As the title states, I want to write other stories.
I want to write them so much that it literally hurts!
i mean it's not like I haven't thought about other stories during the time I've written this, which is almost a year.
I'm easily influenced by good stories and characters, so much that every time I see one an idea for a new story or character pops up in my head.
But because I'm writing this and don't have the time to write multiple stories because of work or such, I'm forced to suppress these ideas.
Although there are some ideas I can't suppress no matter what, decided to implement them into this story.
Which explains why this story is a mix of everything.
Now I can already predict people say that I should just write what I want.
Thats easier said than done.
Although I consider myself to be lazy, I have to admit that I'm something of a perfectionist when it comes to my hobbies.
I cant abandon a story just like that, when it's not finished.
Now I can hear people saying just hurry up and finish the story.
I spit at those people.
I have pride. I refuse to rush a story just because I want to write something else.
I don't really care that much about the fans disappointment, but I would feel disappointed in myself.
Dont get me wrong though, I'm stubborn but that doesn't mean I don't know when to quit.
I love writing this story, because it's the first story I've ever thought of. But I won't deny that I came close to quitting it before.
The main reason is because I want to write something different sometimes, and thus I start looking for excuses to quit.
Like someone posting a comment I don't like and someone agreeing to it.
Or someone telling me to hurry up and get on with the fights while disregarding the character developments I work so hard to develop.
Or saying that certain characters aren't important when they don't really know if that's true or not.
Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings.
Oh, by the way. These three things just make me lose motivation to continue rather than want to please you. This sometimes stalls me writing a chapter.
Anyway, I looked for excuses to quit but in the end I just can't leave a story unfinished.
I've more or less deduced what's the problem with me though.
I have too much imagination.
someone said this is the reason why I introduce so many characters, a long time ago and I agree with them.
I mean look at these stories I came up with on spot.
Nine Lives Criminal- a story about a teen who was orphaned after his parents were killed in a police raid when he was a boy. His father was a notorious terrorist who orchestrated the greatest terrorist attack on US soil. His father led a terrorist group which fought against the government for years killing several important figures. His mother was a master hacker who sold multiple national secrets for numerous countries to each other. His father died in an intense gun battle, greatest ever recorded, where nearly 100 policemen lost their lives. His mother, after leaving him at his relatives, crashed a plane loaded with explosives in area her husband died while the police were still cleaning up. Countless people died as a result.
The MC was put up for adoption when the relative couldn't handle the endless death threats he was getting from people relating to the victims. The MC of course wasn't adopted and had to live in a foster home with some other kids and a frail woman.
Grateful towards the woman the MC vowes to never become a vile criminal like his parents and live as an upstanding citizen. He didn't falter in the face of the constant bullying and abuse he faced and stuck to his vow.
However everything changed when he got into an accident and almost died. Memories of 8 different lifetimes flowed into his head as well as 8 personalities manifesting in his head.
He later found out that he had unlock his past lives from the karmic cycle and now have 9 souls in his body. Each soul were his past lives from across time.
The 8 souls were that of criminals so horrifyingly dangerous that they had to be erased from history to prevent them from inspiring people to become like them.
Can the MC still become an upstanding citizen even after he failed to do so in his last 8 lives?
His vow will be constantly tested as he become entangled with the underworld because of his parents acquaintances, face people similar to him, and finally face protectors of the karmic cycle who wants to eliminate him for breaking the cycle.
Witness the birth of history's greatest criminal!
The Blackhand- It's a story about a secret task force of supernaturals that are contracted by the world government to protect the world from other supernaturals like gods and demons. Their order is of highest rank and possesses authority second to a world leader.
Every single member of the task force were notorious beings of legends who some way or the other were captured by humans and turned into their soldiers.
Name not decided-Create a story about a mc that accidentally kills someone and discovered that murder makes him stronger. He also gains their memories and mature over time as he kills more people. He'll eventually become a villain like character after experiencing the memories of those he kills and learn who cruel and fucked up the world can be. There will be others with special abilities like his called Gifters.
See? And those are just three of the stories ideas that I wrote down.
Oh, I don't really care if you steal them since I have over 20 better story ideas.
So the main point of this post is to rant a bit, but this is seriously stressing me out though.
.....Now that I think about it, I work better under pressure so I wonder if I can juggle multiple stories at once?
nah, I tried that already and got confused.
Anyway, if you have any advice or like the story ideas I posted then feel free to comment, since comments are my food.
