Zero lacked a Dantian.

But this didn't stop him from using the eternal sutra.

Not only did he have the crystals that were his brains.

But he also had the corresponding consciousness's.

His body was from a different universe after all.

He lacked proper meridian points.

So he used his crystals as the points and formed a network of pathways.

The crystals were already connected to each other through his nervous system.

This meant he had 6 points.

Normally a person would have nine to thirteen.

But his six points were extraordinary.

He could just copy another cultivators body... but he felt like being 'unique'.

Generally a person would have weaker control with less points.

Since they would be dealing with more pressure.

But his points were the crystals themselves.

It was almost like he had six separate dantians.

They served as storage, instead of for cultivation.

They also housed the energy from his last world.

The reason he was still rank 4.

Zero didn't plan to use the eternal sutra for cultivation.

He found out it was just a visualization technique for condensing Qi to unblock the natural pathways.

He just modified his current visualization technique and used it.

But he found out that his body was completely incapable of generating this worlds Qi.

So what to do?

Improve the technique!

He would substitute Qi for the energy from the last world.

At least until he becomes core formation and is able to convert spiritual energy into Qi.

He was a bit arrogant thinking he could improve something that had been revised and edited over hundreds of generations.

But his arrogance was well founded.

It took him only a few seconds to make the modifications.

He had slowed down his perception as he ran millions of simulations, perfecting the technique.

He used the leftover supernatural energy to flow through the points instead of Qi

It then took him ten minutes to reach the peak of Qi Condensation.

Currently Zero was in a random forest.

He needed to acquire a body template of a cultivator.

So that he could have a reference for building his own dantian.

Normally being born without a dantian meant the person would never be able to embark on the journey of cultivation. They would never be able to go pass Qi Condensation.

But again... Zero could manipulate his body.

Creating a dantian for himself would be a piece of cake.

He just lacked the template.

The dantian from his cultivation system wouldn't be compatible.

His system was entirely different after all.

Zero spent a day flying... and eventually found a sect.

He went to the gate.

He was stopped by two guys who had a sword at their waist.

He had a template now.

The only thing he lacked now were spiritual roots.

This was something that wasn't physical.

Think of it as like different tentacles on your soul.

Right now his soul lacked these 'tentacles'.

There were various types.

But he had gotten inspiration from scanning both their bodies.

As well as their soul using his soul artifact.

He directly made precise 'hands' grafted to his soul.

He now had spiritual roots which would be essential for reaching nascent soul.

It was now time to build his dantian.

He used his ability to manipulate his body through intent.

It took a few hours, but he successfully made a dantian.

The tricky part was creating a larger space within the smaller space.

He had failed in that aspect.

His dantian was just another hollow crystal.

He connected it to his stasis first.

He used the sea in his stasis to fill up his dantian.

So the crystal in his heart lost its power becoming an ordinary crystal.

Besides the fact that it held a consciousness.

It could also serve as energy storage.

As well as one of his meridians.

His dantian now was working and had one of his spiritual clocks within it.

Generally, someone would spend months to years slowly building a pillar by gradually converting Qi into crystalized Qi.

They were limited to the speed at which their body could make Qi.

But this wasn't a problem for Zero.

The leftover contents of his Stasis was put into his dantian.

He used his spiritual artifact's leftover energy. He made that crystalized special energy his pillar.

His pillar was special since it was made from a foreign energy that wasn't of this world.

You might be wondering... how does the spiritual energy leak out from the cracks?

This is a permission granted by the 'heavens'.

Or you can think of it as the world will.

When someone is in the process of breaking through.

The final moment they either fail or succeed.

During this moment they will have to face a tribulation.

Clouds appeared above Zero.

And he was struck by lightning.

His Infinite Time Guard protected him.

But this wasn't ordinary lightning.

He allowed some of it through his barrier.

It tempered his pillar, giving it the qualifications to leak spiritual energy.

Spiritual energy began to leak from the environment out of the cracks.

He had successfully broken through to foundation establishment!

He now connected his dantian to his other meridians.

He then used his crystalized energy to form two more pillars.

Each time he faced another slightly stronger tribulation.

On his second pillar, he faced two lightning strikes.

On his third pillar he faced three.

His dantian's energy level had fallen from rank 3 to rank 1 already.

Since he had used his accumulated energy.

He also still didn't have Qi circulating through his body yet.

He still had three days of rank 4 left.

There was the energy in his Prose that had yet to fall below rank 4.

There was also the energy in two of his vital peas.

But this energy was rapidly draining.

Although his dantian was now filling up with spiritual energy.

He then smelted two of the pillars and formed a bubble around the last pillar.

He once more faced a stronger tribulation.

Infinite Time Guard was able to stop most of the damage.

He had broken through to core formation!

The core would convert the spiritual energy into useable Qi.

Now, even though his body didn't create Qi naturally.

He had a generator that was his core.

So this problem had been resolved.

Generally a foundation establishment cultivator is able to project Qi outwards.

But he didn't have any Qi to project until he reached core formation anyways.

He could now use advanced movement techniques.

He could basically fly.

As well as use elemental attacks.

It was now time for him to breakthrough to nascent soul.

But his tribulation clouds had attracted some masters.

He saw a group of people in purple robes surround him.
