Taylor hammers a burning fist onto the vampires face. Taylor's energy and essence that formed the flame clashed against the vampire's flesh and in an instant the vampire was reduced to ashes.
Charles lunges forward, grabbing onto the werewolf's back and biting into its neck to rip out a chunk of flesh. He immediately pierces a clawed hand into the wound before releasing a terrifying force of magical energy into the werewolf's body. The beast dies instantly.
Sylvie erects a barrier and watches as a cultivator sends a fierce fist towards her face. The man’s eyes widen as the flesh that composed his fist began to crumble as it neared Sylvie’s face. But he was too late and couldn’t retract it; his flesh crumbled away like sand, leaving only bare bones that had no way to function. Scared out of his mind, the man tries to flee, but Sylvie lets out a snort as her body released a small amount of power, arriving instantly next to the man to send out a palm filled with white light. The palm lands on the man’s chest and sends out a beam of white light, emptying the space where the man’s heart once was. The man dies and collapses onto the ground.
A buzzing bee drifts into the surroundings before deciding it was safe enough and transforming into a crowman. Gregory stares at what’s left of the scene wide-eyed. “You guys are fucking ruthless.” He says, unsure what else to say about what he witnessed.

“What are you doing!? Why are you attacking us!?” A surviving cultivator asks, shocked and confused.
Taylor smiles. “This is war, my friends. We stand with the Naturalists. And we’re ready to fight this out.” He says, content with their work.
The surrounding Naturalists widen their eyes in surprise. “You’re letting us go?” One of the asks, unable to trust those words.
“We’re not here for you. We’re simply here to defend. You can go. But you’ll probably want to organize yourself. The rest of the supernatural world is not content with letting you survive.” Taylor says, gesturing for them to leave.
The Naturalist who spoke gives Taylor and the other surviving cultivator a distrusting look before signaling to the other Naturalists and leaving.
The surviving cultivator watches this with fury on his face. “Do you fucking know what you’re doing!? You’ll burn for this! The cultivator association won’t let you go!” The man yells, outraged.
Taylor smirks. “They can go fuck themselves. And you can fuck off too. Tell the association that the war has begun.” He says dismissively.
The surviving cultivator lets out a loud laugh. “You’re all fucking idiots! This isn’t a war! This will be a fucking massacre! You and your friends are fucking doomed!” He says before walking away.
Taylor spits on the ground in the man’s direction. “Fuckin’ turd.” He says spitefully.
“Ignore him.” Sylvie says with a hand on Taylor’s shoulder.
“That asshole’s not wrong. I’m pretty sure we’re going to die.” Charles says with a laugh.
Gregory smirks. “Fuck him. What’s a tribulation without a struggle?” He says before stopping as if to listen to something. “We got another one to the Northeast. Let’s go.” He says before transforming into a bird and flying away.
Taylor sighs and follows after bird’s figure in the sky. Everyday in this tribulation is fucking work. He grumbles to himself.
