As Rutus woke up for the day, she shuffled to the fire, which had breakfast for the day. She was just thrilled that she didn't have to hunt this early in the day.
There was silence as they ate, but then an unknown man showed up and joined in for a bowl of food. With her axe by her side, she watched as something passed for understanding between the man and Endermon. As soon as he finished eating, he said something and left.
With no sign of danger from Endermon she let things be and continued eating. Rutus noticed Endermon getting antsy after he left, but it was because she wanted to introduce herself and wanted them to do the same. She said her name, the fact that she was a fairy, and why she wanted to find the treasure. She motioned to Dresden when she was finished. He mumbled something and tossed his bowl near the fire. When Endermon scolded him, Rutus was glad she was not on the other end of that stern voice. He got up and rinsed his bowl at the bank of the river. He then reluctantly told everyone, well her and Endermon, that he was a shapeshifter named Dresden Faewin, and he didn't say why he wanted the treasure. Rutus suspected it was for general acceptance.
When it was her turn Rutus gave her name and told the story of her birth. Well the short version, anyway. Then she said she hoped to become a master blacksmith. Everyone seemed satisfied and they worked together to clean the breakfast dishes.
It was around this time that Endermon excused herself and left the immediate area. Needing something to do, she started cleaning her already spotless axe. At this, Dresden came over and started talking about weapons. Knowing more about weapons than the poor man would ever hope to learn about, she skillfully turned the conversation to a knife throwing contest.
She was thoroughly beating him to the point of him claiming he had bad knives. A throat clearing saved Dresden from further embarrassment. Endermon said that since they'd be there a while, they should make a more permanent campsite. They agreed and got to work.

When they had gotten a plan together, Rutus suggested a training area, and went off to make one. When she got back, she and the others worked together to get the rest of the place looking good, but able to be dismantled at a moment's notice, if need be.
With their campsite up and running and it also being dark, they set up dinner and all helped. They were all chatting and having a decent time, a dark haired woman leaned against a tree, asking about missing the party.
Rutus was confused, because they were only having dinner. Then it dawned on her that the woman was teasing everyone. Endermon obviously had already met her and asked the woman to come over and introduce herself as she had missed the chance earlier.
The woman walked over and sat a few places away from everyone. Rutus didn't trust her and kept an eye on her the entire time she was sitting there. She said her name was Shiloh Archeron and was there on personal matters. With just a name and no reason why she was there, Rutus was very wary of Shiloh.
But as much as she tried to stay awake and keep an eye on her, a voice in her head was telling her she needed to sleep. So she finished her food, and put her dishes away. She made her way to her sleeping spot.
She tried to go back and ask a question, any question, but each time a voice told her she needed sleep. Not wanting to put the effort in to fight this feeling of tiredness, she gave up and once she made sure her axe was in a spot she could get to it at a moment's notice, or if she ran into trouble while she was sleeping.
With that matter settled, she drifted off to sleep with the promise to herself that she'd get to the bottom of the Shiloh Archeron mystery.
