’s a case of that.”
“By crafty, what do you mean?”
Asked Ajax.
“He’s gained the monkey king’s powers, through the proxy contract.”
“What? Sun Wukong(Son Goku)?”
“Well, that’s a dangerous combo. A trickster like the monkey king joined forces with the son of the Jade Emperor. I can now see why Devil Ape lost.”
Said Edwin.
“Sun Wukong was always at odds with the Jade Emperor, so it isn’t strange that he would befriend Chao.”
Ajax added.
Rias nodded.
“However, because of his war against the heavens Chao suffered incurable injuries over the years, which crippled him and forced him to go into hiding for thousands of years. He only resurfaced 3000 years ago, became a Tyrant in no time and then killed the previous Proxy of the monkey king and joined forces him. I don’t know how he recovered from those injuries, but it’s best to say that he’s back with a vengeance.”
“Well, this is getting interesting. I never thought that there would be so much people worth crushing when I just woke up. But looks like we can still have fun.”
Said Ajax.
“By the way, queen. Why did Riamante’s visit made you pay attention to the mortal world?”
Edwin asked.
“Oh. I forgot about that.”
Rias put on a serious expression.
“There’s an interesting group coming into formation as of late. They intend to return the world to how it was before you went into hibernation. If it was just a group of weaklings who’ve only known peace and was ignorant to how dark that era was, I would’ve had one of you go and destroy it.”
She then smiled.
“But that doesn’t seem to be the case. In fact, there’s quite a lot of faces you two should be very familiar with. Especially, in the combat force Chao Tian is in, Nexus.”
“Oh?”
Edwin and Ajax became interested when they heard that.
“Please Queen, tell us more.”
