Getting into a more comfortable position, Endermon told Shiloh all that happened. She said she could now sometimes get wishes granted (untested), and also create plant life (one time). She said Rutus could now just use her hands to mold and manipulate metal.
Shiloh whistled softly. Shiloh asked about Dresden and Endermon said he went into a rage, shifted and ran off to do who knows what. Shiloh ticked things off on her fingers. First, Endetmon is a nature goddess. Endermon blushed and hid her face.
Second, Rutus has become a fire master. Endermon snickered. And third, Dresden became moodier. Endermon said it sounded about right. Shiloh mused about what abilities she might get. That reminded Endermon about the bag she had stashed away.
Shiloh looked on, clearly intrigued. When Endermon handed her the bag, she carefully undid it and poked her fingers gently into the red powder. At first nothing happened. Then a flood of emotions came pouring out of Endermon, and shiloh felt them all.
Shocked at feeling someone else's emotions, Shiloh nearly dropped the bag. Endermon quickly gathered the bag and hid it away again. As soon as Shiloh was free of the powder, her eyes cleared and she was back to herself. As all of Endermon's emotions left Shiloh, she sort of broke down. Usually it was Shiloh who comforted Endermon, but it was Endermon's turn to be the comforter.
Endermon held Shiloh and rubbed her back as Shiloh cried for the first time in who knows how many years, decades, or centuries even. Shiloh had forgotten what it felt like, and decided she didn't care for it much. I mean, what was the point of being an untouchable vampire, if she was not able to keep ahold of her emotions?
Once Shiloh was back to normal, she asked Endermon how she could stand it having so many emotions at once. Endermon chuckled and said most of the time emotions didn't come all at once. Shiloh seemed sort of comforted at that. She then said that if that was the price to pay for wanting to be able to get closer to Endermon, she might have trouble convincing herself to go through it again.

Shiloh looked at her and said the ones she experienced weren't the only emotions one could have. Shiloh asked what she meant. Endermon asked if Shiloh could take them somewhere a little more..... private.
Realization hit Shiloh like a flash and said that could be arranged. So they took care of that, and came back with their hair all messed up and their clothes a little wrinkly. But it didn't matter, no one was there to notice.
The silence of no Rutus and Dresden arguing was almost too much to bear, and nearly at the aame time, Shiloh and Endermon suggested that Shiloh go and search for Dresden to see if he could be reasoned with.
Smiling like the two co-conspirators they were, shiloh gave Endetmon a kiss and sped away. She came back a little while later carrying a passed out Dresden. He had cuts and bruises covering a good portion of his body.
Endermon wondered if he had grown more hair, or if he was always that hairy, and she had fortunately been able to not be up close and personal to see it. Endermon had Shiloh put up Dresden's colander placed him on it.
Then Endermon took a deep breath and her eyes went full black. She saw every cut, bruise, or otherwise injured place on Dresden, and with a touch, healed them all. When she was done, she was really tired. She mumbled something about talking to him later to see what he got up to, and barely made it to her cot before passing out.
She woke up late the next morning and was surprised to see Shiloh sleeping next to her. At first, she was alarmed and was worried about the sunlight, til Shiloh sleepily asked what all the fuss was about. Endermon gave her a quick kiss on the cheek and told her it was nearing afternoon. A few seconds passed by, and Shiloh sat upright and started to take off towards her carriage, but stopped when she found that nothing was happening.
When it became clear that nothing was going to happen to Shiloh, Endermon smiled and started to make lunch. It would need to be big if they were going to start traveling back to their outpost. Shiloh helped and by the time they were done, they had enough to feed a small batch of soldiers.
