Five months have passed since Raja Kint went into seclusion. The land is covered in a white blanket. As white puffs of air exit his nostrils.
Raja Kint walks out of his cave. His squinted eyes slowly adjust to the reflective snow as snowflakes land on his face. He stretches a bit before exhaling a big puff of white air. Exclaiming, “I’m free!”
Then he grumbles, “What mission could he possibly have for me?”
He leaves the mountain and travels to Master A’s house. When he arrives he knocks on the door. The door opens to a familiar young girl’s face. Raja Kint enters as the two sit down.
Kyoot Kint asks, “Aren’t you a bit cold?”
“Yeah.”
“Get some winter clothes. You aren’t a limbo realm whose ki naturally circulates protecting them from the weather.”
Raja Kint lazily replied, “This is good training for me.”
Another voice sounded from further within the house, “It’s good to see you’ve taken to training so seriously.”
Master A appears and sits down. “I’ve called you two for an important mission. I want to deliver a letter to a friend. Instead of sending it through channels. I figured, why not have my two disciples go out for fun.”
Raja Kint grumbles, “I wanted to cultivate some more.”
“I wanted to focus on the competition,” says Kyoot Kint frustratedly.
Master A slightly smiles, “It seems you don’t fully grasp the opportunity. I’m not surprised with Raja, but you Kyoot should know better.”
Kyoot Kint began thinking when a thought appeared. “Is it to experience our generation’s strength? Or is it something to do with arrays?”
“No need to think so hard. You’ll both know while you’re there. Here’s the letter.” Master A sits the letter on the table and Kyoot Kint picks it up and stores it inside her pouch. He looks at them both before settling his eyes on Raja Kint. “I’m curious how you utilized your five months. You’ve advanced to the sixth stage but with your talent. You should’ve been in the late stage. So you must’ve been focused on your techniques.”
Raja Kint says, “I’m probably unrivaled underneath the limbo realm.”
Master A chuckles, “I’m sure you are. Anyways, go off now you two. Remember there are only four months left before the competition so get back here in time.”
The two nodded their heads as they exited the house. While they were walking toward the academy’s entrance. They happened to run into a group of kids who recognized Kyoot Kint.
“Let’s meet at the sect’s entrance in two hours,” said Kyoot Kint.
Raja Kint hummed in response and began walking away. As he was walking a leg quickly extended out from the group. Raja Kint became slightly annoyed and circulated ki into his leg and stomped on the person’s ankle. Causing the bone to slide out of place.
A yelp sounded out as a young man with long hair and blue and black clothes looked over viciously. The others in the group all looked over at Raja Kint as he continued walking normally.
“You think you can step on my foot and walk away casually? It seems young geniuses truly hold disdain for all of the academy youth.”
Another boy who had a naturally stronger build commanded. “Come here and apologize.”
Raja Kint continued to casually walk when he heard footsteps behind him. He turned around to see a young boy with a naturally strong physique at the outer ki realm eighth stage.
Raja Kint sneered, “Weaklings should know when not to press their luck.” He took a step forward and sent forth a punch.
The young boy threw out a punch of his own. When the fists connected the young boy was forced to stumble back as his face became red. “Khoff!” The boy coughed up blood as his face returned to color.
The group was surprised and Kyoot Kint was also shocked. She knew her junior brother was strong but not this strong. The boy Raja Kint had dismissively beaten was considered the second strongest in the academy.
Raja Kint soon left the academy and wandered around the sect. He asked for directions to clothing stores and went to store after store until he found something he liked.
As Raja Kint walked out of the store he wore the fur from a limbo realm black-furred bear beast. It draped over his body as a hoodie made of the bear’s head covered his head. With his white clothes underneath slightly showing around the neck area and ankles. Like this many people would look at Raja Kint as he walked past, heading toward a restaurant he was recommended. Looking like a young prince who had left his palace.

Mother and father truly blessed me with good looks. Not to mention my impeccable taste in style. Plus, with this being from a limbo realm beast. It can be considered an extra layer of protection. Hehe, I would love to see anyone below the limbo realm attempt to beat me.
Soon he reached one of the finer restaurants in the sect. He entered and removed his hoodie. Revealing his shiny black hair and attracting attention within the restaurant.
A young male waiter comes over with a smile, “Where would the young master like to sit?”
Raja Kint thought for a moment, “Bring me to the most expensive area. I wish to enjoy my food in peace.”
The young waiter brought Raja Kint up three flights of stairs as he entered the third floor. The door opened and he walked through. Immediately he spotted a few tables were occupied but the volume here was low. He could also tell there were limbo realms here. The waiter led him to a table and a female waiter appeared from behind him. The two whispered for a moment, as the man eventually went back downstairs.
The female was a woman with smooth-looking skin, black doe eyes and a small nose. Even though Raja Kint hadn't taken much interest in women he had to admit that her face was somewhat soothing.
Her soft voice sounded, “Here’s a menu for the young master. I’ll be back in a few minutes to take your order.”
Raja Kint nodded his head and looked at the menu. Everything could be paid for with low-grade ki stones which delighted him. As he went down the list he was curious as to what to eat.
A young soft voice sounded, “Excuse me, can I sit with you for a moment?”
Raja Kint looked up from the menu and saw a young girl about 13 years old looking at him with brown almond eyes. Raja Kint thought for a moment and realized she had come from the table that seemed to be a family. “Sure.” Even though he told the waiter he wanted to be alone he didn’t mind having company. He was just killing time.
The girl smiled and went back to her table, grabbed her dish and walked over. As she did that Raja Kint looked at the menu and decided on what he wanted. After the girl had arrived and finally taken a seat. The waiter returned and asked Raja Kint what he wanted. He ordered the seasonal special: A blue tuna fish soaked in natural herbs over a bed of steaming white rice. Drizzled in sweet tomato juice and sour lemon juice.
After the waiter left Raja Kint realized something. He didn’t sense the girl’s ki fluctuations despite her sitting in front of him. He narrowed his eyes as he looked at her.
“I was curious when you would notice, hehe.” She used her left hand to cover her smile.
Raja Kint asked, “Are you going to the Bisuke Competition?”
“Of course, who wants to stay cooped up in these lands? What family are you from?”
“The Kint Academy.”
The girl narrowed her eyes, “You know I came from a powerful sect with an earth devourer ancestor still alive.”
Raja Kint simply stared at her. She lightly smiled again.
“I had a hunch you weren’t ordinary. So, any power you’re specifically looking to enter?”
“Nah, just gonna wing it.”
The girl gasped, “You don’t have a dream place to enter? Jeez, you’re too easy going ya know. I guess considering how young you look it doesn’t matter. How old are you anyway?”
“Ten.”
“Huh!” The girl was completely shocked. “You’re only ten, I thought I was a genius only second to that fenix kid. Seems I’ll have to reevaluate things.”
Raja Kint shook his head as they fell silent. Soon his food arrived. He ate a forkful of everything together and his eyes lit up. This is truly some good stuff. He asked, “Why aren’t you sitting with your family?”
“They’re not my family, more like close friends. Just out here exploring a bit. Honestly, I was bored as there was nothing interesting. But now I’ve found you.”
The middle-aged man from her table appeared. “Excuse us young man, it’s about time for us to go.”
The girl pouted, “I finally found someone interesting and our time is cut short.”
The middle-aged man took a double take of Raja Kint and shock briefly appeared in his eyes. “I’m sure you’ll meet him in the wider world. Just consider this as friends at first sight.”
The girl nodded her head as she picked up her plate to place it on her table. Before she left she asked Raja Kint, “What’s your name?”
“Raja Kint, yours?”
“Ask once we meet again.” She left to head downstairs.
Raja Kint could only shake his head as he continued eating. He soon finished his food and wandered around the sect a bit more when the two hours were up. He appeared at the entrance a bit late to see Kyoot Kint waiting. He walked over and midway she noticed him.
“Nice coat, you give off prince vibes,” said Kyoot Kint.
“I am a prince after all.”
Kyoot Kint laughed, thinking it to be a joke. Raja Kint internally sighed as no one here knew who he was or where he was from.
The two began walking when they heard the sound of hooves stomping on snow. A familiar voice sounded, “I’ll meet you at the competition Raja!”
Raja Kint looked over to see the girl from the restaurant.
“It seems you already have fans, my prince.” Kyoot Kint mockingly spoke from the side.
“Hmph, it’s only ordinary.”
The two began walking toward the Lerup Sect disappearing under the falling snow.
